I was greeted once I was walked in. That's always a nice feeling that you're recognized. The manager was working the front. Very polite, I'm very respectful. This location is military friendly, offering veterans discounts. I ordered the chicken pot pie and a single piece of chicken. All the food was very fresh. The store was very clean. They had somebody out on the floor working it. Great customer service definitely would go back and see again.

Walked through the door, noticed first everything is spotless! Almost immediately a true gentleman (we later just had to ask for his name) William, greeted us with the best courtesy and respect we have ever had at any restaurant. 5* restaurants have not even been close to the bar that William has set for the levels of customer service. The chicken was fresh and mouthwatering. Absolutely great value! But It was William and his outstanding human nature that will bring us back in. Thank you William for your heart ❤️ and your hard work. KFC needs to promote you!!!

My husband and I went in today (3/25/22) right upon them opening. We were happily greeted upon our arrival. It was such a warm welcome. We even were checked in on while eating. When leaving everyone was so happy saying goodbyes and thank you! Great set of people y’all had today! We have never ever experienced such wonderful service and attitudes! Blessings to you all! ❤️🙏🏻 And the food was amazing!

Always okay, I wish they'd ease up on the pre-portioning though. Sometimes the sides sit for too long before they're sold. Otherwise not a bad place, usually fast, averagely priced. Good for Togo.

KFC is just not the same since the Colonel sold the franchise and even worse since about 15 years ago. Super salty; but would could you expect? Staff were nice and accurate. The drive-thru was fairly quick.

I have been here 3 times in 2 weeks and the drive through lady was very rude and told me it would take 30-40 mins to get any food. When I said ok she became even more rude to me. Cooperate really need to be looking at there temple restaurant. I told my coworkers about my experience and 2 of them said the same thing happened to them. I can't even Rate the food on this app because I can't get any food from here they say they don't have any chicken...even though it's a chicken place

Update: Its been 8 months since this incident and after several calls to KFC I have still not recieved 1 phone call back regarding this disastrous choice for dinner. I can't remember ever being more disappointed. $40 for 12 Small pieces of chicken, 3 family sides, that have apparently diminished in size by almost half over the last few years, a single side of Mac n cheese in a container the size of an infant dish and to top it off got home and not a single biscuit out of 6 that comes with the meal. While the Colonel still has a great tasting recipie, the quality of the food has dropped tremendously. I knew KFC was a bit costly so haven't been to one in quite some time but I can get chicken legs almost 3 times the size at the Speedy Mart Convenience store 2 for $1.49. KFC has definitely lost my business! 12 Piece Meal 27.99 .99 aditional charge per breast piece Side dish 1.99

I'm usually a happy go lucky type of person. I usually don't take the time to write negative reviews. We stopped and ordered and the lady taking our order was rude from the start. Lupe rolled her eyes and shrugged her shoulders at us. She also left before we even got our order. It took almost 30 minutes to get our order. It took two more employees to check what we ordered and to bring it out to us!
