It was on the busier side of the evening and I had a little bit of a wait but....I've yet to leave there and not had my order messed up. It's been accurate and without missing anything each time I've gone. Maybe I've been lucky I don't know but I'd prefer it take a little more time and leave there with confidence that my order is good. So I'm ok with the wait. It was not excessive and it was very busy so I give credit where it's due and this is my opinion about my experience. Hopefully and surely I'm not the only one that lucky. 😁
Stop here everytime on the way between Greenville and Dallas. They never mess up my order, it's always hot and fresh, never old or cooked twice --(you know what i mean.. those locations that cook the fries twice instead of making fresh ones)--they don't do that here. Never had a bad experience at this location.
Kindest workers order was perfect food was hot. I'm very happy with this McDonald's they definitely deserve a good raise!!!!!!
Have been coming here for years, whether drive through, inside or using the app, always had great customer service. Food is always good & accurate when ordered.

Fastest McDonald's I've ever been to. Doesn't matter how long the drive-thru line is, im always back on the road very quickly.
New remodel is excellent! Kids area is much better. New soda machines are great. New ordering kiosks and seating are also a plus. This McDonald's just entered the century and meets others nearby in tech and ambiance now. Mobile and kiosk ordering works well here. Orders at kiosk and counter then provided with a number tent that allows them to even bring food straight to you at your table. Sometimes the drive thru line backs up and takes forever though! Like today almost 20+min

Ok I know there are some low scores here, but on my visit, the staff was attentive, quick and accurate. My order was made exactly as I asked and was brought to my table as I was just sitting down after getting my drink. Great job, McDonalds!
Awesome customer service, I ordered and waited what felt like a pretty standard amount of time, but they felt like it was to long as they wanted to make sure the fries were fresh. They then offered me a free pie to make up for the wait. I have not had customer service like that at a fast food spot in a long time, if ever. 👏🏼👏🏼

I usually order from uber eats when im a stay at home mom watching the kids. I usually never have a problem, but lately this location has been lacking. I either receive items I didn’t order or my items are straight up missing. Now I understand everyone is working hard at this location and making food for the hundreds of hungry people that come on by. While im grateful to have received my food nevertheless still was sad that i never received my mango smoothie with whipped cream that I paid for… it so small and so silly to be upset over. I guess it like a reward for this mom that didn’t come. Anyway I digress. Il will try to stay open minded and order at different time of day. Maybe that will help.
Now this place has it together...Amazing staff and even better food ! Always got what was ordered and is certainly a place that you can take the Family to without having to tell the kids to place their fingers in their ears while placing tape over their eyes...lol...Would CERTAINLY EAT HERE AGAIN !

The spicy crispy sandwich is good. The quarter pounder deluxe was okay. Not the best this time. When they called the order number it was wrong. I asked for cups with meal I got the confused look from two people. Clueless.
Sometimes fast food right on the interstate is a little iffy but we found that the food was decent the Playland for the children was very entertaining for them and therefore overall was a decent place to eat

Depends on what time of day it is, dictates your service an food quality. Some of those kids working there are on their phones an joking around not making g the food or SLOWLY making the food. There's like 2 good workers that get you your food on time an hot. I once sat in the drive through almost 10min but staying in the country you have limited options so I had to sit an wait for warm food. Took the chick at the window a good 3min to even take my card scrolling through her phone.
Terrible service, the employees were friendly enough, I think they were just understaffed. I had to yell at the drive-throughs speaker, and they still got my order wrong. Drive through became a parking lot. When I finally got to the window they tried to give me the wrong order.
I drove thru ordered a large frozen dr pepper, got home it was a large frozen coke! On Christmas Day, a Co worker and myself drove thru we ordered two separate orders. The manager of the Saturday night shift and the staff of this store must be trained to give good service or be fired...!!! Store was well staffed by the service was horrific...I have been to 100s of McDonald's never experienced a problem till last night.
Management/ownership/ corporate: whoever has the power to make changes you MUST control the temperature of the child’s play area! It is freezing with no heat when it’s below freezing temperature outside. You have a nice and clean play area with lots of tables but it has zero usability when its inside temperature is the same as the outside.
Apparently you shouldn't go at 9:30pm. We ordered 2 10 piece nuggets and 2 large fries. When we got to the window the girl shut it and walked away. She started goofing off with another employee. 3 minutes later she gave us our food. We figured it wasn't a big deal, fresh food is always good. Except it wasn't. The food was cold. Pulled out the receipt to get the online survey, and it's printed so lightly you can't read it.
They regularly have service issues (impolite, untimely, items missing without apology, etc.), regularly don't give you a drink with your happy meal (which causes children to choke, which could lead to a choking death/lawsuit), & regularly hand out expired milk to give to your kids (which causes illness/diarrhea/vomiting). This is by far the worst McDonald's location I've ever been to... The manager also does not speak to the public & does not call you back to apologize even when corporate says they are required to.
Food was good and quick, but service could a lot better. The lady that served us was very unfriendly and unwilling to help. She was very unwilling to refund for an item we did not receive and acted put out when asked for ketchup
They would not give me my food and didn’t care. The Mc Donald’s app would not let me check in so I walked in to get my food. They would not give it to me because I couldn’t check in. I am literally staring at the food I already paid for. They stood there shrugging, holding my food saying they couldn’t help me. Hilda and Jennifer were unhelpful and terrible in customer service. The store manager Marisella finally gave me my order with a soft excuse. She even refreshed my fries with new ones for the trouble. Hilda and Jennifer should not be managers if that is their idea of helping service customers.
Do Not come here on the weekend morning. You'll be highly disappointed. The wait just to get your orders is too long. Why take orders when you know you can't prep the food on time. Overall, it terrible.
Management here needs to get it together. I understand it gets busy but you can't ignore your customers. I stood in eye/ear shot of a 1st shift female manager and was ignored repeatedly. Greet your customers. Acknowledge their needs. This is basic decency. Who approved her application???

