Greeted as soon as we walked in service was quick and facility was clean. So much community love in this space, hop in and support local.

After the rather disappointing experience that I had with the burger king about a block away just a few minutes prior it was definitely nice to walk into this place. The staff was quick to acknowledge my presence, and even after telling them about the incident I had.They were still polite and said, well, sometimes that's just the way they are. They made a point to not only be respectful to me but to the other business as well.Which in my opinion was more than they deserved. The staff here took my order quickly and got it to me in a timely manner. Which was very much appreciated. The restaurant itself looked very clean and it was definitely a nice change from what I had just put up with.

We were just passing through and stopped for a quick bite. The food was fresh and the staff nice. I loved how the choco brownie extreme had lots of chocolate! We tried the Carolina reaper tacos and there was nothing special about them. There weren’t even spicy. Definitely not worth trying them.

I had a pleasant experience in this location, they had an all women team that day and was amazed by their team work. I did not have to wait long for my order and the staff was very polite and helpful. Honestly I hate stopping in Refugio because most of the restaurants and gas stations are very dirty especially the restrooms, and the staff is rude.

I live in Houston but when I go to visit family and friends in the Valley, conveniently the Dairy Queen in Refugio, Texas is a halfway mark for us. I have stopped at this Dairy Queen for literally 20+ years since I was a small child and now with my own children. This restaurant has always had exceptional service, the food is always fresh and delicious. The restrooms are consistently clean.

Great place and amazing, friendly guys at the counter who took orders. I stopped here for a quick grab on my way back. Very diligent and quick. I forgot to grab my order # as it was a simple order, the guy who took the order and it was so nice of him brought the food to my table.

The girl got my wife's order wrong. The food was OK. Per the manager they do not use the points from the app. When my wife asked the girl about her order. The girl did not say anything. The restaurant looks great. I kike the school photos all over. Great community spirit.

I've never been here and had a good experience. Line to order is long and they take FOREVER to even acknowledge it, let alone take orders. They always get orders wrong; last time I had to send it back 3 times.

Fries were not fresh. Ordered one thing and got another. When brought to Malorie attention no remorse was expressed, not even an oops smile-merely a blank stare. The worst though was that the over $25.00 I spent would not be added to my rewards account because (according to the manager) they did not participate in that program. On top of everything else the survey QR was bogus. Needless to say, I do not recommend this particular Dairy Queen nor will we return. Do not bother replying with your computer generated apologies and untruths of betterment.

Easy order, but never underestimate DQ’s ability to totally screw up your food. Either they get your order wrong or the food is horrible. They burnt the hell out of a chicken sandwich. Instead of just remaking it, the cook decided to wrap it up and give it to me. Thanks guys, so glad to see you give a damn. I hate this place, with a passion.

ASKED FOR A #1 NO ONIONS EXTRA PICKLES ADD MAYO... AND A BURRITO. GOT NOTHING BUT MAYO AND PICKLES IN MY BURGER... NOT ONLY THAT PAID FOR A LARGE GOT A SMALL... EVERY SINGLE EMPLOYEE INCLUDING MANAGEMENT MOVING LIKE THEY JUST WOKE UP... TOOK 15MIN TO GET BASICALLY A PLAIN BURGER AND COLD FRIES... BURRITO WAS NOT EVEN COOKED ALL THE WAY THRU ONLY THING GOOD WAS THE DRINK THAT I SERVED MYSELF... Came thru on the Bus from the Rio Grande Valley on the way to Houston. No way of getting it replaced of a refund 13$ in the garbage. Nothing was appetizing BUT my drink... DAIRY QUEEN I NEED A REFUND!!!!
