I ordered pick up early in AM. I was eating my food and I pulled a hair out of my mouth. My hair is up, didnt take my hood down at all. Mistakes happen, whatever. However, when I went back to ask them to please remake it the guy made an offhand comment about no one cooking having long hair. And continued to have attitude with me, like I did something wrong for simply asking my food to be remade. (I barely ate anything because it was in begining of me eating so its not like I was trying to scam them). I am more disappointed in the way that man treated me than the actual dang hair in my food.

Stopped by here for breakfast on our way to the Strong Museum. The Super Slam is a really good deal and the portions were quite huge. 2 of these slams filled my family of 5 no problem. Pancakes were absolutely delicious. Unfortunately that was all that shined. The breakfast sausages were dry and tiny and the bacon was over cooked to the point that the kids didn’t even enjoy it. Didn’t touch the hash at all. Dry and flavourless. We always have our own juice/drinks so we seldom have to spend a fortune on restaurant beverages. Also downloaded the Denny’s app because of the many good coupons and deals. Overall it’s a decent experience, we know how pricey breakfast can get with a family of 5 so we appreciate the decent meal here. Our total with discounts tax and tip is $25USD 👌. Service was excellent. Booths are in really bad condition with rips. Would probably try a different location.

This was my first time there...it was ok. My cup of water was dirty, the waitress went and got me a new one, but that cup was just as dirty. My food was good...but then I found a hair in it...smh. The vest part of my experience was the waitress...she was amazing. She was really nice and made sure to check-in on us.

Dennys is really going downhill. Ordered country fried steak, over easy eggs hash browns, wheat toast and country gravy.my over easy eggs were a bit runny, hash browns? Raw! Under cooked, the country fried steak was good except the the country gravy that had a neutral taste, kind of a pronounced flour taste. Too bad. I miss Perkins.

First, I read through the reviews before writing my own to see if others in general were as dissatisfied with this place, and sure enough a good many were. Adding insult to injury, the owner gives an insincere, generic response making it evident they do not care which is further supported by their 3.3. rating. For Greece, known for its quality establishments, that's pretty bad. It's defunct. It is pathetic when a McDonald's outshines a Denny's. It might be time for this Denny's location to be shuttered.

I am so disappointed with my takeout order and will not be ordering from here again.I will try another location. I should have checked my bag before I left. I was given burnt potatoes and a burnt omelet. When I called, they did offer me a partial refund for the burnt potatoes.I wish I would have checked the omelet beforehand as well. Once I started to eat the omelet, I noticed how burnt it was on the inside. The only reason why i'm giving two stars is because I am satisfied with partial refund.However, I feel I should have been refunded for the entire order because this was absolutely disgusting. I just don't understand as someone who works in the restaurant how could you plate this and find it acceptable?

Service was poor. The two ladies who were there when we came in literally ignored us. One walk past us and never made eye contact with us. My husband and I were standing there for more than 10 minutes before I finally stepped in and peeped through the windows inside the kitchen and asked if we could just seat ourselves. That was the only time she acknowledged us and said she would be right with us. It took another 6 minutes or so before she came out and assisted us. The most surprising part, though we ordered first ahead of a lone gentleman, was that he served him first before us. When our drinks came, after an everlasting wait, the husband's coffee was fine, though cream was very limited. My hot cocoa wasn't hot. It was tepid. Maybe it got cold from waiting too long before it was served or they didn't have hot water. To warm it up, I pour a bit of hot coffee in it from my husband's pot. Hubby ordered steak and eggs, and his steak was okay, though not excellent. I ordered philly steak omellette, which says that it consists of prime rib meat, etc. There was no meat in that omelet phillysteak but two tiny pieces as small as a cranberry. I can't even taste the peppers, onions, and mushrooms as everything in it was burnt. Even the shredded potatoes or the hash that goes with both orders were burnt, too. The only saving grace to the order I had was the toast and the egg omelet itself but not the inside. For almost $18 on that order of omelet with burnt stuffing, I could have bought two pieces of nice steak on that one. Eating there was not worth a gas and anticipation. Here is the kicker on the curb, when its time to pay, nobody was on the register either. We also have to wait. I'd been to the restroom and back, yet my husband was still waiting to pay until I commented, maybe it's for free. Then, the same woman who seated us served us came running to the register. She is also the cashier all in one. And when we turned to the door, that's when I understood why the service was bad. I noticed there was a "Now Hiring sign with friendly personality." No wonder the ladies were not that friendly. This Denny's outlet is understaffed, and those two ladies were overwhelmed. More customers were coming in, but only two people were working upfront.

Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. We waited over an hour and a half after being seated with ZERO acknowledgment. Staff avoided eye contact, laughed among themselves, and acted like we weren’t even there. A party of five was seated after us, served, finished their meals, and left while we were still waiting. That alone tells you everything. This place is beyond unprofessional. No management, no accountability, no respect for customers. The behavior here was trashy, chaotic, and embarrassing for a business that’s supposed to be a restaurant. And Denny’s, don’t even bother replying to this review we all know you won’t do anything about it anyway. Judging by the mountain of bad reviews, this is clearly normal for you. Do yourself a favor and stay far away.

