Better quality than other fast food places. A little pricing for some of the items but overall great bargains here. Clean bathrooms and tables compared to a few other local places. Staff helpful to people with disabilities or physically challenged individuals.

The food was good and hot. Except I have 2 negative things I have to say. 1. The French fries where too over done 2. There was something leaking out on the floor from around the soda machine one of the employees step out behind the counter and I told her about it. I was quite concern that someone would slip on the floor so I told her and she didn't seem to worry her before I left I told her again she said when I get to it. I told her never mind I will do it so I did. I'm not looking for a thank you but concern of the other patrons. Otherwise I don't have any other thing to say. The manager needs to talk to her employees more about safety in the work place.

Wendy's is "GOOD" fast food.They are on the expensive side, but worth it. I absolutely love the apple pecan salad. Actually, I love almost all of their salads. When in season, the berry salad is delish also. Oh, & the salads come with grilled chicken too. The hamburgers are good as well. I like the ones with bacon the most. They also have the best chicken tenders. Almost everything is made fresh when ordered, so that makes it even better! 😊 I always feel satisfied after a meal there.

We went for a quick dinner on Halloween evening. The girl who waited on us was very efficient and very busy and very nice. I love the Minute Maid Frank's specialty the lime that you can get yourself at the beverage area Love the self serve drink selection. One improvement badly needed is table cleaning. They are always dirty. Even when no customers are at counter. Please take the minute to wash table tops and seats!

Probably one of the best run fast food restaurants in Oswego. They have messed up a few orders over time but nowhere near as frequent as other places. One negative I will say is that the ice machine has been broken for some time now which can be a pain

Great service, pretty fast considering the normal wait time at most fast food places. Biscuits could have had more sauce added to them extra means extra not only a dab more, but other than that pretty decent. New spinning wheel for your survéys on the receipt you do awesome idea you can spin tó win different items from the menu to get for free if you do the survey from your most recent receipt great idea and different too .

Good food. Cashier could have been a bit more personable but he did his job. Clean, nice drink selection, food came out fast.

Friendly staff and always clean bathrooms. Only down side is their soda machine rarely had the flavor you want.

The restraunt manager is decent and the food is pretty standard. Only issue I found were the flies flying around the kitchen and registers. I understand they can be pests but I'm sure there's a way to rid of them.

Was clean updated tho the colors were not to my liking and seemed rather gloomy tho the menu and look was better than previous visits sad to see the atmosphere was vary moody and the works seemed to show that vary clearly food had the same vibe as well and I flet like it was all just awful the gray was nice and the maze line was gone but the way the menus and tone of the employees just set the hole time in the negative

Wendy’s is a good place to go if you want a quick bite. I wouldn’t recommend it over other fast food joints but I like their loaded fries and chicken nuggets so if I’m feeling like cheese and bacon this is where I go. Still not super good but an ok place if your feeling like a ton off calories and fat.

Customer service was better than a traditional Wendy's visit. The food was hot, but sandwiches seemed to have been thrown together, despite there not being a rush.

I personally love Wendy's burgers, when considering theirs versus BK or McDonald's, clearly the Wendy's burger is as close to a real burger as you can get in fast food. The only unfortunate shortcoming is that they NEVER salt their fries.. didn't know salt was an expensive ingredient haha

There have definitely been times I have been here that the employees have had huge attitudes and/or been absolutely miserable with me for no good reason, but I have had nice ones too, and my food has always been correct and tasted good so far, so overall I would call it good. Hopefully it stays that way.

This Wendy's is still one of the older styles. It might benefit from an update. The dining room is kind of small and not stocked well. I did not use the restroom. The food was ok, but it was not what I would expect from a Wendy's.

Cashier was extremely patient and helpful as I was trying to decide what I wanted to share with my husband. She made suggestions with a friendly attitude. She even offered to cut sandwich in half, although kitchen was not willing to do so. Chicken sandwich and fries was good and on par price for fast food restaurants.

Food good, service good. High chairs fail. My son is 2 and unable to fit in the highchairs. At 30 lbs he's not a chunker and he ended up falling out of the regular chairs 2.

The burgers weren't whole patties. For some reason both baconator jr and pretzel baconator burgers that we ordered were pieced together.

For the price of the food. It really should be a larger size. For the money, make the price cheaper for everyone. Biggie bag's are important for the business.

