Pizza Boy I Queens Reviews
Got a cheese slice and a bbq chicken. Really liked the cheese one. The crust is pretty tasty, too. Will definitely be back.
This place was wonderful. I went with my family and had a great time!! The place was a little packed, be wary of that. I ate a delicious Margherita slice and a wonderful order of mozzarella sticks served with marinara sauce. Will go again!!!!!
I use to eat here when I was kid every time I visited my aunt in Woodside, haven't been to woodside for years came back and still the same! God I miss this place brings back nostalgic memories
The staff is great! They even gave a free dessert to me. Plus, the pizza is awesome!
This has been my favorite pizza spot for decades. It is also where we order from for church events. We can give them a big order the night before and they handle it. Their pizza is always a big hit. Some favorites of mine are the Margherita slice and the grandma slice. The grandma with chicken & bruschetta is mind blowing. But let me warn you - the bruschetta topping is super garlicky! The owners and staff always do a great job.
Pizza boy II is a Staple in the neighborhood. I've been here for the last 45 years of my life, and pizza boy to has consistently served up delicious, piping-hot, crispy, and cheesy pizza and other Italian favorites. They have not remodeled the place in the entire time that I have lived here. It's the genuine authentic classic NYC Pizzeria. Love it! Keep it up guys and all the best!
Wow, a friend stated his teenage son loves this place. So, my cousin and I tried it. I had 2 regular slices and WOW it was crispy and delish. My cousin was not crazy for the Sicilian. Maybe because she is from Malden, MA , there’s is probably different. The place was in full swing and very busy. It’s close to where I am staying and I will be back.
I don't know about you, but I love their pizzas. I'm not big on tomato sauce on my pizzas and they just put the right amount on it. There is nothing better than an independent pizza shop than a big brand pizza shop. If you are planning to visit woodside, remember to stop by and grab a slice of pizza boy 2.
I tried to redeem a coupon for 2 Xtra large cheese pizzas and a coke for $34, but the old lady in the shop kept screaming at me “What the hell do you want?”. I tried showing her the coupon but she wouldn’t pay me no mind. I’m not sure if she stressed out, over worked or racist but i couldn’t deal with her attitude and lack of professionalism. So i went to pizza hut next door and spent $55 and got to large pizzas without the attitude. Their food is good just the old lady should retire. She looks tired and overstressed, bad for business in my opinion.
Order food. Was kinda busy but he said “10 minutes it’ll be ready”. No problem. We waited 20 minutes before we checked in, “another two minutes”. Took 45 minutes to get the food. Was crazy. A chicken parm sandwich shouldn’t have taken more than 10 maybe 20 since it was busy and everyone was just getting a slice. The soccer players who came in made it unbearable as they were running around, burped in my partners face and laughed. If you’re going to go here, order ahead. But honestly, the wait spoiled the enjoyment of the food.
If I can give this place 0 stars I wouldn’t think about it twice. The marinara sauce that was given with the chicken roll was completely spoiled. What a disgusting putrid rotten sour smell. The audacity to even serve this to the customers and when I called to complaint have a nasty un denial attitude with a hint of arrogance is beyond my understanding. Not even into the first week of 2025 and this is how they start? No wonder Pizza Hut right across the street is killing them. I don’t give this place more than two years at most for them to close unless they hire new people or properly rotate their food. Most items look old anyway.
