Robin is a special person and so refreshing after a long day of travel. I’d keep coming here just because of her. Food was great. Atmosphere was great. Service was top notch

Honestly kind of shocked at the 1 star ratings for this place. It's definitely not the greatest, but as far as airport food goes it's not so bad, and it was the only place that I could find an egg sandwich haha. Also, price wasn't that terrible for the amount they give you (again, in relation to airport food haha). 9 dollars gets you a solid egg sandwich. Although, the woman next to me had a refund given to her so I'm not sure what happened there... just relaying my experience!

The service was fairly quick and the food was decent. Not $13 for a small sandwich decent but it’s an airport after all. I will say the iPad ordering is interesting but it asks you to tip before the food is even brought.

Paying a high price for food is to be expected here. Paying 3.85 for a ice tea without refills is a ripoff. Also tips are automatically added regardless of quality of service.

To who it may concern, l have to tell you how bad of experience I had at Interwich cafe at LaGuardia Airport on 11/10/23 at 7:30 pm I asked the woman (her name is Ashley) behind the counter if I could place an order with out my phone. She said no if you don’t have a phone I can’t help you. Then I asked her who could help me. She said what do you what me to do about , then she said what kind of an idiot doesn’t have a cell phone. So we exchanged a few words and a Server came over to me. His name is Henry. He couldn’t be any nicer and helpful to me, then he helped me place my order. At that time i asked for manager, I don’t remember his name but he is the Sous Chef and manager. Ashley told me I hope you order your food at Interwich so I can take care of it. Needless to say I didn’t order from Interwich I ordered from Kombu and had a great experience. This woman is a disgrace to hospitality business. Hopefully someone from corporate will read this and get rid of the virus at the airport location. If any one would like to talk to me feel free to contact me. My email or phone is in your system. I understand airport pricing but $19 for a 9oz glass of wine is outrageous!!!! Sushi was okay. I tried to help the waiter clear the table and accidentally knocked over my full wine glass (that I only took 3 sips from) and offered to help clean it up. They didn’t offer to bring another glass for the accident and the waiter came back and asked if we are missing anything and then left.

They should earn an award for tasteless Philly cheesesteak! Do yourself a favor and walk a few more steps. do not eat in any of the restaurants connected to it. I should have listened to the rest of the reviews.

Very slow service, took forever to receive the food after the simple order was placed. Would not recommend if you are in any kind of time crunch. When our order was received, the breakfast sandwiches did not have either of the meats that we ordered: 0/2 - bacon egg & cheese and sausage egg & cheese were both just egg & cheese. We were already on the plane when we noticed (again, due to the incredibly slow service, ~25 minutes for 2 sandwiches during a non-busy time), and a direct inquiry to the company requesting a follow up was ignored. Avoid!
If I could give it less than 1 star I would. Easily the worst eggs benedict I've ever had. If I had seen its reviews first I would've eaten trail mix or dirt. Coffee was very bitter. Plus it was 20 dollars, $28 once the exchange rate took effect, which is semi acceptable if the food is good. Service was prompt and friendly, food came out quickly but I think that's cause they threw it in the microwave. Portions were small which I was thankful for. I didn't want more garbage on my plate. I would NEVER order from here again and would encourage anyone reading this to go somewhere, anywhere else.
Purchased $19 worth of food and sat at a table. Was told sitting at that table was only for paying customers. I showed them my food and receipt and was told to move to the FULL tables next to the table we were already at. No one else was in line or wanted to sit at that table. RUDE. Sandwhich as average. Fries hot. Employees making food couldn't stop talking to each other long enough to cook anything. Would not recommend.
Food was HORRIBLE!!!! The chicken Parmesan hero chicken was old and dry. The sandwich did not look like the picture at all. The cheese fries were old. The fries was dry. Don’t waste your money on this food because you will be dissatisfied!!!
Even by airport standards this place is woeful. Has iPads to order but shows you an advert before the menu then charges a ridiculous price. The staff were walking a tightrope between miserable and just actively rude. 1 star is generous
DON'T GO HERE. OVERPRICED FOOD, DRINKS AND TIPS. They want a tip before you even get the food. If you're paying with your card, do yourself a favor and give them 1% tip or none at all. They don't deserve anything more than that. I saw how they were making the food, one person sweaty throwing everything around. I ordered a simple dish with a cappuccino. They gave me a little girls teacup and a burnt English muffin. The eggs Benedict was raw, the sauce was disgusting. The hero of the dish was the water! I had to leave quick because I didn't want to miss my plane in case I needed to use the bathroom after that meal.
Awful service, awful food, & false advertising. Got a $14 bahn mi sandwich but they left off cilantro and the siracha jalapeño aioli. Once I physically tracked down the server, despite pushing the call button and waiting for 10 minutes, she explained (after I’d paid and tipped, which you are required to do at the time you order) that they were out of cilantro and that the sandwich doesn’t come with the delicious-sounding aioli described on the menu. The server said, “The menu isn’t totally accurate.” Hmmmmm....maybe don’t call it a bahn mi sandwich then since it evidently comes without essential ingredients! (FYI, there was barely any carrot or daikon radish in the sandwich.)
Ease up on the sauce for the Buffalo Wings. The Wings sauce was super thick and very spicy(which I love), but there was so much of it that you had to blot the wings off before eating them. Waitstaff wasn’t friendly, at all!! Go to the bar/eatery near Gate C29, Super friendly staff.
Ordered food with 0% gratuity since it said we had to tip before we even spoke to our waiter with the intention of tipping in cash after our meal. We were forced to cancel our orders and leave if we didn't add a gratuity on before ordering. We left.
