This location caught my continued weekly business because, I placed an order online and when I got there my order was ready on time. Cool! The young man gave me my total and I paid for it. After I paid he said, we didn't have the crust you wanted so we did handtossed. I absolutely dislike handtossed. I asked him why didn't he call me when he discovered they didn't have what I ordered. He apologized, refunded my money and allowed me to keep the pizza. That was EXCELLENT customer service. He recognized the issue and fixed it immediately. No yelling, no disregard for my issue, no attitude. There is a location 2 minutes from my house, but I would rather drive the extra 5 because of him. I hate that I forgot his name, but he is there every Wednesday.
We ordered a pick-up from Pizza Max, as there’s no dine-in option — it’s strictly takeout. Our order took about 15 minutes to be ready. We got a special deal: a large pepperoni pizza with cheese tippers around the crust and three sauces for $13.99 plus tax. It was delicious and a great deal, easily feeding three people. I’m usually not a big Pizza Hut fan, but I would definitely come back here for a quick, last-minute meal. Good value and tasty!
Ordered pizza. Very disappointed. It was supposed to have pepperoni, pork, and beef included. Very little beef and pork. I noted this at pickup. I was told that it was “mixed in”…Not! I would be pressed to say we got more than two ounces of these meats on the pizza. No bueno for the cost of the pizza. Will not do again.
We ordered pretty basic late night pizza to celebrate our move-in, We were greeted with sauceless pizza. Not normally picky customers, but their determination to not fix it in any way was saddening. They had me send in a photo of my pizza to somebody’s cell phone, then proceeded to let us know that this was 100% Pizza Hut approved. This slice is what they’re proud to represent. Pizza Hut has fallen off a cliff I guess. Be warned!!!
They never pick up the phone when they do they bring cold pizza. It sucks here.
On January 23rd On my way home I went to the location on Beltline And I ordered The big New Yorker. Half of the pizza didn't have but a couple of slices of pepperoni yet the rest of it was just covered in pepperoni. Then the pizza was so thin that it was falling apart from being greasy and The Taste was nasty. I'm very disappointed in this location as I use them all the time and this is not like them. I had to throw the pizza away it was just that nasty. I absolutely hate wasting my money
It was the worst pizza that I have ever eaten. The bread of pizza is awful
I placed my order ar 5:40 on a Monday only to receive it at 6:50. When I placed the order the expected time was 20- 30 min. You can see in my photo that it is still showed preparing 30 min after it was scheduled to be delivered. I had called the store to see if there was an issue, and was met with an indifferent employee stating that they only had one delivery driver. Unfortunately on top of this, the chicken was rubbery, and the pizza had absorbed the flavor of cardboard. Its a shame, Pizza Hut used to have the best pizza, and maybe they still do, but don't expect that from this location. I should further explain this is not the first issue I have had at this location with quality, but it will probably be the last.
If you could give -0 to the service was perfect, horrible service, calls answer you and they leave you talking only with the online call and the complaint s of the service I will put them directly with the manager today 11/11/25 at 6:04pm , attended by a white-skinned girl who speaks English and Spanish.
I placed my order and the delivery quote time was 7:41 pm - 7:49 pm. I checked the status of my order and it said “delivered at 7:37 pm, dig in” at this time it was 7:42 pm. I checked and there was no order. Since the latest was noted 7:49 pm, I waited until 7:50-7:55 pm to call to check the status, as my order was marked delivered at 7:37 pm. I called and was met with an unprofessional worker. She asked if it was delivery or carry out, and I expressed I placed an order for delivery and it was marked as delivered at 7:37 pm, but I have no order. She immediately responded with “it’s on its way”. No questions on who she was speaking with or confirming the order and address. So I said “do you know where it’s going?” And she asked if she could place me on hold. I was on hold and she never came back. I ended up hanging up as I saw the delivery driver parked at 8:02 pm, delivering my pizza at 8:04 pm, that was marked as delivered at 7:37 pm. This overall experience was disappointing and it’s becoming more common to have such poor experiences with this company as a whole. Previous orders from this location has been delivered with the most unprofessional workers. It really just puts a bad taste in your mouth, because customer service is not what it used to be. Workers have no care in the world for the service provided. If you’re running behind, I understand. Communication is key. But to mark things as delivered to hit numbers, when you’re not, is crazy.
45 mins to make a pizza melt. Ridiculous. Had to wait almost 30 mins at restaurant for it. Then the lady tried to short me by not giving me my 1.29 Parmesan cheese.
I placed an order for 2 flatz pizzas to try online. I went in to pick up and sat there to wait. My order was ready for 5 min and the cashier nowhere to be found. The other workers was out back smoking. My pizzas were cold when I got home and it was barely any cheese and toppings on it. I ate the supreme flatz already then just was so unhappy, I took a picture to make this review.
Ordered a tavern pizza, they sent me whatever they had (not a tavern pizza), then told me to check the receipt. Made a very specific order now all of a sudden I can't view it in the app. Hmmm. Just because you give me a receipt to say you gave me the wrong order doesn't mean you're not wrong for giving me the wrong order.
Worst experience ever!!! The manager Elizabeth Is unprofessional and laughed at the fact the food was delivered cold and OPENED so I sent it back. No refund or remake was offered, they used DoorDash and the person did not speak English and took the food back. I had to leave work to come get my order redone since they had me on hold for 20 minutes and then they didn’t even apologize for their wrong doing! Go to ANY other pizza place, Pizza Hut is the worst!!!!
I was supposed to get a call back for a delivery order with missing items and never got contacted back. I tried calling same day and was on hold for about an hour then went to the chat service. Chat agent was respectful and helpful but this location sucks! Your own company agent contacted you to help a customer and you don’t respond what the heck?! I want a refund for the missing items
Ordered deliver, driver showed up missing items from my order. Driver spoke no English tuff to communicate what was wrong took 5 plus minutes. Call the store to say the driver was coming back for my order. The person on the phone said "ya I remember that order it was hot and fresh". It won't be when the driver comes back with it. I sent the order back because it was not complete. Person on the phone said there is nothing they can do the order went out hot and fresh. I just wanted the correct complete order hot and fresh not bits and pieces at a time.
I came to this location 37mins before closing and I saw a woman making a fresh pizza and guy said he wasn't taking anymore orders but also said we already done making pizzas for the night like bro she is barely making one now I left there and made it to cicis and guess what they close at the same time as pizza hut does and they took my order. And that guy at pizza hut was like extremely rude. I will not be coming back to this location someone was ready to drink while others are trying to get dinner for his family thanks pizza hut!!!!
The place is nasty I usually order with no problems. Walked in to pick up my order. First off all it stinks like like old mop water when you walk in. I walked to the counter the young Mexican girl. Was scratching her nose. Had on flip flops. Not professional at all. The. She walked to the back to get my pizza after scratching her nose. Did not wash her hands. My pizza was wrong I told her I did not want that y’all are nasty. Will not recommend this beltline location I will be calling BBB. As well. She was very rude and nasty. Dealing with other people food.
Worst customer Service ever. Even the manager doesn't know how to talk. They are hiring just anyone now a days to fill the positions. Here's the picture of what a pizza with extra cheese looks like. All burnt up and no trace of extra cheese. On top of that their comments are that is how a pizza is supposed to be. Worst store to go to. If Im paying money you asked for I want exactly what I ordered. Just because you work in a pizza store doesn't mean you know how or what a pizza is supposed to look like or taste. You guys are not right fit for customer facing jobs. I should have read the reviews. same complaint by many others. If this is franchise they need to shut it down.
