Very good stuff, very fast service

I had a little issue with the pizza I ordered (cold pizza and it was not cut). It happens, I totally understand that delivery can be hard and food can lose some heat. What was really nice was that the manager (I think his name is Sam or San...) called me and left a voicemail apologizing for the customer service failure. I called back and he apologized again and offered to replace my order for free. Totally cool.

We have ordered the gluten free pizza from here several times and it has been good. Today, they got our order messed up so I called in to let them know. The manager was super apologetic and immediately sent out the correct order. Very good service :)

Amazing service, food was hot and fresh as always. Pizza was quickly served, best Papa Johns in Brooklyn hands down! PS, Diva gave us great service, great recommendations, and just an all around welcoming energy.

The pizza is always made hot and fresh i love the area and the establishment. Ps Diva is the best person here.

This papa john’s is very good and is very efficient. They make their food quick and overall taste. I would come back again. Staff is very nice.

I ordered a pizza with Extra cheese the pizza was not good it had no Extra cheese like I requested they didn’t put any cheese towards the crust the pizza barely had any cheese on it period I had to put mozzarella cheese on it myself and the pizza wasn’t even warm more cold than warm didn’t enjoy it at all and the pizza taste horrible. I will not order from that papa johns on fulton street again!!😡

The man that prepares the pies is disgusting. He doesn't use gloves while preparing the pizza pies. He said himself when I asked him why he's not wearing gloves and he said because he puts hand sanitizer on, when I asked if he can put on gloves because I don't feel that is sanititary he said he's not putting on gloves. I don't know how anyone else feel but I don't feel comfortable with someone preparing my food without proper cautions

0 for 2 when ordering from these guys. First time, they took two hours to deliver, with no refund. Second time, they threw a fit when I did not meet the “delivery man” in the street. These guys are all about making a quick buck. And they will bully you if you’re not careful. I’d recommend for folks to support a local pizzeria instead.

I ordered a medium pizza with pepperoni and sausage also with buffalo wings and the pizza was dry and my pepperoni was cut into pieces with one or two sausage on each slice. I've ordered from here three times in total and this was a disappointment. My kids looked at me like I was crazy. Do better!!

Horrible papa johns do not go here! They upcharge small the price of a small pizza whenever they feel like it. They act like the restaurant is closed anything later then 12am when they close at 1:45am . because theyre lazy and want to leabr . they wont answer the phone after 1:00 am or let you order even though it takes 15- 20 mins to make a pizza

Got a call from the restaurant after ordering online through Grubhub, accosting me to add a tip. They blamed me for their drivers’ disdain about delivering at night. I’m a college student with financial troubles myself, I don’t need to hear it from an employer that could increase the payroll for night shifts that I must do the honours instead of looking out for myself.
