Un’esperienza indimenticabile! Questo ristorante di cucina toscana è una vera gemma: ogni piatto racconta passione, cura e autenticità. L’anatra marinata all’aceto balsamico è stata semplicemente straordinaria — tenera, profumata e perfettamente bilanciata nei sapori. Le carni, tutte di altissima qualità, cotte alla perfezione, esprimono il meglio della tradizione toscana. E per concludere, una torta di mele ancora calda, appena sfornata, che sa di casa e conquista al primo assaggio. Accoglienza e servizio impeccabili, calorosi ma professionali, rendono l’esperienza ancora più piacevole. Un posto dove si torna volentieri, certi di trovare eccellenza e autenticità in ogni dettaglio.

Io e la mia compagna abbiamo cenato presso il ristorante "Il Cippico" la settimana prima di Natale, cosa dire? siamo rimasti sorpresi per la squisitezza dei pasti, tutto condito e cotto a meraviglia; Cristina e Marco, i proprietari, sono davvero accoglienti, sicuramente ci ritorneremo!

Pranzo piacevole! Locale tranquillo, semplice e curato, a pochi passi da piazza Navona, servizio cortese e competente. I camerieri, gentilissimi, sono in grado di consigliare e spiegare le meravigliose proposte della cucina toscana. Tutte le portate sono preparate con sapienza, i sapori sono ben equilibrati, la competenza si riconosce anche nelle cotture delle carni più impegnative e di delicata gestione, le porzioni sono generose e il rapporto qualità prezzo è più che equilibrato! Una menzione speciale per il loro coniglio alla cacciatora, praticamente un burro! In due, con tre portate a testa, coperto e bevande, abbiamo speso meno di 80€. Consigliatissimo!

We were recommended this place by our taxi driver, they told me their truffle gnocchi was something they really enjoyed when they went there. I did not find it on the menu, but they were kind enough to accommodate the request. It was absolutely divine, the truffle sauce was so flavorful and the gnocchi was the perfect texture. Terra di Siena, you make this dish very well, please consider adding it to your menu 😋♥️

Wonderful Tuscan lunch in a quiet restaurant just away from busy Piazza Navona. There was outside seating and an airy room with large windows where we sat that made us feel that we were away from the crowds. We enjoyed grilled porcini (which are in season) and fresh burrata with tomatoes. The pasta dish was pici with ragu, a pasta found in Tuscany and not usual for Rome. Our server Michele spoke excellent English and gave us attentive service. A gift of cantucci and vin santo was a sweet ending to a delicious meal. Highly recommended.

We visited Terra di Siena upon a friend’s recommendation, and I must say — it turned out to be a truly delightful spot. Since we weren’t too hungry, we opted for a caprese salad, truffle ravioli, and a glass of white wine. Let’s start with the caprese: hands down, the best one we had during our time in Rome. The mozzarella was real buffalo mozzarella — fresh, creamy, and full of flavor. Now, the ravioli deserves its own paragraph. Words fail to describe how incredible the truffle sauce was — absolutely divine. Easily one of the best ravioli dishes I’ve ever had. It was so good that we even considered ordering the gnocchi, but the staff honestly mentioned that they don’t make it in-house. However, they get it from the same trusted source as the ravioli, so I imagine it would be excellent as well. To finish, we shared a tiramisu. It was good, though a touch too sweet for our taste. All in all, a cozy place where you can enjoy high-quality Tuscan flavors in the heart of Rome. Highly recommended for those who appreciate well-crafted Italian food!

Cenetta al centro di Roma con la famiglia. La nostra scelta è ricaduta su questo ristorante che abbiamo visto su the fork (non hanno promozioni sconto ma si può prenotare dalla piattaforma). Ci siamo sedute nel dehor all'esterno e abbiamo ordinato una fiorentina da 1 Kg, ma quel giorno il taglio più piccolo era di 1,2 Kg, quindi ce lo siamo fatte andare bene lo stesso, e due contorni di verdure. Il servizio è stato veloce e il cibo era buono; personale gentile: apprezzo il fatto che la ragazza sia stata molto gentile poiché ci ha proposto gli spinaci lessati invece di quelli con burro e parmigiano e la caposala(?) mi abbia portato una sedia dove mettere la borsetta. Ora, ciò che mi ha lasciata perplessa è il conto: la fiorentina costa 6,50€ all'etto, ma nello scontrino vedo 84€ che non è il prezzo corretto per 1,2 Kg di carne. Oltre a questo dettaglio, il costo è congruo con quello che abbiamo mangiato in un ristorante al centro di Roma. The Fork dava la possibilità di guadagnare 100 punti in più se avessi pagato con The Fork pay, ma il ragazzo ci ha detto che, poiché non era presente il proprietario e loro non sapevano la procedura, non sarebbe stato possibile utilizzare quel metodo di pagamento; avrei preferito pagare con la piattaforma ma alla fine non è niente di grave e ce l'avevano comunicato subito non appena ci eravamo accomodate. Una critica legata a una preferenza del tutto personale: mi sono sentita abbastanza a disagio nell'essere costantemente fissata per tutta la durata del pasto.

Bel locale in pieno centro di Roma, a due passi da Piazza Navona. La cucina toscana la fa da padrona, con bruschette con lardo di cinta senese, pici all'aglione, col ragù di cinghiale ed altre tipiche specialità senesi. Buoni gli gnocchi ai quattro formaggi ed i tortellini in brodo classico, come anche gli abbondanti fagioli cannellini con olio ed il saporito carciofo alla romana. Gustosa la torta di mele. Prezzi un po' al di sopra della media.

The food itself was good. I had a steak with a side of sautéed greens and overall I enjoyed the meal. The waitress who served my table was polite. However, when I went to pay, another staff member made the whole experience very uncomfortable. She seemed to be more responsible or senior than the others, I’m not sure. She had dark blonde hair and a more intense, serious attitude. She gave me one of the coldest and most uncomfortable looks I have ever received from a restaurant employee. I genuinely don’t remember ever feeling so unwelcome in any place I’ve been. She barely looked at my face, didn’t say anything, no greeting, no thank you, nothing. Just a very cold and uncomfortable look while taking the payment ! I don’t expect fake friendliness, but basic politeness is part of hospitality. I’ve traveled a lot and eaten alone in many restaurants, and I’ve never been made to feel so unwelcome. Unfortunately, that moment overshadowed an otherwise decent meal experience. Because of this, I won’t be returning and I wouldn’t recommend this place. Never again.
