Bad staff attention, they take a long time to take the order, we ordered 2 rolls and it took more than 45 minutes and they didn't bring them, they pay more attention to delivery orders than to the diners in the restaurant. I must say that there were so few of us diners that it took a long time to deliver the food.

The food isn't bad, but the service is very slow. It took us an hour to receive our food. As for drinks, the orange sodas don't taste like oranges, and the noodles are just pasta.

Horrendous manners. Their digital menu isn't even open, and they don't offer a menu. Their internet doesn't work, and they scold you for trying to enter your QR code the day before yesterday. Indeed, as another reviewer points out, the lady has horrible manners. Appalling.

When you arrive they tell you the rice isn't ready and you have to wait 40 minutes without eating!!! NO WAY!!!!!!!!! How is that possible???

I ordered through Uber Eats and the order took longer than expected (which is understandable since it was a large order), but when it arrived, the portions were extremely small for the price. I ordered two orders of takoyaki and they were like marbles, haha, super small, and the flavor left much to be desired. I also ordered some gyonza, and they were like snacks instead of a main course—super small portions and expensive. We also ordered makis, and those were good, but they were the only decent thing in the whole order 😞 I wouldn't order anything again.

I had stopped going to is a long time ago because I didn't like the wait time or the taste. I decided to give it a second chance, and it was another terrible experience. This time it didn't take as long, but the portion I ordered was quite small and very expensive for what it was. The rice wasn't cooked well, and the flavor left a lot to be desired; I honestly wouldn't go back or recommend it. A waste of space and money.

Very bad, they should change the staff. The lady is very rude. It takes an hour for each dish to be prepared, there are no cold drinks, and the beers are lukewarm. After 30 minutes, they tell you there's no chicken or meat and that you have to order something else, and you have to sit there for another hour. You're not free to choose your table. The lady tells you where to go and if you don't want it, and if you don't, they give you a hard time and make you leave to go. It's the same thing.

The quality has dropped drastically, which is a shame because it used to be my go-to sushi place. We ordered takoyaki, and they looked nothing like the pictures. They were ridiculously small and didn't have any green onions, plus the octopus was chewy and just two tiny balls. We also ordered mixed teriyaki; the meat was fine, but the rice was hard and over-seasoned, and you couldn't even pick it up with chopsticks. The only good thing was the takoyoebi roll. The bill came to over $400, and it was money wasted. I absolutely do not recommend it.

Terrible service, half an hour waiting, and in the end, they brought us whatever they wanted. They seat you wherever they want and take the wrong order.

They never have anything. I've been here twice and not even had drinks. Today there wasn't even mineral water on the menu. The bathrooms don't always work.

Terrible service, some items didn't match the menu, and the rice wasn't cooked properly. They said my soup would take 20 minutes, and I waited patiently for 40 minutes, only to be told it would be ready in 15-20 minutes.
