Trattoria al Baretto Recco Reviews
Delizioso locale con vista mozzafiato su Recco. Sono stata stupita in positivo sia dalla location che dalla qualità dei piatti tipici della cucina genovese. Prezzi convenienti. Awesome restaurant with a breathtaking view of Recco. I got surprised both for the beautiful location and for the food quality. Reasonable prices.
Ottima esperienza, focaccette buonissime. Gentilezza e professionalità
Tutto buonissimo! Ottimo servizio! Le focaccine sono strepitose! I pansotti, fatti da loro sono buonissimi!
Dinner on the veranda with a splendid sea view. The menu features traditional Ligurian dishes. Medi's focaccias are fantastic, as are the cuculli. The prices aren't exactly cheap, but considering the location, the generous portions, and the quality of the food, I'd say the value for money is worth a visit. Just one note: since there are only a few seats, remember that reservations are required!
I had dinner here with family. They had us sit on the veranda, and we ordered appetizers, first courses, second courses, and desserts (I tried Recco focaccia, trofie with pesto, Genoese-style rabbit, and panna cotta). Everything was good, the prices were average, and the people who run it are great. I'll be back.
A summer evening, a splendid setting with a breathtaking view of the sea, olive trees, and Ligurian sunset. Under a cool pergola, guests can enjoy fried focaccia and other local specialties. The squid ink tagliolini with octopus ragù is excellent. The fried calamari is also delicious. Service is friendly, perhaps a little slow, but in the meantime, the gaze wanders to the horizon.
Dinner with the family amazing food amazing view we were a noisy bunch and staff were amazing 🫡
Best place for a simple traditional dinner! Young staff is very professional and smiling. If you get a table on the right side the view is phantastic! Good ratio quality/price.
Great restaurant with a spectacular view, friendly staff and good meals. Reservation recommended.
I visited this trattoria on a Saturday for lunch. My advice is to always reserve a table because the inside dining room isn't very large. There's also a fairly large outdoor terrace, but the weather obviously needs to be favorable. The location is truly picturesque: you're surrounded by greenery and the sea view is spectacular. As for the lunch itself, I can say I thoroughly enjoyed it in every way. I had the classic focaccia with stracchino cheese, a large plate of pansoti with walnut sauce, and a homemade apricot tart, all accompanied by an excellent house red wine. The focaccias were very well filled, and the pansoti were perfectly cooked and topped with a wealth of walnut sauce. The icing on the cake was the excellent coffee at the end of the meal. The service was so friendly that, without even asking, they moved us to a table with a better view, which had become available after we had already taken our assigned table. The bill was truly fair, considering the quality of the ingredients, the service, and the location; for two appetizers, two first courses, two desserts, and two coffees, we spent less than €25 each.
Best place around to eat "focaccette" and "cuculli" as well as other typical recepies of the area. The road is a bit uncomfortable but the view is worth it. In the summertime there is a nice porch outside, too! If you happen to be there right after Easter you will be pleased by the special "focaccette" festival. Always RESERVE your spot or you probably won't be able to get your delicious meal (and it is not always open, so it's better to check anyway). Definitely going back... and if you are asking yourself if it's worth it... just go!
Enchanting place. We ate very well. The best of the restaurants in the area. Owners and guys to serve powerfull. cost of dinner negligible.
Sui 40 euro
The staff is very courteous and professional. The location offers a truly picturesque view. The dishes we ate were neither good nor bad. I would recommend using more salt, as some dishes were decidedly too salty and the flavors of the ingredients were truly missing. I would also recommend not asking the customer specifically if they want to leave a tip when paying by debit card, as this could be seen as inappropriate, almost rude.
A restaurant with a truly evocative and romantic view. I honestly expected more from the dishes; they lacked a bit of character, making the taste very flat and bland. However, overall, I'd recommend it because the menu is traditional and typical, so it's always appreciated (and maybe that night the kitchen went badly, that happens).
The focaccias are excellent, the service is adequate, and the view is priceless. That alone makes the trip worthwhile. I recommend going for lunch to see the place in its entirety. The prices aren't cheap, but we're on the Riviera, so you can expect that.
I can't say much! It's almost always closed except on holidays. The restaurant space is cramped. The food is traditional Ligurian: focaccia, vegetable pies, and pesto pasta. They use garlic everywhere and were completely unwilling to provide alternatives for someone like me who is allergic to onions and garlic.
