Their tacos are delicious, but the waiters' service is terrible, from their attitude, which makes it seem like they're doing you a favor, to the way they deliver your drinks. It's a shame because the tacos are delicious, but that kind of service doesn't make you want to come back.

The arrachera tacos, mini tacos with strips of meat, are great. We went to this place for the maciza tacos; the steak tacos were just okay. The place is always packed. They give you numbers, and you have to wait for the waiter to rudely assign you a table. They have a giant TV with the volume way too loud. We asked the waiter to turn it down, but he only did it when he felt like it. The place is incredibly uncomfortable. We did want the maciza tacos they sell, but because of the service and the uncomfortable atmosphere, we thought twice about it.

I don't recommend these tacos anymore; the flavor has changed a lot. The service is nonexistent; there's only one waitress, and if you're lucky, they'll wipe the table with a rag that smells awful. I used to love these tacos, but this is the last time I'll be going there.

The food was awful and the service was awful. To start, the water tastes like sewer water. We asked the server and she said yea, sorry we use well water. The kids meals are a complete joke. The chicken tenders are literally 2 tiny pieces of chicken and a tiny portion of fries. My friend ordered a steak that literally was cut up and looked like it had been cooked in the microwave. It had no grill marks. My ribs looked awful and my grits were cold. It was overall awful food. The manager or cook (not sure who he is) was so rude. We tried to explain to him how we felt and he was so offended. We are the one paying for the food. He took our plates away and offered to re heat my sons kids meal and I said no I do not want it. He refused to take it off the check even though he took the food away. I will never ever go there again and I plan to contact my bank to dispute the charges.
