A Grape In the Fog Pacifica Reviews
Great place to hang out and drink some wine. Husband doesn't like wine but agreed to take me, lol. The gals that work there are amazing. We had a good time talking to each other and enjoying the wine.
A cozy place to taste some vinos and order some snacks. Really affordable prices, top notch service, and the snacks and wines were also perfect. I also love the atmosphere here as well. Must visit if you are in the area!
Absolutely adorable Pacifica wine bar! 🍷 Wine selections change often, and there are several vegan options on the food menu. The wine bar hosts numerous fun events including art, crafts, wine flights, travel and tarot readings. The Wine Bar has a very friendly and accommodating staff!
Cute wine bar in Rockaway. Ordered a house wine and was so pleasantly pleased it wasn't your typical chardonnay or reisling but instead a lovely German wine worth excellent notes. Purchased a bottle of it. So in and be surprised. You will enjoy it.
This is our local hang out. The food is limited, but good for wine. The wine selection is always good. The service is always excellent.
Wine bar in a quiet corner of Pacifica. Come for a lazy sunday afternoon - free jazz and locals filled the cozy space. They have 7-8 reds and same for white wine, a couple sparkling and 2 local draft beers. Simple cheese flights, light lunch like salads and finger foods. Try the baked brie!
As a visitor to A Grape in the Fog, I was welcomed by Pacifica, CA native, Christine who provided outstanding service, with a gentle smile and calm nature. The vibe was young "Girls Night Out" mixed with sagely patrons, and a cool (but not hip), relaxed crowd. As pictured, they had a nice selection of wines ($10 per glass), and appetizers, although for the amount of food for the price you get, may not give you a lot of bang for your buck ($8 - $20). Pictured is the Charcuterie Platter with dry salami, boar salami, prosciutto and prosecco clementine and rosemary jam, with whole seed mustard on the side. Delightedly well presented. A Grape in the Fog also has a small outdoor dining/ drinking area, live music in the front, artwork throughout, and clean bathrooms, gender - specific, and wheelchair accessible. It began to slow by midnight, on a weekday. Convenient public / street parking, and within 1 block of the newly remodeled Inn at Rockaway. Well Done, and Recommended!
There aren't too many wine places in Pacifica. A Grape in the Fog is a nice little spot to unwind, enjoy a good wine selection, and enjoy the arts and entertainment. Right now I'm watching the Wentworth Romero Duo on flute and guitar while enjoying my Port Sparkler and Meatball Skillet. A small beach is just steps away. Cool little place!
Very nice ambiance. The wines are great the food is amazing its a great place to go for intimacy or with a group to catch up
Great vibes. Good wine. Fantastic cheese. Great for sipping and snacking and reading a book.
One of my favorite places in Pacifica. They are open, outside seating Wed. - Sat. 4-8. They have everything in order for Covid. We were so happy to support a local business! Definitely check it out!🍷
A really lovely, warm, lively space. Good wine choices, excellent accompanying food. Highly recommend.

A really lovely, warm, lively space. Good wine choices, excellent accompanying food. Highly recommend.
Fantastic little spot, tucked away at the very end of the street. Good recommendations, great local knowledge, and outstanding service If you're staying in one of the local hotels (which are also somewhat of a hidden gem), this should be one of your stops. 5min walk from the beach, parking limited.
We were visiting Pacifica for the first time and just happened to see the signs for the wine bar. We enjoyed our experience- Beth( the owner of the place) and Karen( I hope I have the spelling right) were extremely attentive, professional and welcoming. There are plenty of food options available ( both small and larger bites). I would definitely recommend this place. Thank you so much for the amazing experience:)
Loved it here! Best charcuterie & hummus/vege boards I have ever seen! Will definitely be back.
What a delightful discovery! It's always a treat when you find a gem like this wine bar in Rockaway. The fact that they offer unique and high-quality wines, like the German one you enjoyed, adds an extra layer of charm to the experience. It's refreshing to step outside the typical choices and be pleasantly surprised by something new and delightful. Thanks for the recommendation—I'll have to check it out!
I love this place! It reminds me of those cozy little European wine bars — great wine, refined appetizers, and a really good vibe. The customer service is excellent, and it’s one of those spots where you just want to stay, enjoy, and take your time.

Great place for wine and small bites. Wine flights available. Unfortunately no hot food since the oven was broken during our visit. Lots of free parking.
Super cute wine spot with friendly staff and great happy hour deals! I stopped in on a Monday evening around 6pm with a girlfriend. We sat at the front bar and browsed the menu. They were running happy hour until 6:30pm so we quickly ordered some wine and a cheese/charcuterie plate. Ambiance - 4 stars. The place is cozy with a bar in the back and a bar in the front, then several tables for two or four. It felt part wine bar, part beach spot, and casual as can be, no pretentious winos here. Care 2015 Solidarity Rosé Tempranillo - 4 stars. A really awesome, middle-of-the-road rosé. Not overly sweet, not overly dry. A perfect pink color. Tasted of strawberries and peach with slightly creamy notes. AND a portion of the proceeds go to breast cancer patients in Spain! Aveleda 2016 Quinta da Aveleda Vinho Verde - 3 stars. Weaker on the mineral flavors than I was hoping for but still quite tasty, perfect for a summer day. Cheese & charcuterie plate - 5 stars. Beautifully plated, quality meats and cheeses. Plenty of bread (and offers to bring more when we ran out)! I loved the variety in the types of cheeses and meats and the accompaniments of honey, nuts, craisins, mustard, etc. layered on the flavors. Quite a bit of food for two people. Service - 5 stars. Both servers were very friendly, attentive to our needs, happy to give us tastes, and more than willing to make recommendations. If I lived locally, I could totally see this becoming my go-to spot. Instead, I'll just have to make it a point to visit when I'm around.

First, I think their outdoor patio could use a little work to make the atmosphere nicer. The inside looked cute, but it was a gorgeous day outside and I wanted to enjoy the weather. The wine flight I had was okay, but nothing really stood out to me. The highlight by far was the Brie and jam plate I ordered. It was amazing! Great Brie and fantastic jam! I had to buy some.
