The lady that works their hardly speaks English She always in a hurry and take wrong orders I order two mango habanero sandwiches and she gave me two orders of wings in the box. She always talking like she crazy and messing up orders. I was so disappointed when I went home and open my order. They need to do better.

They need to have persons who’s speaking English and understand it also to take orders .they alway mess up the order. If order was given to 2 different persons for the same pizza, they definitely giving u 2 different price.

If I could give yall no star I would worst damn place i order my pizza waited for it 1 hour and I live 0.7 miles from the store also it shows deliver on doordash and I waited 45 mins after that and still didn't arrived, literally a bunch of stupid lying people working there. When I called they said 5 mins ok I waited for another 20 mins no one came yall is unprofessional a sets of clowns tbh. Never gonna order from here again this is the 3rd time it happen and never again!!!!!!

I ordered a pizza and salad online 6.99 each extra for pepperoni the order wouldn't go through the web stated they were having technical issues I called the store ordered over the phone he stated he saw my order he put it through added $2 more when he arrived he called said he was outside I told him my husband is at the door I'm preparing my granddaughter and disabled daughter dinner no salad I called told them they forgot the salad he stated the driver what bring it back 20 minutes later I called him back only for him to tell me I didn't pay for salad the small pizza with six small slices he said was $23 my husband was furious I told him it's okay I will never order food from certain people I hate thieves 🙏🙏🙏

A pizza without cheese. U got to be joking. Why would I order a pizza without cheese? This was not even a mistake on my end. They intentionally didn’t put cheese. I had no choice to still eat it since I got the pizza but I am still disturbed that I have to eat my toppings with tomato sauce. I think it should’ve been common sense to put cheese since it’s supposed to be a pizza. If I didn’t want cheese, I would never buy the pizza to begin with.

I never received my order which I ordered on Sept 22 and it was supposed to be delivered at a business place . The driver didn’t even attempt to deliver the pizza he just said he called and no one answered. When I tried to call to speak to the manager for a refund I was told the manager is not at the store until 5:00 pm in the day . So I never rent order and never received a refund as well .

Just was treated poorly bu male staff. He told me I talked too much just trying to place an order because I couldn’t understand why I’m being charged $75 for 2 pizza and wings with cheese bread. They have no training or respect. He should be fired

Been ordering here for a year, I usually get great service but for the last month it’s been bad, I don’t know if it’s a new manager or what but they charged my card @ 9:10 by 10:09 I called and asked where my food was, I was at work and I expected my for to be delivered no later than 30min. It took 3 calls the first time someone who barely spoke English hung up on me before completing my order. Then when I finally got them on the phone I said hey someone charged my card where is my order. The Assistant Manager said he didn’t have my order on file, I told them look my number up and you will see all my orders but basically his attitude was you are SOL we can’t find your order. So I left work went straight there and showed them the receipt for my transactions, he wanted me to pay a second time saying he cancelled the order I told him that I was inconvenienced and also someone who didn’t speak English hung up on me, he said no problem he would give me a free 2 liter soda. I have ordered the same thing for a year and yet they tried to pull a fast one in front of me by not honoring what the manager stated. I was upset and just wanted to get my food and leave, it’s not a big deal but please get people answering the phone who speak and understand English.

Habanero wings lacked meat and tasted artificial. The cheese bread should be renamed salty bread. The pizza was ok but I will never buy again

Every time you order from there either you get not well cooked food last time gave me wrong order had no courtesy made come to syore and pick up and ask me to come and show them food today i ordered Mediterranean veg sub and had so little toppings this is the quality check they do

They always manage to ruin our orders. We order chicken and jalapeño and we received chicken and pepperoni. We don’t eat pork because of our religion. The manager Hussein has disrespected us. When I came to the store 10 minutes after talking to him, he happened to be cleaning the bathroom. Will never order from here ever again! Always check your pizza before leaving the store.