Wverytime i order from doordash google says ur open but they say ur closed. Ur app wont even let me order says error everytime. I love ur food but its not worth getting anymore when i cant even get delivery because your never open apparently

The last time I went in person which was going through the drive through the wait time was very high and was not greeted when at the window. Food was okay but nothing special. Also had an issue recently with a door dash order, my order was received by the restaurant and then as some time passed I didn't hear anything which it turned out they had closed for the night. Luckily door dash refunded me as they couldn't reach anyone either. Tried calling the next day and can't even seem to get through to an employee. I've had to call the fulton wendy's to get a working phone number for the oswego store. Hoping if I go again the service will be better.

We went thru the drive-thru. Contrary to what most do at the drive-thru, we eat in the parking lot. We open the bag to stone cold fries. Nothing worse than cold fries. Hubby took them back in and we received hot. Everything else was ok.

It appears that only one person was working there. Having to do cashier work and take food to the customers. Saw a few customers ahead of us having to go in and get their food after doing the drive up window.

Had a order through Wendy's app. Took for ever to get our order. Looked like they may have been short staffed. The girl was not happy this night for sure. She was miserable and not helpful. Worst experience at this Wendy's. Food was cold . Never had cold food from here ever.

This was Oswego, burger was dry like sitting awhile, bacon almost dehydrated, couldn't have been 1/2 slice when it was bacon, cheese couldn't think of melting because burger wasnt hot. Seemed very hectic and chaotic even though it was after 1:30pm. One of the cashier's was kind enough to say" bye, have a nice day" which was 🙂 nice

It's fast food! The service was questionable; a boy who did not move very fast. The fries were dry and tasteless, the junior cheese burger was more but than meat, and the chicken pieces were to done; more batter than meat. I remembered why I don't eat fast food quickly. What you see is not what you get.

Only taking 1 order at a time. Very very slow. Food is still good but the service is awful... They should have kept their old managers, but instead they drove them away... Sad!

Backed up was told to park a large truck in a hard spot to wait which is the manager trying to reduce the time the vehicle was in front of the sensor under the drive thru window. Food and service was great. Manager, when you have 5 cars pulled ahead don't try to jam a larger vehicle in them.

We came thru, with a mobile order, sat in the dark (no menu or parking lot lights) drive thru line for THIRTY MINUTES, my husband goes in, finds out there's only like 2-3 people working. Finally get the food, and my JBC tastes old. I'm not sure I'm coming back.

I felt the shift manager at the till was the only person there that morning. A one man show who was working very hard and was still very friendly. The employee was doing his best, despite being short handed. He was a hard working guy.

Me and my fiancé shared the biggie bag deal and our fries were not even halfway full and they were cold. We probably won’t be going here again.

Sat in parking lot waiting for over 20 minutes waiting on food and watch 5 other cars get served before us. Said only 3 people on but no excuse to pick and choose who they serve first. Was given free frosty for the inconvenience

I was very displeased with this Resturant I ordered 1 single with everything on it, and a double minus onions due to I am allergic to them, and I am fry, and 1 lg fries. Well I got onions on mine I had to throw away the whole burger because of the onions and both our fries were cold as ice. We got home and I was so upset I couldn't call back. I will never step foot in this Wendys Resturant in Oswego NY on Rte 104 East again. We live quite a distance so it wouldn't have done any good to come back. I tried to call the phone must of been off the hooks caused I try for 45 mins. I would give this a poor rating.

I went to the drive thru and ordered a salad. Food was good, but staff never said hello, or thank you, or anything other than my order total, which I thought was rude. Wanted to call & complain to manager, but I wasn't given a receipt, & the phone # published online is wrong.

Sadly this location could use a deep clean! Carpets need to be shampooed. And booths cleaned. I would be willing to do it if needed!

Absolutely horrible service! I tried calling to speak to a manager but the number is disconnected. I tried going through driveway and the girl on the speaker was rude! I asked for a minute and she hounded me till I drove away. At one point she told to to hurry up and order already! There was no one behind me. So I went inside to speak to a manager but they said there aren’t any in nights and to call. However you can’t call- the number doesn’t work. And the food was awful! Drenched in sauce and fries weren’t all the way done! So disappointed

Edit: I use to work here and my review was based on when I first started working there. The staff, especially the night manager shena is a nightmare to work with. I don't recommend going here at night if you can help it. Go during the day. I personally don't ever eat here cause it didn't help with my health issues at all due to how greasy the burgers are. Food is fresh and hot right off the grill! The salads are also really good as well! Really like the parm salad the most! Definitely recommend coming here!

