There’s so much I could say about this place! The food and service is amazing, the owner is so welcoming, as well as the other employees. The portions are huge and you’ll definitely have left overs! Wish they had this restaurant where i’m from! 10/10👏🏼

Awesome food and great service! Highly recommend the spicy falafel pita and baklava. Will definitely be coming back again
Omg! Just what we have been looking for! Amazing food, massive portions full of flavor! Cheese stuff'd falafel phenomenal!! Can't wait to come back!
Really delicious falafels, hot and fresh in a pita- exactly what ive been craving. Great food and cheerful kind service. Definitely want to return!!!
Best falafel I’ve had in the US. The baba ghanouj was incredible too and my wife enjoyed garlic dip with the fries. Great food that makes me want to move to Rochester!
Absolutely delicious and large portions of meat with great, friendly service. The char on that chicken was just wow! I usually dislike chicken breast bc it's so dry but this one was just simply on point. I'm so glad I got my protein in today. 🤤 Will definitely be back to this super convenient location to the Strong Play Museum.
master falafel is MASTERFUL. i can't believe how good everything they have is. I was in town from brooklyn for a work event and stopped in with a coworker- he got falafel, grape leaves, hummus, babaganoush, i got a chicken pita. everything was beyond delicious. Some of the best middle eastern i've truly ever had in my life. and the gentleman running the joint was so friendly and kind and even brought us samples of falafel while we waited and (perfect) baklava before we left. can't recommend this place enough, truly special cuisine!!
My partner and I went here for lunch and were impressed by the quality of flavor and portion sizes at this location! We had the chicken shawarma and shish tawook, both of which were fantastic choices. The fries were served hot and fresh. The salad, although simple, was delicious with their housemade olive oil dressing. Highly recommend, we will definitely be returning to try out their other menu items soon!
First of all, I love falafel. Second, I love going to a place I've never been and seeing vegan items clearly labeled. This place delivered both those things. Service was good, food was delicious and fresh. I have no complaints at all; I'll definitely be going back! Edit: I've repeatedly visited Master Falafel and have never once been disappointed. Amazing food and excellent service!
Crazy delicious, unassuming falafel joint. Came in on a hot day, and the baba ghanouj cooled us off. I usually am a fan of larger crumb in the falafel, but this place has the mix ground really small. Surprisingly, instead of being mushy, this made for a super light falafel💡 Will definitely be coming back with friends to try the pita wrap situation. 😴Don’t sleep on this place!
Master Falafel really lives up to its slogan of offering fresh comfort food. Their falafel pita with tahini is my personal favorite (the toasted pita crunch is just the cherry on top!). I miss Lebanese food so much (which is very similar to Syrian food, really), and their food is just heart-filling and heartwarming. What I’ve found extra special about this spot is that Khaled (the owner) is hands-on… most of my orders were prepared by him when I’ve dined in so far and it’s been an honor to hear his stories. He’s so friendly and proud of his heritage, which he reflects through his menu, the attention to detail in every order they make at his restaurant, and the stories he shares with us customers. It’s just one of those places where you know you’ll always get a good meal… and a good conversation!
Seriously the Best hummus that I've ever had! The falafel and tahni sauce were fresh and delicious! After dinner, I went back up and ordered the baklava. It was sweet without too much honey. It was very enjoyable. The staff were kind and offered many suggestions. They have a simple indoor seating area. Six tables with four chairs. If you are going in groups larger than six you will likely need to sit at separate tables. Definitely worth visiting again!!
I stopped by at this place with a couple of friends for lunch. We had falafel pita, vegetarian platter and shakshuka. Everything was delicious and very flavorful. The place is very clean and the owner was extremely friendly. So happy we have another healthy food option in Rochester. Can’t wait to go again and try other items from the menu.
Tried Master Falafil for the first time. We have tried the mix platter and it was really good. The garlic sauce was really good and the meat and salad was yummy. The falafil and hummus were good too. Taste wise it was really good Service - really fast and courteous. Only thing in that the pita wasn't enough for the whole serving, for a platter this size and price atleast 1 full pita should be added or if half, add some rice.
They served us chicken gyro instead of beef shawarma. Even sauce was different. After bit of insistence they agreed that they had run out of shawarma meat. Why not be honest to be begin with.
They have a homey, nutritious and award winning falafel. However, at the time of my visit are a bit parsimonious with their basic ingedients. Twice I had to ask for: 1. More falafel sauce for the amount of falafels you get and 2. One lone green olive on an otherwise slammin’ house Greek salad. They accommodated my requests without hesitation.
This was my favorite spot for falafel. I think they changed owners recently and I've been disappointed. Went there twice since the new owners and ordering food has been a challenge. I ordered on their website which has delivery as an option, then got the status of "order confirmed". Waited an hour and called them to check on my order and they said we don't do delivery. Okay fine, then when I got there they gave me my order which was cold by now, and forgot to give me the side of pita i ordered, so I had to go back to get it. They didn't seem to acknowledge that there site has delivery as an option either, so not sure if they will take it down. Also, the food itself hasn't been quite as good since the ownership change. I hope the service and quality returns to the way it was. I'll try again in a couple weeks and see.
