Pretty decent little location with all of the amenities that waba has. Chicken signature is the best go to bowl. A lot of the chicken and steak especially has a lot of nerves and fat which I've never been a fan of. Really close to Petco and Starbucks. Should be able to find parking easily. Fix the flickering light here!

Jimmy was the person that attended me, he has EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE! Chris is the manager, whom I informed of Jimmy’s great CS. Chris also did a good job by complimenting Jimmy for his good work. They have a great team here!

Some of the nicest folks to give you protein on rice, especially on a diet. The nice thing about WaBa Grill is the rice is nicely separated from the meats or tofu; Yoshinoya has its beef seep into the rice it gets soggy Their carrots and jalapeños are free with your meal and delicious.

Really enjoy Waba Grill! The bowls are fresh and flavorful, and the staff is friendly. The only downside is that it can get a bit slow when it’s busy, but the food makes it worth the wait.

This is a long overdue review ... I love these guys. Every time I walk in, everyone is SO nice! I work across the street and I always order through the app, so I don't interact with the employees much, but I think the manager, always remembers my name and is so super sweet! The other guys are so friendly and super energetic as well. With all the options near by I choose to go here because of the staff. I've got a new found love for their boom boom tacos. They're perfect for my lunch fix! Thank you so much for being the highlight of my day :)

Delicious, affordable, and healthier than the alternative fast food options. Plus the two guys working were super friendly and on top of things. I think one of them was named Jimmy. I'll be adding this into my "quick lunch" rotation for sure.

Good was Excellent Generous Portions that make you come back. Delicious Healthy very clean fast Chef was great Cashier girl sort of snotty about bathrooms being out of order.i used twice. Food looked just like commercial but tasted even better. Staff was friendly and the restaurant clean. Music wasn't my taste but the guy did cut it down a notch so it wasn't blaring out the speakers. I would definitely go back good food for not a lot of money!!!

I'd like to give a 5. However, like a couple reviews have stated, this location really skimps on the amount of protein they give you, and the salmon was very overcooked. That said, I'm giving a 4 anyway because the customer service was excellent and staff is very friendly. Also, this location was very clean. But bruh, can a get more than 2 ounces of salmon next time, and not cooked like carne asada?

Food is good but the restaurant is a hell hole. The bathroom is out of order. The ticket order thing doesn't work, the condiments are empty, the tables are dirty. C'mon man! The place is neglected.

Tables inside weren’t setup. Not allowed or can’t eat inside. Ate in the parking lot on the floor. Was gonna rate 1 star but because staff who took the order was friendly, giving 2 stars. Will eat at Flamebroiler from now on.

This place shorts you on the meat. Every other Waba grill the meat covers all the rice. This one you can see a lot of rice all around. They claim to weigh it for the correct amount after I went back inside to get more added. But nope they were rude and instead, they get this review.

Ordered food online at 7:15 pm for the kids since they had a late day. Got a call at 7:40pm telling me that they have to cancel my order bwcuae it is too late!?! Also my refund won't be available for at least a business day. Edit, after a few weeks WABA didn't even refund my cancelled order! Had to make a fraud claim on my credit card.