I dropped this down to two stars from 4 stars (two years ago). Recently in the past few months my husband has had not so great experiences for ordering for our family, and I myself as a personal shopper- shopping for my customers have had sub-par experience at the Oswego NY location. More times than not we have not gotten all what we ordered accurately, and dine in recently says "cash only"... what?? That's terribly inconvenient for families in 2022. I normally go through the drive through for my customers and several times have not gotten receipts. The most recent time, I went into the store after going through the drive through, and asked for a receipt print out, to which the reply was that they don't have receipt paper. Get it together Oswego Wendy's. Please. I went to another location an hour away in Auburn, NY and had a 5 star plus experience, so I know it can be done. This is on management to make sure credit cards can be used in the dining area and receipts can be printed for everyone. So we can leave honest feedback on surveys, etc.

Ordered through doordash. Burgers were all cold and the buns were really really dry and crumbling apart. Never got our drinks because the doordash driver said Wendy's was out of all of their soft drinks and didn't have anything to substitute. Wendy's is definitely not like it was years ago.

Order wrong, by a mile. Food was barely edible. Obviously the service stunk. Cant get a Burger order correct, for 1 person. I wonder how many times in a day they disappoint customers who already have settled for fast food.

Have to say that in the last month, I have been there a total of three times. The first and second time, they entirely screwed up the order. A very simple order paid for what I ordered, but did not receive the correct order. Called management and they “put it in the book “ so that on my next visit, I could have a corrected order. Third time, stopped in as I was traveling through, received my corrected order, waited for approximately four minutes at the front counter and didn’t have one employee ask if I needed anything as I stood there with a drink with no lid. Get your act together! You can only use the it’s because of Covid for so long Reason.

I tried to go through the drive thru last night while I was doing Uber eats I just wanted a drink and to pick up the orders but they told me they can only do two orders at a time. The other two orders weren’t for me they are orders I was trying to pick up so doesn’t make sense that crew was a joke

It took 20 minutes to get my food after I ordered it.They messed up the order 3 times even after supposedly fixing it(it was still wrong), then i went home, and it was still wrong.

Kaela needs training! How do you create your Own menu?? How do you even get confused over a menu item thats in your face on the kiosk screen???! And still serve the WRONG order 😩. So confused! This place is TRASH and so are the employees!

I have been to Wendy's in Oswego ny So many times and was my favorite.Not any more,the lights haven't worked on the menu for months can't see to order,my food is never right and on occasion when they do get it right it is cold.Service is terrible and just a bad experience.I've been there a couple times around five pm and they were closed.No cars in line but yet Burger king and McDonald's lines are backed up.Really sad Dave Thomas must be rolling over in his grave,sad.I will never go to Oswego N.Y. Wendy's ever again.

absolutely disgusting here, toilet in the woman's bathroom looks like it hasn't been cleaned in weeks, the toilet is leaking all over and the door going inside is just plywood

If there was zero stars would give negative stars... even had to go back around to get rest of my order and then got cussed out by short trailer trash girl for not waiting in line while my food melted and got cold !! Don't go to this location ever!

Went thru the drive thru and payed with card comes time have to request receipt and then see instead of couple bacon double stack I get 15$ cheeseburger that she made up out of her head I guess then proceeded to make me pull forward to wait for additional food next four people come around and leave I still sit with my 1yo son now screaming because he's was as fed up with Wendy as much as I was at this point finally get home and just as I suspected the new burger I received were not right so I gave up on that place let's get it together people

I went to wendys oswego to try the new Wendys breakfast menu at 0900 am and No one was available at the drive thru, employees were in the building, the lobby was locked, and No one answered the phone.

Food was cold when I got it . Chicken wasn’t cooked all the way. I won’t be back at this location 🤮

They're trash. They never have chili if you order after 9PM, they forget an item every time you get it delivered (at any time), it's always cold, and they just couldn't be more bad at their jobs.

I only put 1 star because i had to. The wendys in Oswego is garbage and the employees are scumbags. They didn't give me my whole order. Then they told me to get back in the drive through because the lobby was closed. So i skipped the line because it was so long and i had frostys. The manager came and yelled at me for cutting the line. Horrible place and Horrible service. I hope this place shuts down and the employees end up jobless

Very unpleased. First, one order of my fries was cold with salt only on one or two single fries, my other order was hot without any salt. Second, I was asked to pull forward and wait on nuggets , sure no problem I have worked in fast food and understand, what I do not understand is why I waiting 5 minutes to only receive three nuggets in one of my orders. Third, my burgers were messy, and thrown together, no time taken at all to ensure quality. . Lasty, I try to call and inform them of my displeasure to which I was greeted with a message saying the number was disconnected. get it together Oswego Wendy's

I’ve had cold food, wrong orders, half hour waits, missing items, and rude employees. This is one of the worst managed Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. And it’s so expensive, I don’t go here unless somebody I’m with requests it.

