Just.\nA magical experience, very cozy, very well, very attentive. And if it was excellent
This was overall a great experience. They gave me this little Mexican scone To dip in my coffee was delicious. Tasted like horchata service was great. Lady greeted me with a smile Was very accommodating. Good coffee, which I always judge a place on and the surloin torta that I got was delicious would go here again.
Came for the food but was blown away by the service. The service, from the time we walked in to when we got served, was on point. It was our first time so we decided to order a few things. Since we had lots of food, our table was crowded with plates and we accidentally knocked over one of our aguas trios glasses. The server was kind about having to clean it. Even mentioned that cleaning it was therapeutic to her…I’m sure to make us not feel bad. But he food was amazing. Try it all.

Honey lemon crepes!! The best in town! Service with a smile super friendly staff. My new favorite breakfast spot. If you love crepes, gotta try these
The food, service, and experience was impeccable! We have gone to other locations and wanted to try this new location out. It is somewhat small but I came on a Saturday morning and it wasn’t that busy! Our server, Giovanni, was attentive and nice!
Amazing food and the servers were very nice. We also came at a good time because the place wasn't crowded!
First time visit and we are not disappointed what so ever.. Our server Sugey was so professional and sweet making sure we had a great dine in experience. Will return for the Pambazo sliders and Menudo!
Loaded Cafe has one of the most extensive brunch menus I’ve seen — from pancakes and French toast to Mexican-style plates and veggie options. Portions are generous and well seasoned. We loved the complimentary conchitas they brought out — warm and delightful with coffee. Service was top notch thanks to Mariana, who was friendly, prompt, and attentive the whole time. Great place for family brunch or a long weekend breakfast. Highly recommend!
First time coming here after seeing they had just opened. The food was amazing and we had nothing left in the plates. I had the Crunchy Asada Chilequilles with the spicy green sauce and they were so good. Our server Mariana took great care of us and had the right amount of time at the table so they we never felt bothered nor did we feel neglected. She was very friendly and we were happy to have her as our server.

Good food. we order the pambazo bites and the quesabirrias which is my wife's favorite dish must places we go, the pambazo bites were good the sauce a little different from the original but still taste good the quesabirrias was god the conseme a little to grease for me, also order the mazapan latte hot and a dulce de Leche latte cold both taste really good also they give you 1 mini concha per person for free with your meal. On a separate issue the waitress was a little rude we arrive and it was not a sign the said wait to be seated so we seat out self in a table, restaurant was not even busy only 2 tables busy the rest empty she makes wait until she aproch the front desk to gives the same table we're going to seat when we walk in crazy rig. They have a bakery own by them and I ask for a large rosa de reyes they said 52 dlls I almost got a heart attack ..!! Food is good atmosphere good service ok.

Cute place. Busy & seemed like short staffed on the day I went (2/11 @1030a). Pricing was good with good size portions.
My friend drove about 1 hour and 40 minutes to try this place with me. We went specifically for the large concha and coffee. The server mentioned the coffee is meant for around seven people and gave us a look since we were only three. After we ordered, the server returned about 5-7 minutes later to tell us they didn't have the big concha, and that it would take a while because they still needed to bake it. It was really disappointing since this was the main reason we came. I guess next time we'll have to call ahead. For reference, we visited on a Saturday around 12 p.m. One thing we did love is that they bring warm conchas to the table as soon as you sit down, such a nice touch. Unfortunately, the food itself was disappointing. I ordered the quesabirria tacos, which come as a set of three. I liked the crispy cheese on the outside, but the meat wasn't great, and the consomé was really bad. It tasted more like the tomato sauce they use on their regular tacos, not birria. We also tried the potato crispy tacos, and they were just average. The aguas frescas were good, tamarindo was the best. Overall, the experience wasn't great and definitely not worth the hype. I might return to try the the sweet options like the Nutella concha, but I'll skip the Mexican dishes. The conchas were good, and I even took some home since the bakery is right next door.
Small coffe shop in the city of Orange, we were seated within 15 minutes of our arrival. The person who served our table didn't provided good customer service. We had to get creamers from different tables as we had only 2 on ours, probably from the last party of consumers. Their stuffed French toast was 8 out of 10, in my opinion their dulcet de Leche was to thick and was too sweet for my taste. The Conchitas were decent specially when combined with coffe. Tried their shredded beef burrito, it was well prepared and cooked with the exception of the shredded beef was too dry. The building is too small for a large party.

They were very busy. We waited a long time got our food. I had decent expectations for food but the French toasted tasted like it had been left out and warmed up not fresh. Daughter’s pancakes tasted the same. I left disappointed.
I ordered their "carne asada". Seemed like poorly marinated chuck steak. It's like they showed a picture of carne asada to someone who'd never tasted it before and forced them at gun-point to guess how to make it in one try. Nice staff, but they are dying to turn your table over. They can't wait to get you out.

Friendly customer service they give you complimentary mini conchas (mexican sweet bread) which is nice ...but the food is just OK, coffee is ok to. Not sure I would go back.

Mariana made our visit tolerable. She went above and beyond with her service and deserves more than 5 stars. The food was sub-par. The "Pambazos" were wet tortas with barely anything inside. the asada chilaquiles were just chips with some meat and barely any salsa, on half the plate, the other half was hash browns. the conchitas were pretty good actually, but thats the only thing i actually enjoyed. Dont see myself coming back again
Took them 30 minutes to seat us despite there being enough tables. Not a great start. I asked if they had a sample size that I could order for the Menudo to try it, the lady told me no, I would have to order it and throw it away if I didn't like it. As anyone knows, any mexican restaurant is happy to provide a sample if they know their Menudo is good. This is terrible service. The chilaquiles were ok but even my friends I came with were not pleased with the wait times and the bad service.

Eh food was really mid not what I expected. Pancakes needed more cooking and orange juice was really watered down. Scrambled eggs had a weird plastic taste. I also never received complementary conchas that they serve and did not expect them but other guests that were being served they all received them which was odd, maybe Sugey or whatever her name was did not like us. Overall the place was nice but service and food was low quality.
used to enjoy this place til today. Placentia, bellflower, Long Beach. Tasty But this was crap. $22.99 for garbage. Didn’t look like the picture and I don’t even know they can serve such crap. Couldn’t even get a refill on my iced tea and the place was basically empty

First time taking my mom. The lady had us wait more that 30min. Then she seated another family that had barely arrived. Remind you we we're waiting for 30min. I look at the lady and asked her how much longer do we have to wait. She looked at me and said until a table is open. No no no super rude we left. Don't recommend this place bad customer service.