I have been disappointed in this location since the last couple months. Lately its been a few weeks. My husband and I don’t like to always eat out. Its usually a treat for us here and there. Ive ordered for mobile pickup a few times. My husband goes to pick it up. A few weeks ago we were missing a 20piece nugget when he got back. We chalked it up to maybe they were busy and forgot no big deal we still had two big burgers anyway. Sadly trying to call this place is damn near impossible to get refund unless you waste gasoline or diesel to go back. We decided to give this location another go. Last night it was no shamrock shake. If you can’t fulfill the order don’t charge me for something that I didn’t even receive!! Say you cleaned the machine or it’s broken! Then refund my husband or me! Its annoying that i paid twice for two things and cant even get ahold of anyone via app McDonalds or over the phone for a refund. It straight up thievery taking money from me when I cant get in contact with anybody. The small attention to these details makes all the difference in the world. With all this being said, We might just make the extra trip out to fate’s location. It might just be a less of headache.
Watched a few employees wonder around while the kitchen is slammed. Didn’t fill lobby orders, just watched order after order go out the drive through. Not a single person in the lobby getting food. Watched Door Dash driver after Door Dash driver come and go. Lobby FULL of people that have ordered. After 30 minutes I finally flag an employee down, they refuse to pretty much turn around and acknowledge you otherwise. Tell her I’ve been waiting for food for 30 minutes like at this point it’s ridiculous. You’re only serving drive thru and door dash. Hits me with the kitchen is just really busy we have a lot of food going. 30 minutes, you’ve flat out ignored the order for 30 minutes. Another young girl behind the counter starts our order after over hearing this and has it out in not even 3 minutes. That’s how much effort it took. Afterwards, anyone that is in the lobby has to get up and ask for their food. Otherwise it’s not filled. I could understand if orders were going out the drive thru AND lobby, but nothing was going to the lobby. And there wasn’t even an apology or an attempt to own it. I’ve been in food service. I get it gets hectic and busy and overwhelming. But that was terrible service all the way through.
I hate this location. They always forget sauce for nuggets. They will lie straight to your face and tell you it should be in the bag. But they don't look? What are you getting paid for?
I ordered really quickly as there was 1 other car, the guy at the window had to confirm my order 3 times, told me to pull to the number 1 slot and had me waiting over 10 mins as they served 6 cars that ordered after i did, i had to go inside and still waited over 5 mins to get my food not a sorry nothing just here you go

