Went with a large group of friends, the waitress was really nice they took good care of us. I ordered the patty melt, it was so delicious. We had nachos as an appetizer, it was the best nachos I had, very crunchy and good. The place was clean , great atmosphere and excellent service I will definitely be back 👍

I just moved to the Plano area, and my boyfriend came for a visit. While out shopping, we stopped at Snuffers West Plano location for lunch. The server was exceptional. When we told him that this was our first Snuffers experience, he had great food suggestions, and let us know about their rewards program and daily specials. Each of us ordered the classic burger and loaded fries- both were great! Burgers were cooked to order, and any substitutions/additions/omissions were spot on. The fries are my favorite item! Since then, I've dined in once more and gotten Doordash- both from this same location. Each encounter has been just as good as the first. The quality of their delivered items is equal to what is served at the restaurant. I'm sure I will be a repeat customer at this Snuffers. Thanks for a great experience!

We enjoyed fried pickles, fried mushrooms, fried onions, and hamburger sandwiches. It might not sound very healthy, but the taste was fantastic. Also staffs were friendly and the atmosphere was good. We really enjoyed the evening at this place.

Snuffer's makes a mean burger and incredible cheddar fries! The cheese fries alone are worth this stop. I ordered the Dr. Pepper BBQ bacon burger, and it was great, but the BBQ sauce overstayed its welcome by the end, so I would order a classic next time, or even try the chicken sandwich. The flavored lemonades are good, but just flavor pumps. The service was fantastic! I was especially impressed because we had a group of 10 and nothing was forgotten or misordered. It was a good experience overall, and I'd eat here again.

Snuffer's is a "seat yourself" restaurant for those that didn't know. This location I've gone a couple times and sometimes it takes a bit for them to get to you but nothing crazy long, but service has been great here. Most burgers don't come with fries, heads up. The Dr.Pepper burger is amazing as well as the loaded cheese fries (those are a must!). For some reason the Sangria Swirl isn't on the menu but it's delicious for those that like margaritas and Sangria; I also recommend having sugar on the rim.

As we walked up, a male employee came and opened the door for us, then sat us. This never happened at the other locations I have visited. The seats of the booths are not secured to the seats, so be careful as they will slide with you as you try to scoot into the booth. Our drink orders were taken right away and so was our appetizer order. Our appetizers arrived, but we still hadn't gotten any forks or spoons. And of course at that time, our waitress seemed to vanish for a while. It took almost 20 minutes to get something to eat with. My girlfriend also ordered a Rum and Coke. It was so strong and seemed to have very little Coke. They did fix it right away. Our food was cooked to our specifications. Everything came out fine from the kitchen and tasted great. And for those people that enjoy playing Pokemon Go, there are two Pokestops here and a lot of spawns in the area. So you are able to play and eat simultaneously.

Ordered pick up: order the Dr. Pepper burger with side salad at lunch time in a Friday. The burger was good but couldn't been better. It barely had any bbq sauce which made it taste somewhat dry.

I enjoy coming to Snuffer’s, this location. However, beware on ordering the bean and cheese nachos. I ordered them with the cheese on the side. I did not know there is a shortage of on beans. I literally took my fork to scoop off the beans so I could try the beans, there was hardly any beans on my tortilla chips. I was disappointed. I usually LOVE everything I order at Snuffers. I don’t know what happened this time in the kitchen. I will be back to this location because 9 out of 10 they do good.

Don't come here if you have a group that needs separate checks. Don't order the meat loaf unless you're not hungry. The cheese fries came out cold. We had a group of 6 and our waiter didn't tell us until after he got everyone's order that he was only going to split it two ways. He kept walking away before everyone could order appetizers. This led to one of us getting the appetizer at the same time as the main entré. They also had a sign that said "seat yourself" and when our group tried to go to the long table the bar attendant kept trying to talk us into sitting at a four top.

I've been enjoying Snuffers since I was a teen in the 1980s. The Plano location seems to have gone downhill recently. The cheddar fries only had a layer of cheese on the top rather than layered within. I ordered Frito pie and there was no chili! And my son wanted a shake only to find out they don't do shakes anymore. Lastly, the service has been really inconsistent at this location.