I ordered a Philly cheesesteak omelette and The Omelette was "wet" There was a specialty caramel apple crisp pancakes that look nothing like the picture.... But the creme creme de La creme. The cherry on top was the bottomless hot chocolate. I'm going to attach a video to help describe..... Denny's isn't what it used to be, smaller diners are going to get my attention moving forward.... Oh yeah the bill for two people having breakfast.... $50. 🤦🏾‍♂️ Also living in the Northeast in the winter time. Shoveling ... Clear pathways to your front door from the parking lot .....should be a high priority, especially when you have the elderly and the folks in the higher number age bracket coming to your establishment

I stopped here for breakfast with my husband around 8:00 a.m. There were three tables already seated and in various stages of service, two servers working, and we were told there was only one cook. I’m unsure whether a shift manager was present; if so, they were not visible. At one point, one server commented to another staff member that there were no clean tables available. Our table was considered “clean,” but it had dried food and sticky residue on it. There was also visible trash on the floor in multiple areas of the dining room. Our total time in the restaurant was approximately 50 minutes. We waited about two minutes to be seated and roughly six minutes before being acknowledged at the table. We placed our drink and breakfast order at that time. Our server returned with our drinks about seven minutes later. The food arrived 22 minutes after we placed our order and was only slightly warmer than room temperature. The server delivered the food using a tray carried on her shoulder, with her hair down and touching the tray. The server checked back once, about nine minutes after dropping off the food, which made it difficult to address the issues in a timely manner. Three to four minutes after that initial check-in, she asked if we were ready for the check, which arrived about four minutes later. My frustration lies in the number of issues that were within the server’s control—such as returning promptly with drinks, pre-bussing tables, properly cleaning tables, and checking back shortly after delivering food (the two-minute or two-bite rule). I understand being short-staffed in the kitchen and waiting for food, but this experience reflected dirty conditions, poor service, and poor food quality.

We got nothing. My party of 3 were told there was a wait and we were fine with that. It's the holiday and they were evidently busy. We were seated and the waiter got our orders. We waited... and waited. We waited over an hour. Okay, maybe very busy. We were fine with waiting. Still, our waiter was busy seating others at a table near us after an hour and a half. Then he got them their drinks shortly after, but we still had nothing. No drinks, no food, nothing. We were going to see how much longer of a wait, but after seeing them get their order shortly after being seated and we had nothing caused us to just leave. You'll be very hard pressed to get me to return there... ever again. And I like Denny's.

I went there 11-2-2025, took a min to be seated, staff was just standing there having a conversation I’m looking at them , one of them looking at me. All the tables were either filled with other customers, the others were DIRTY. I got seated whoever wiped the table it was food on the seat first turn off, then they leave three partially opened half and half milk from the previous customer on the table because clearly they didn’t wanted to throw it out second turn off because why leave it on the table for the new customer? Just NASTY. I ordered the slam eggs hard that plate come swimming in OIL, uncooked bacon, the eggs were soooo mushy even on the fork! I’m never a fan of Dennys they be turning me off with the way how the atmosphere is please how they prepared the food. I ended up tell them I don’t want it and leave. I won’t be going back there DISGUSTING. I wish I could insert the pictures I took just AWFUL.

We came in and was seated immediately, however once we ordered our food and it came to our table, the bacon was undercooked. The eggs were watery when we asked for over medium eggs, the hashbrowns look like they weren’t even cooked fully. They were white and full of grease. The server did not attend us properly or ask us if we wanted a refill on our drinks. The salt, pepper, ketchup, condiments on the table were all greasy and sticky. I’m scared that I might get food poisoning. I would not recommend Denny’s to a family or a friend for breakfast lunch or dinner ever ever again and no, I don’t want a free appetizer.

“I recently visited Denny’s and was disappointed with my experience. My order was a complete mess – the home fries were burnt, which made them almost inedible. The rest of the food seemed hastily prepared and didn’t meet the usual standard. I expected better quality and attention to detail, especially from a well-known diner. This restaurant is absolutely disgusting!! The walls by the table had drips of sticky white stuff, the sugar container was dirty and sticky, the dividers and back of soda machine were covered in filthy finger prints. The worst part was there were fruit flies flying around our table the whole time. I spoke to the waitress and she said "you see that cleaning chart on the wall? Yea they don't ever do any of that stuff" She told me I could speak to the manager which I did and she said "oh thanks for telling me, we will try to work on it" Seriously?? I was so disgusted that I couldn't even eat and our bill was over $90. I would stay far away from this location!!

STAY AWAY. This is 1.5+ hours I'll never get back. The first sign it took well over 5 minutes for the server to come and take our order. We were contemplating leaving as it was another 20 minutes before our food arrived. People seated behind us after we were there first got their food before us. The pancakes were not hot, room temperature. Hash browns were like crunching toothpicks that were sitting in grease on the plate. My Moon Over My Hammy sandwich was overcooked, crunchy and greasy. Good thing we had extra napkins because every time I touched it I had to wipe grease off my hands. The ultimate omelette was also overcooked, had chunky vegetables that should have been cut up more had burnt edges. Sign on the door said Open 24/7, it should be closed 24/7. Sorry Denny's, but not even an apology will erase this bad memory. We will definitely not be going back to this location.
