Dutch Bros. Coffee Placerville Reviews
From the girl having a "weird day"- thank you to the girl at the window for caring and being so kind. I really wish I had gotten your name but your act of kindness meant the world to me today. I will pass it on. Keep being a good person, we need more like you in the world... Please let me know what your name is!
I love it, the employees are really nice. My boyfriend gives a plastic glitter-poop as a tip. It's really a token of our gratitude, as we've spent a lot of money collecting the various poops.
Pretty good experiences whenever we go. Happy to have a DB near us.
Dutch Bros is my go-to for coffee and energy drinks. The staff are always upbeat and friendly, and the service is quick. I love the variety of options, and they always get my drink just right.
It's a drive thru coffee shop. Everything was fine.
Coffee service at its top notch finest with the energy and personalities to go with it and take you a step further. This is the way food service was meant to be. Conversely, it reminds me of five guys in that unless one has properly budgeted for the entire year and inked the appropriate time and amount it takes to come here……one might have to refinance their home, skim from juniors college fund, start an online business or stick up a market or bank to afford these outlandish prices. I suppose that it is more than likely me that just can’t get my head around even the possibility of a ten (10)dollar($) coffee(☕️)! Again the atmosphere, staff , and product are off the charts great but a most himble serf such as am I it’s an idea to big to even dream about. ✌🏻☮️&❤️💙 Peace&Love
I seldomly deviate from a 911 double blended, when they hear the customization for double blend (highly recommend) they automatically put whip on top for me now. Thanks for recognizing my personal customizations and remembering my drink preference. These are the things that make customers feel individual appreciation and can encourage long term, location loyalty. Great job applying your genuine efforts and making me feel unique and appreciated!
Brand new location, good service - they took order while waiting in car line and brought out coffee before I even reached window. Friendly service as with all the locations I have been to. Coffee is always excellent, I typically get the Americano. There was a line of cars but they kept things moving fast.
On our way down from Lake Tahoe we decided to stop and refresh at Dutch Bros. I’m from Los Angeles and we don’t have this brand down south. Most are out of our way and they have a really good variety of drinks. Something for everyone. Always stop at Dutch bros if I get a chance the drinks are always good and the service is really friendly.
Never gotten a bad drink from here highly recommend

It’s my first tme here in Dutch Bros. Placerville better than Cameron Park. They are more friendly. I’ve never had an issue with my drink here, and everything tastes delicious. My go-to choice for iced coffee drinks.
Dutch Bros was on point this morning. They were fast and efficient. Drinks are always great from here.

I like DB's coffee beans. So the coffee flavor is great. All the other flavors, of syrups, or sugars, sprinkles, whipped cream can add to the drink. Whatever you ask for they have options for you.

As most Dutch Bros. are, this location lives up to their service, quality, and variety. What is great is the variety of drinks offered and my wife loves that most can be made sugar free or nearly so. Oh, and our dog insists on a pup cup when we visit. We are here frequently.
Watch out if they have you tap your card twice. I was double charged and the same day i used online chat said they pending charge would clear, it didnt. Then i messaged again week later they (cassandra) have no record and would not refund or give credit for the extra drink charge I was charged for and told me to deal with my bank about getting the 8.53 back, Incredibly unhelpful. In general this location can get slow lines if busy but the broistas are very friendly and drinks are always reliable.
Ask for light ice… paid $5 for a few sips of coffee. Dang! 😅
The coffee was good but the wait was extreme. It took us 20 minutes to get our 1 lg hot carmelizer and sm cake batter shake.
If you dont have at least 15 minutes to wait definitely skip the drive thru.
I used to LOVE Dutch bros! But ever since their blended beverages started coming out of the machine instead of a blender, I feel I’m spending $8 on a $1 gas station icee… quality has gone down significantly just to save 30 seconds? I’ve never owned a business, but doesn’t sound like a good investment to me.
Stopped in because our son has been begging us for something because all his friends get things from here. There wasn't a huge line so we finally gave in. Bad idea. There was lots of staff, the girl who took our order was super nice. Staff once we got to the window was screaming & singing so loud it was crazy. Granted they were having fun, but when you have a line backed up & customers waiting maybe it should wait for a slower time. We were stuck in line for 30 minutes. Figured out we couldn't get the drink he wanted because it was an energy drink & he can't have caffeine. Ordered 2 kids smoothies, by the time we got them they were melted since it had taken so long to get to the window. Took them home and put them in the freezer so the kids could have them & we didn't waste money. "IF" we go back it would be us walking up, those people got their drinks almost immediately. Thankful there is something new in town that gives options to everyone & jobs. Hopefully maybe next time will be better?
My son loves coming here, we stop in every so often and the girls who are out taking orders are very friendly and nice, but it’s a different story when you get to the window, they don’t look very happy , not very talkative and maybe stressed I’m not sure. I know I love stopping at the Auburn-Folsom in Granite Bay because they are all great and their attitudes are awesome and I leave with a smile, also they serve you quickly, as this new one is not so fast. Maybe having the Granite Bay staff come help and show this staff how it could be would help 🤷🏼♀️

Line is the same for every Dutch bros I’ve been to but this location just sucks. It’s SO SLOW. The person taking orders outside (if there’s one at all) doesn’t take orders down the line. They’ll literally take your order when you’re like 3 cars from the window or at the window already. Super inefficient. Probably faster to go to Starbucks down the street from now on
The guy outside was so rude and very rushed. I was downloading the app and he wouldn't help. Said he had to go inside and he'd put it at the window for pick-up. Umm, ok. The item was good but the service was a total turn off. I'll be deleting the app now.
