2026 Review Update: This visit to Panda Express was a pleasant surprise compared to my last one. The quality this time around was much better overall. The food was fresh, hot, and clearly hadn’t been sitting around too long. Portion sizes were generous, especially the entrées, which made the meal feel worth the price. Everything tasted the way it should, and the consistency I was missing before was definitely there this time.

I ordered dinner for my wife and I through door dash and our dasher was terrible. Homeboy either stole half our food or left it at the store. Unfortunately we got our fire food minutes before the store closed and I called to notify about the error. Another bout of bad luck I called the wrong store though the staff there were also super helpful and redirected me to the right store where I spoke with Ruby. She was super professional and apologetic over the whole situation and rectified the situation. When I went to panda the next day to make up for our failed date night, Ruby was not in store but her coworkers Sharon and Johnnes were also super nice. They honored my discussion with Ruby and were welcoming and hospitable. Sharon also encouraged me to order directly from the Panda app for rewards and less inaccuracy like when I ordered through DoorDash. The food at Panda is fine but the hospitality and professionalism from the team at this store is top notch. 10/10 recommend.

Ordered to go a few weeks ago. We placed the order an family meal 2 hours before closing so didn’t expect to much. We arrived AFTER the latest pickup time and we still had to wait 30 minutes for our food so we thought things would be fresh. Noodles were dry, definitely old. Sesame chicken, steak, and kung pao chicken were good. The egg roles were wayyyyyyy overcooked. Workers were polite.

I ordered a small shrimp and an order of spring roll. My small shrimp had 10 shrimp in it. Thar meant I paid a dollar per piece of shrimp, which is ridiculous. My rolls were hot and delicious. I waited a long time to order and left hungry. I gave the small honey walnut shrimp is meant to be a snack.

I came in to place a large order which is typical for me because I have a large family. They were busy at the time and when I began to place my order the person assisting me made our clear he didn't like it through his demeanor. I left and are somewhere else. You lost a $100 order today. Appreciate your customer.

I went to eat hoping to enjoy my meal, but a woman of Asian origin, who appeared to be the manager, was treating a young employee poorly in front of customers, myself included. This behavior is unacceptable and unfair. It’s disappointing to see staff treated this way. Management needs proper training. I won’t be coming back.

11 – 17 – 2025 Time 1:09 My experience with the Asian manager was very disrespectful she treat minority people differently very small portion. I sit down and washed her next time. I’m coming in with my video camera and put The store on blast social media blast. She was given the white people Caucasian, double spoons as it was one portion. so sad for the people that tries to spend money with restaurants

literally will not be back. ordered and was asked to park in the front. turned into twenty minutes. watched staff turning around and talking instead of working. also saw manager seemingly flirting with a line cook. as a GM myself I would be absolutely disgusted if my team acted this way. there is no productive tension to be seen and not to mention that the worker admitted that he was being rude at the speaker. get it together

Why ask for chicken and you get all veggies and no chicken! You get a few tiny pieces swimming in veggies. AND, you pay $10 for rice and string beans. Come on!

Called twice about my visit no one answered literally ordered same thing two days in row hopeful today would be better. When u buy beef and broccoli and get 3 slices of meat. For 11 bucks, broccoli and rice is cheaper alone. I want a refund, do yall see meat I see three slices what is this and it looks discolored !

Low value for money, ordered family meal, every box is half empty, fried rice is just rice, no other ingredients. Will never go back.

Ordered broccoli and beef for delivery. I got all broccoli and a small slice of "beef". Terrible job. Sloppy work. Feel like I paid for food and was robbed and lied to because I was given something else.