Went there for dinner, ordered the junior cheeseburger deluxe ( my normal order). I asked for no mayonnaise (because it makes me feel sick) I then take my order back to the hotel we are staying at and boom mayonnaise. Went all the way back because I needed something to eat for dinner and they give me a hard time saying that burger comes with mayonnaise.... I explained to them calmly that I told them that last time and someone messed up. I then get another one for free as it should be get it back to my hotel and to my delight no mayonnaise, but we had something new and undiscovered by any other Wendy's. What is this mystery ingredient wendy please let me know. Thanks:)

Was on my 30 minute break and waited over 20 minutes for food while multiple cars behind me got their order before me. Safe to say I was late clocking back in to work and I won’t be going back to this location anymore!

Cannot remember the last time I got the sauce I asked and paid for when we've gone Update... ages later. I got my sauces!! But they forgot the nuggets. Come on now....

Specifically asked for baconator fries instead of regular with my meal, got charged for both. Fine whatever more fries I guess, except they used old cold fries for the baconator fries so they were mushy. Honestly everytime I come here they mess up my order.

I waited almost 30mins for my pick up order. I ordered Baconator but they didn’t put bacon on it. Then on my other sandwhich I add bacon but still no bacon on it. Hope this will not happened again.

This location has the rudest and slowest employees I've ever seen, especially the drive thru at night. Very unfriendly and unprofessional. Everyone that walks through that door is money in their pocket, they should be happy anyone even goes there any more.

Been doing doordash for awhile, this store is never ready, they don’t start making it until you go to the window and they are never open inside. Crazy, absolutely hate it here. The orders I do take I’m sitting in line for 25 + minutes.

This place has really gone down hill. Its disgusting inside the soda machine is broken no ice the bathrooms are beyond gross had to get out own napkins from off the counter because no one can be bothered to fill the dispensers. We got chrgwd for items we didnt order and the cashier was a grade a space case which im assuming where all the hair in our food came from

Worst experience we waited for a good 20 mins in line and the lady juile who took our order had a rude attitude because she was rushing us with our order and my son is picky and wanted his chicken plain so i was making sure she heard me since she intrupted me when i was saying my order. I even said to her your being rude with your custoner service wont come back and she said okay dont come back in front of my 8 year son wow even my son said sorry to me that the lady juile was being mean and rude! Got your wish juile not coming back again!

Never ordering from here again, I’ve given it so many chances. Don’t order the spicy nuggets if you want them to give you half regular and half cold spicy ones because they don’t have time to do there jobs apparently… also gave me one sauce and I ordered 14 nuggets, and when you try to call them its days out of order. Can’t wait for this place to close.

Never enough employees. Waited over an hour for the whole order and I was the second person in line. 25-30 minutes after order was placed. Won't be going back any time soon. Wasn't even a peak time.

Dark and dreary late shift at work...driving home needing a late night dinner...going through the seemingly abandoned drivethru thinking wendys...greasy hot fries a a heart attack baconator!!! What's the worst that could happen? I'll be honest....this was the worst and oldest fries I've ever experienced. It was like chewy cardboard dipped in vegetable oil. It was my first, and will be my last visit to this establishment. I was so sick afterwards I had to call off work. 😩 do yourself a favor...go to taco bell if you need late night.

My family waited 10 minutes for the woman at the drive through to take our order. While we kept trying to get their attention, saying hello to the speaker. When she finally did take the order she kept cutting us off and acting annoyed for having to do her job. At the window she proceeded to complain to another employee in the restaurant that just because she is on her phone doesn't mean she's not doing her job. She had red hair with a bull cut looking front with the rest of her hair in a pony tail and she looked like she had been sucking on a lemon. I'd have to check my receipt for her name but wow. After I got my food she was only just taking the order of the guy behind us. Something needs to be done. A.S.A.P, because this is not professional and by far the worst customer service I've witnessed in a LONG time.

I went inside the restaurant to order. I stood there listening to a slew of "F"-bombs while being completely ignored by the crew. Just ridiculous. Then, because I was starving I went through the drive thru. I said "its pretty ducky when you can't get waited on inside." I got a "uh-yeah" back. Can't wait to talk to the general manager!

And once again I give this location a try and of course they FAILED big time. Ordered double baconators and got sandwiches without bacon. Cold fries. My advice is if you are reading this review then stay away from this Wendy's. Management at this location is horrible and corporate is not much better when it comes to issues at this franchise.

