We always have a great time at pizza hut during the lunch buffet. Most of the time the pizza is super fresh every now and then we have to wait a little for fresh pizza but we usually eat a salad while waiting!

I walked in, placed a to go order. Was told wait would be 20-25 minutes. 35 minutes later my order is ready, but the pizza was not what I ordered. Manager was super nice, made me a new one. But, it took another 20 minutes. So, long wait, but pizza was delicious! Staff was friendly! So, it's all good. I'd definitely go back...

Visited yesterday, upon arriving I was greeted immediately. I was given a few moments to look over the menu. I had a grocery run to make and when I finished my pizzas were don. I got home and I am very satisfied with the freshness of my pizzas. Everything was great, from ordering to timeliness to taste.

We waited an additional 15 minutes past when our food should have been ready for pickup which wasn't all that big of a deal because it looked like they had gotten really busy. we were kind of disappointed at the size of the pizza in the pizza box we ordered. We ordered the breadstick, cinnamon stick, Pizza combo. The pizza had eight pieces but four of them were very ,very small. It only had four cinnamon sticks and five breadsticks and my daughter said according to the picture there should have been more of one or the other, I don't know which. I told her I would go back inside and remedy it quite quickly and easily but she did not want me to, she paid for dinner so I did not want her to be upset because she was already a little disappointed in the size of the meal. She ordered it on the website and it was supposed to be $13.95 with the additional dollar for cheese on the breadsticks. They charged her $20, 19 and some change. Not quite sure what happened there either. If it was only $14.95 plus tax she may not have been as disappointed with the size. We do love Pizza Hut though and when we are willing to pay their prices we always enjoy their food. They are a bit pricey as far as pizza places go but we will go there again because like I said we love their Pizza. And while we were there I got a wonderful menu from a little diner attached to the building which you can only enter through the Pizza Hut lobby. Can't wait to try 24 diner for breakfast lunch or dinner, their menu looks amazing!

But they got one of the pizzas wrong and after my wife told them, it took over 40 minutes to get the right one. By that time the rest of the stuff was cold (and I was hot). My wife said they were nice and gave her a free drink while she waited but I don't think it made it all okay. I could have had a sit down meal in a nice restaurant in the time it took to get (a cold) pizza.

I orders large pepperoni pizza with extra cheese, an order of breadsticks with two sides of ranch well apparently they were out of large pizza boxes. The delivery driver said and this is what they put the pizza in. The box was sealed, They also did not have any more breadsticks. He said they refunded me the money there is no receipt proving this. I will never go back again. If you don’t like your job don’t work there. People are paying for quality and food if you don’t wanna do it, don’t be there.this is what $ 26.25 looks like

Ordered a pizza at 5:15 for what I thought was delivery they take a long time so no big deal but at 6:15 I realized the pizza still wasn’t here so I called the store from 6:18 until I entered the store after 6:38 to see at least five people working and not one attempting to answer the phone. No one acknowledged us and after five minutes or longer they finally did and I was told my order was carry out and I told her I have been calling for 20 minutes and no one is answering she said they are too busy to answer the phone. I hope the owner sees this and what kind of staff they have if they would have answered I would have known I made a mistake and corrected it. But I paid a tip for no reason to a driver who won’t get it. Poor poor service and the pizza isn’t even worth it.

So was told they would remake my order and they would get around to delivering it but that it would be 30 to 45 more minutes. My husband was livid and said forget it and canceled it, and just drove to get something for a late dinner at this point.. I do not recommend them at all, we travel alot but will not be ordering from here again.

Horrific service the worst ive ever seen waited over an hour no delivery drove to the store cause no one will answer the phone and if they do its to hang up on you anyways walked in asked about my food they said they were slammed and it should be ready soon so i waited another 30 mins they hadnt even started on my order, no way to cancel my order cause theyre " slammed " so im out 18 bucks. Just drove to taco bell instead. If I could give negative stars I would!!!! Ridiculous!

This store is always understaffed, I’ve gone there several times recently and seen pizzas falling off the oven onto the floor. Spoke to manager, manager told me they’re understaffed so I waited for 2 hours and my order still wasn’t ready. Floor was dirty and greasy, asked the manager if I could have a refund, said to call corporate. Asked a manager for their supervisors phone number, a guy claiming to also be a manager with glasses and a beard gave me their number, and their supervisor didn’t answer. Later found that same “manager” smoking dope in his car. Not sure what’s going on with this Pizza Hut, it used to be good a couple months ago and it’s gone downhill since. Half the employees look sick or drained, and the management seems to have no clue what to do either. I’ve been going to this Pizza Hut for 8 years and I’ve never seen it get this bad. Guess it’s time to go to Domino’s.
