Store manager, Marty, was a completely rude and incompetent person. Store gets the one star. Marty, negative 5 stars. So rude and unhelpful. I guess not everyone values good work and customer service. The store did not give my item and refused to give me a refund for that item. I guess good help is hard to come by.

Domino's Review 12/22/25 Let me start off by saying that: the food was absolutely incredible and delicious! The reason I am leaving a 1-Star Review is because of one employee in particular. I didn't catch his name, but to describe him, he's a approximately 5'10'', overweight, Caucasian, Gray Eyes, long and Gray hair man. Here's what happened: When it was my turn to go up to the counter to order, the guy said to me "Phone number," no "Hello, good evening, how are you doing today?" I said to him "Oh, I didn't order through the phone." This guy went nuts! He was all twitchy, shakey and raised his voice at me and said, "🗣🗣🗣OKAY! BUT I NEED YOU PHONE NUMBER TO MAKE THE ORDER!!! 🦖🦖🦖" Like, who broke your heart? I got yelled at by a employee, as a customer! Over a tiny misunderstanding 🤦🏻 That's why I'm leaving a 1-Star Review, and Domino's, I know you send a automated message that says "Your Review is extremely valuable to us" something like that, but please look into this, everyone should be treated with respect, the behavior from that employee is just unacceptable!

My order was totally messed up I ordered a meatzza and 1 cheese pizza And got 2 cheese pizzas. The girl at the counter was rude really disappointed.

Placed a order waited 35 min went to look at tracker and it said it was canceled. They had no explanation on why it was canceled I called and they said would remake it and would have to wait another 30 min but would be free. by now was 9pm at night they delivered it in 15 min but pizza was cold and hard which I know they didnt remake it they gave us our same pizza we ordered over a hour before. I would of rather paid then received the nasty pizza we got . Very disappointing especially because we usually always order from this location will probably never order or recommend this location to anyone again .

This Dominos is the worst, the manager is very childish and unprofessional. I called about a refund that I have not received, the manager put me on hold for 20 minutes. I finally hung up and called back, she hung up on me 10 times, then finally answered and put me on hold again before I could say anything. She turned a simple request into something even bigger. All I wanted was proof that she refunded me. If she can't handle a simple task then why is the manager?Now I will be reporting the issue to better business bureau because she doesn't now how to do her job. Taking someone's money and not giving them service is wrong. The Dominos on sage never gives you an issue and is always respectful with your concern. I will always make sure my orders go to them every time from now on.

Place went from a place I'd recommend to a place where management that don't care if youve been a customer for years wont work with uou went fom accepting can on deliver to only ifbots.undet 40 and also only card on puckup on anything over 40

Extremely disappointed with the service. I placed an order through the Domino’s app, which accepted my address for delivery. An hour later—just 5 minutes before the expected delivery—the order was abruptly canceled. The tracker showed the pizza had already been made. When I asked to speak to the manager, Marty was unhelpful and dismissive. He claimed he was “too busy” to catch an order that had been placed an hour ago, and offered no real solution—not even allowing a hotspot delivery. I was told I’d have to place a completely new order for the same pizza that was already made. Total lack of accountability or customer care. This is not the kind of service I expect from a national chain.

I've witnessed that manager of yours be extremely rude to this female employee that wears glasses on separate occasions. She should be fired. I'm tempted to go to the police on what I seen with my own eyes. My husband, kids, and I witnessed it this last time. She was so busy playing on her phone and yelling at this female. I can't believe she slammed that pan of pizza sauce down, it got all over that employee. If you going to have a female manager like that you don't deserve to be in business. Maybe I will go to the police. I know her full name thanks to a male employee. So sad

Don't even want to attempt to write a huge paragraph about the awful service. And poorly made food. Handmade used to be so delicious compared to hand tossed. Now they are horrible. Rude employees. Don't make orders on time. Hate this location. This is not even close to the horrible experiences I keep having and I keep giving them another chance and they keep.lettimf me down. Trash trash trash.

About 40 minutes after placing order, they called me and asked to change my order to carryout due to long delivery times,I can understand that. But then voided the order to charge as carryout and didn't say they had to do that over the phone. So my friend that picked up the food was charged when I believed the order was paid for already. They had to pay in person,and now I had to wait for the first transaction to be given back to my account. Annoying. Rude when order was picked up, could hear the employees cussing, and once arrived at the store,they told me it was never changed to carryout and friend had to wait another 40 minutes for my order. I ordered originally at 8:30, buddy did not walk out of there until 10:15! Once my friend had returned I saw the receipt and for the same order they were charged almost double due to the way it was punched in at the counter,and no deal was given even though it still qualified. The wings barely had sauce drizzled on them,and both 2 pizzaa were dry. Neither medium pizza was worth the $18-19 charged,no joke.

When calling to order the lady said 30minutes for it to be ready. I get there after like an hour and the lady there tells me another 20 minutes. I waited a good 2 hours for my order and the person working the cash register didn’t seem to know what he was doing. Definitely not ordering from here again! The customer service sucks they don’t listen to your problems or seem to care at all. After all that time our pizza wasn’t even made right and was burnt and cold you would think it would be warm but it’s like it had been sitting there for the time they said it was taking to make.