Management is absolutely the rudest people I have ever encountered in Oswego county. They get mad when you can't hear them out of their broken speaker. They don't care how you order your food, you will get it how they want to make it. They close their doors down every other day. Y'all need some new managers, or get your managers better training on customer service!

I went through the drive thru tonight and the young lady taking the orders and at the register was very snotty and rude. The fries tasted like they sat all day. They were clumped together and weren't that warm. I ordered a number one medium and a number 9 medium and it was $24. FOR NASTY FOOD.

I would literally never leave a review for a fast food place because you get what you pay for yanno. But every single person on that staff is ROTTEN. I work in customer service and I know how it is to deal with the public and how trying it can be at times. But there is absolutely no excuse to treat people the way they do. I've NEVER had a pleasant experience there and I grew up here. They're horrible.

Where to begin? This location is frequently "cash only". But you can't call them to find out if they are accepting cards that day because the phone number listed on Google and the corporate website is not in service and there are no alternate numbers listed anywhere. If you order through the app you can use your card, but you risk paying for items they no longer carry even though it's still on the menu at every other Wendy's, or just out of stock. Not sure if they have the ability to update the app to reflect their lack of inventory but if so, they don't do it. If you order something through the app and they don't have it, they will not issue a refund. They will try to get you to accept something you didn't order in exchange for the item you wanted, but if you would rather have your money back than accept food you will not eat, you are SOL. You have the ability to change your order until they process it, but they will process the order before telling you that they are out of things and leave you stuck. They have decided to discontinue the Big Bacon Cheddar sandwiches here, so don't order those in the app if you want the cheddar bun. If you get any extra add ons to your meal, check and make sure they actually added it before you leave, because chances are they did not. I would imagine the same carelessness extends to requests to remove certain ingredients as well. The only consistency here is the fries. They are always cold and stale.

New decor is disgusting. My feet are sticking to the floor. Very disappointing The manager brought the food over and his feet were sticking to the floor. He still didn't clean the floor. The spicy chicken sandwiches now some smashed piece of meat. Don't know what it is, but it's not the same. Looks like a hospital cafeteria now.

Jessica made us wait , over ten minutes , just to order. Then we waited an additional 13 mins for our food ( party of 2) they’re were no other customers , in line , or in the store. Our order was incorrect , then Jessica blamed me. Hmm 2 jr bacons plain , turned into 1 plain , and 1 not. This is somehow my fault. Why it took so long , is a mystery. Very poor customer service.

You have GOT to be kidding me?!?! $14 & all I got was a small sandwich with very little toppings, a med drink, & a med fries were actually a small. The restaurant is VERY run down. The toilets are nasty. Need a condiment or napkin? The whole stand is empty. You have to go up to the line to get it- IF they have it. I will NOT be back. Let's not even talk about how slow they are & it's not even busy.

I was in the drive thru...got to the window ...no one was in the rear view mirror...I was given my soda and I paid using a card. I was told to move forward because the fries were not ready. I said no, I will wait here. The young girl then told me that there drive time numbers will be affected so I have to move forward. I told her I dont care about your numbers. She insisted I was being rude and she didnt have to serve me....then the manager came and tried to get me to pull ahead, and when I refused he gave me a refund. As I was leaving I did notice a customer was just then pulling around behind me. So the moral of the story is they are more concerned about their drive thru numbers than making the customer happy. At least I got a free coke... and a place that I will not recommend to others or visit myself....good job Oswego Wendys

tonight around midnight, I went to this location in oswego, i was literally the only one in line, the lady at the window clearly stated that the food is made to order &+ had me pull forward, again at this point I'm still the only vehicle in line, no one else. I waited for about 5 mins maybe a little longer for my food to finally come out, and it wasn't even warm, not even WARM..it was ice cold, not even worth eating. very very very disappointing. the most wasted $18 I've EVER spent.

Place is dirty. Soda machine looked like it has not been cleaned in months. Food was horrible burger looked like it was cooked hours before it was served to me same with the fries. Worst Wendy's I have ever been to. The condiment table was empty no napkins or ketchup. No baked potatoes no pink lemonade. Seemed to be out of alot. The person taking my order never said one word other than my total. I will never be back to Wendy's in oswego.

I would have never in my life written a review for a fast-food chain before this but now it has to be done. The first straw was being handed baconator fries that were cold with unmelted shredded cheese and no bacon. I went back to the window and told her there was no bacon, to which she snatched it from me, put bacon on it, and then threw it back into my car and slammed the door. Second and last straw was ordering baconator fries again and spending my night with food poisoning. Never again.
