Great variety of drink options and the food is amazing. Everything was fresh. We got the sampler appetizer (fried cheese, buffalo chicken bites, fried pickles, and jalapeño poppers). Everything was delicious but the fried cheese stole the show for me. My husband got the blue cheese burger and loved it. I couldnt decide what to order and asked our server (I didn't catch his name which is a real shame because he was amazing and I would love to give him a direct call out) what he recommended. He listed a few things including the blackened chicken sliders and thats what I went with. They were incredible. Add bacon and ask for extra sauce on the side, you won't be disappointed. The fries were fresh and seasoned perfectly. This was the first time in quite a while we've been somewhere and thoroughly enjoyed everything we got. We will be back!

Food is always good and hot! Service was good and helpful with recommendations. Atmosphere while not as good as it used to be is still enjoyable. Plenty of TVs to watch the game and sounds on for big games. Great place to grab a beer and watch some sports!

Had the chicken Alfredo, beats olive garden and any spot I’ve ever had. Nice and creamy and chicken is very fresh and cooked very well. We also ordered the country bbq burger it was delicious! The service is immaculate and the atmosphere is an absolute vibe! We felt very welcomed by the staff!

We had an incredible dinner tonight. We kicked things off with the poke nachos, and those crispy wonton chips were the perfect base for the fresh fish. Next up were the chicken wings, which were cooked to perfection. We finished the night with a peach cobbler a la mode—the warm cobbler paired with the cold ice cream was the ultimate comfort food. Everything was absolutely delicious. Highly recommend!

We always love going to Jack & Grill. We've had Clayton (Landon) as our server a few times and he is always great and very attentive. Great atmosphere and seldom much of a wait. We can tell the employees enjoy working here too. Management stopped by to make sure things were great. We will definitely be back! The tater-tots are our favorite!

Great food great service great atmosphere. Dayne always comes over to say hello and chat. We eat at Jack and grill 2 to 3 times a week for lunch, absolutely love the patio in nice weather.

Jack & Grill is one of our favorite spots! Went today for lunch, food came out quick and hot. Service was excellent, our server, Brandon, was very cheerful and courteous and kept checking in on us. Would recommend this spot to anyone for lunch and/or dinner. We will be going back again soon.

I had not been to Jack & Grill in a few years and just didn’t remember it standing out to me in the past but so glad we revisited today. Everything was fantastic, it’s clean and the kitchen is open and visible. All staff looked happy to be at work. Alex was a great bartender/server. My blackened salmon salad was perfect and my husband had a Philly he really enjoyed. We can’t wait to return soon.

A bright sunny day and Roanoke Oak street is the best possible combination. Jack & Grill just adds on to the combination. We have been visiting this place for some time now and every-time we make sure to go there on a sunny morning to enjoy to the maximum. We love their outdoor/patio seating. Their brewery serves some of the finest items and their cocktail menu is fascinating as well. Recently I got to know that they perhaps keep shuffling their brewery menu because I didn’t find few the last time I visited. The service is perfect as well and everyone around just adds on the great experience of this setup. Note: don’t miss their tots.

First off let me start by saying we are no official food critics but when it comes to food it has to be really bad food or service or really good food or service. This was a very surprisingly wonderful experience for both my wife and I. We visited the Jack & Grill in Roanoke Tx on a Wednesday night. We arrived around 5:00pm and were pretty surprised about the number of customers that were having dinner. We realized it was a little after 5:00pm but again this was on a Wednesday night. We were pleased with the wide selection of options from the menu and our waiter did cover the menu and answered any questions we had. We finally decided on the wings and I had the jalapeño burger. The burger was good but let me tell you about these wings. I had the spicy Cajun and my wife had the city slicker. These wings are in our top 5 from anywhere in the Dallas Fort Worth area. The manager Mike explained they are first smoked, then fried, then grilled, then tossed in whatever flavor you select from the menu. But without a doubt the star of the night had to be the loaded tator tots. Hands down the best tots either of us have ever had. These are a MUST try if you like any type of French fry, tator tot type of side dish. Mike then recommended the peach cobbler, this was unique as well and let’s just say it was a excellent way to finish our meal. We without a doubt will return quite often. Thank you to Mike and the entire staff for making a otherwise typical Wednesday night into one we will always remember.

Absolutely terrible service. My boyfriend and I were seated and completely ignored. I watched multiple servers walk by us, and after the third time I finally asked a waitress if someone could take our order—she seemed surprised no one had come and said she’d send someone. Then another server walked by with drinks and I told him no one had attended us either. He said he’d find out who was “supposed” to take care of us. What happened next was unbelievable: he came back, shrugged, and said he had no idea who was responsible for our table. That’s the level of customer service here—zero accountability, zero awareness, and zero effort. Only after I said we were leaving did he suddenly offer to take care of us. If you can do it, why not offer that from the start? This is a management problem. If your staff can’t figure out who has a table or take the initiative to help guests, that’s on whoever is running this place. Completely unprofessional and a waste of time. Do better.
