My wife and I (senior citizens) recently came here for the first time on a Sunday night. The restaurant was full and yet we were seated right away. Our server, Praise, deserves special recognition for the six star service she provided. On top of the great food and atmosphere she made our night very enjoyable. Hope we get her as a server again. This is a good location.

I normally do not comment on restaurants but My wife and I have breakfast almost every Monday morning to start our week. the staff at this location are amazing gift shops always greet us when we come in and restaurant staff is attentive and efficient to our needs Robin our waitress is especially efficient and courteous. She insures that our food is cooked to perfection served on time and hot I spent many years in the hospitality industry and would have been proud to have her as an asset at any of the facilities I managed

I went on a Saturday morning and the wait wasn’t too bad. The food was great, I got a grandmas sampler and the pancakes were made to perfection. My server Sandy did great, she always gave us what we needed without having to ask, would definitely come back next weekend.

Had a large party of 11 for family dinner. Food was hot and reasonably priced. The honey fried chicken was good. I would recommend sharing it and not taking it home. It doesn’t reheat well and doesn’t tastes as good as when it was fresh. The wired part was that bread baskets were not offered. Was told by the waitress they can’t offer it to the table unless we asked for it. Glad they kept the logos and old feel charm of the decor.

Phenomenal service for my partner’s and I weekly breakfast or lunch date. Oscar was our server and very attentive. Made sure we had everything we needed without being overbearing. Highly recommend stopping here to get a bite to eat and try the pancake latte ◡̈ will definitely be back to request Oscar - ANOTHER AMAZING UPDATE ; We had Edith this time and she treated my daughter and I with such kindness. I watched her run from each table with a smile on her face and swift service. We love this cracker Barrell and will sure miss it when we move. Thank you again Edith for the incredible service 💜

I took my family to Cracker Barrel this past Saturday, and Zulma’s service was the highlight of our visit. She greeted us with genuine warmth, stayed attentive the entire time, and handled everything quickly and smoothly—even with the busy weekend crowd. She made sure our drinks were always filled and cleared any empty plates right away, keeping our table perfectly maintained. The food came out hot, fresh, and delicious, but Zulma’s exceptional service is what truly made the experience memorable. Her professionalism, positive attitude, and attention to detail set her apart. Zulma is a standout and an absolute asset to Cracker Barrel.

I don’t get to treat myself to a breakfast out but today was a phenomenal experience . I was so torn on what to try and Ms Sasha was so kind to walk me through what was to offer. I ended up with the French toast bake which was outstanding and perfect, she checked on me often and I even ended up getting convinced to try a slice of pumpkin pie (she twisted my arm clearly 😂) I wish eating out was always this great of an experience .

Long time since I’ve been to one, I got Grandma’s Sampler and ended up being too much food, in a good way. I would just stick to the pancakes, fried apples and hash brown casserole, as everything else was good but not stand outs. My server Amaan was professional, warm and was eager to serve, well done sir!

Hits the spot! We came in for some lunch and had a great time. I got the Grilled Chicken Country Salad with a side of bacon mac and cheese with Watermelon Lemonade. My mom got the Grandma's Platter (I think) and everything on her plate looked great! Additionally, our server Trinity was awesome! She was quick, attentive, and kind. We didn't find anything we liked at the country store this time, that just means we have to come back!

I have only had one issue here, took too long to get shrimp. We were there over an hour, had laughs and good company. But by the time we finished our food, the shrimp finally came out. They told us several times it was ready, but when we complained to the manager, he told they had to thaw it out which took longer and he wasn't sure why they kept saying it was ready. Other than that we love it here. I love the fact that if you have to wait to be seated or even when you're done, they have a store to shop in. It's very organized and always changing.

I had dinner at the Rosenberg location with my family on Friday, November 20th. The food was not the best definitely not up to Cracker Barrel standards that we were used to. I had the country fried turkey and that was good and very tender seasoned well and tasty. Also had the turnip greens which were pretty decent. In addition to that I had the glazed carrots which were not glazed at all. They pour the carrots out of the bag cook them, and that was it. Nothing was on the carrots. That went for my husband and my dad also. We had two season the carrots up as much as possible to even attempt to eat them. My dad had the fried catfish and he did not enjoy that at all. It did not look good sitting on his plate. My sister had the green beans again, no seasoning. It was almost like they literally opened a can or opened the bag and dumped them into a pot cook them, and then put them on a plate. It was not up to Cracker Barrel standards at all. The selected desserts are horrible. What happened to the peach cobbler ? Was very disappointed. One other thing I would like to say is when the servers are at the end of their shift and they may be tired. That doesn’t mean the table that you’re serving does not deserve good service. Learn to hide your frustrations or tiredness from your face because the customers can see it.

The restaurant can use some deep cleaning in the dining room. The tables should not be cleaned with the same towel you just cleaned the seats with. Salt & pepper shaker was dirty. Servers are very nice. The food should be served hot not cold

Unfortunately, this location has just gone downhill. We went to dinner on a Friday night. We had about a 10 minute wait, which wasn’t bad for a Friday night, but it wasn’t crowded at all. It was a little while before our server came to our table. She did apologize for the wait, but not sure why there was one as it was not very busy. She brought out cornbread and apologized that it was cold, but said that they were making more. She said she would bring us fresh once they had it ready, but she never did. Our food came and it was just awful. I had the fish fry with baked potato and fried okra. I had asked for just butter and sour cream on my potato, but it had cheese, bacon and green onions on it. I went ahead and took a few bites but it was probably the worst potato I’ve ever had. I’m not sure how you mess up a potato that badly but it tasted like it had been cooked a few days ago and sat in foil for a few days before being warmed over. The okra, which I normally love, was dry and overcooked. I found about 4 or 5 pieces that were edible.The fish was ok. My husband had the chicken fried steak and he said it was very low quality. He did eat his mashed potatoes which were so-so. Service was friendly, but not great (forgot my hot tea, gave my husband okra instead of the green beans he ordered, never brought out the fresh cornbread - we were just ready to leave, so we didn’t request it again.) As we were leaving, we heard another customer complaining to the manager about some of the same issues we had.

We didnt wait long, which is nice. We asked for simple drinks iced tea and water. I got a water, then 10 minutes staff filled my water glass with tea, had no water. Food took about 30 minutes or 16 of the peg game. Food was good, really fresh....but waitress disappeared. We had to get other people to help us. Ive been here dozens of times, and have never been treated like this. Im glad they didnt change to style of the restaurant.

I really like Cracker Barrel for having many country comfort food favorites, but I travel a lot & have definitely noticed inconsistencies from store to store. The food can be so different. I came to love their pot roast from recent travels where it really tasted homemade, with real & very tasty mashed potatoes. Well, I got this meal @ this store & it was nothing like I've had elsewhere. The beef was cooked perfect, but the gravy tasted like it came from a chemical package, the veggies were very overcooked, & the mashed potatoes tasted like bland processed potatoes that originated from a box. Overall I was very disappointed & ended up with indigestion from the awful gravy. I won't be every stopping at this CB ever again.

I got catering from Cracker Barrel recently, and it was kind of a mixed experience. The mac 'n cheese was super creamy and delicious. But the chicken tenders and cheeseburger sliders were way overcooked. The sliders were dry and tough, so we ended up tossing almost an entire tray. I wouldn’t order those two items again, but the mac 'n cheese is definitely worth getting.