If you want a refund don’t bother they will say go through the app which isn’t possible and say they can’t do anything like remake the food. shitty customer service for meh tasting food, I will be sticking with Taco Bell for now especially because if they mess and order up they offer a refund or remake you’re food, McDonald’s is pathetic now days.
This is the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever experienced my whole entire life! We sat almost 20 minutes waiting for our food with one other car in front of us. There was not a line with plenty of people working. The car before us was even complaining like the had been waiting then selves . Smh we literally ordered a sweet tea and a 20 piece nugget and had to wait all that time for our food along with waiting for someone else that had been waiting as well. Straight ridiculous! Not to mention, they tried to charge us for a meal and then told us they don’t have fries like, how do you charge someone for a meal when you don’t have fries?! Lazy and I mean LAZY staff! The food is what it is I don't ever go in with expectations for freshness on that. However the service is the worst the past 2 times I have been to this location they asked me to park and wait. which I really don't mind since the line was long and I know they need to get people through but this is the second time that they have not only asked me to park and wait but then forget that I'm even out there which forces me to either go in and get stuck in the parking lot because the people block the spots with the drive through line or I have to go back through the drive through. So I went through the drive through again they give me my food I check the bag and I'm missing 2 of the items still so I have to get her attention at the window and she had the worst attitude when I asked about my missing items. I know its just McDonalds and I shouldn't be surprised but do better.
They never have the app turned on so you can rarely ever mobile order from this location. So frustrating to have your order all set and ready when you get there then not be able to use it!
I doordashed my food tonight and didn’t receive the food I ordered. It was cold and soggy when arrived. The dasher did a wonderful job. The store did not. I’ve called multiple times to see if I could receive some type of credit. DoorDashing isn’t cheap at all!! Especially to not get the food I ordered. Not impressed.

Avoid this McDonald’s like the plague. And let your kids play on the playground. A child had taken a poop up on the play area on the green spinning things and we notified the staff. The guy at the front just stared at me. Didn’t react. So we waited. We went to order ice cream while we waited to see if they were going to close the area. Nope. And the ice cream machines were down (of course, right?) no manager was notified. They continued to let people go in there and play.
Made a simple order of 3 happy meals and 2 combos for my family. Not one thing was right. Waited at the drive thru for the line to move which is understandable. However watching the staff dancing around and on their phone, meanwhile they can't get an order right. They even had to see my receipt again to make sure they got my order right. Still missed it. Drove back to location to get my order fixed. Two workers sitting down eating while the drive thru line is almost reaching the main road. Rolled their eyes at me when I asked for help to get my order right. If you did your job right the first time amd wasn't playing around you wouldn't have to get up and fix an order. Worst experience and there's no excuse. It's fast food. You're not building air planes.
This is the last time I will come here. I ordered on the mobile app and after 20 mins it still wasn't ready and I had to go inside to get my food. Then they gave me someone else's order and then argued that it was correct. It took me over 30 mins to get my order when it should have taken only 5.
Horrible location! Food is NEVER fresh, they always have several people waiting for orders and drive thru is super slow to get orders out. And 90% chance your order is wrong or missing something.
On Sunday, July 22, 2024, I ordered two hamburgers from the McDonald's mobile app. When I arrived at McDonald's, instead of going through the Drive-Thru and stopping at the speaker to announce my mobile order, I drove directly to the first window and informed the employee there. The employee gave me a lengthy lecture on why I shouldn't skip the speaker and announce my mobile order at the window. I've done this before at another McDonald's without any issues, so I didn't appreciate the lecture. A brief explanation would have sufficed to convey the potential problems of my approach. Despite this, the food was good and made exactly as I ordered it, but the employee's lecture spoiled my experience. If you use the mobile app to order and go through the Drive-Thru to pick it up, please stop at the speaker first to announce your mobile app number. Otherwise, you might end up receiving a lengthy lecture on proper Drive-Thru etiquette from an employee.
Terrible experience. We didn't get our ice cream. I tried to call ahead to make sure their ice cream machine was working. I called three times and no one picked up the phone. So we rolled the dice. We ordered ice cream on the app, which says it won't offer something that's not available at the restaurant. We debated about eating inside for a change of scenery but ultimately decided on the drive through. It was backed up, but not terrible, but the guy behind me kept rolling down his window and yelling at me to move forward when the truck in front of me still hadn't moved. Not the restaurant's fault but it didn't help my mood. We got to the drive through speaker and when we gave them our code, we were told, flatly but not rudely, "We don't have ice cream right now." That's it. No offer to fix it, or to give us something else. No apology for the inconvenience. Just "We don't have ice cream right now." So we asked if we could have a refund, because the app had already charged us and it said we had to get a refund through the store. "You can get a refund through the app," she said. Um. No. So we went inside and patiently explained the situation. Without any apologies or any hint of warmth or empathy, just blank stares, we were finally given cash to cover our order, and we left. Now, hear me out. I didn't need ice cream at 8pm on a weeknight. I'm overweight and have a mild lactose intolerance. Those who believe in Providence would not be out of line to say that perhaps It was watching out for me. That's fine, but it'd been a hard day and I wanted to get some ice cream with my wife because I recently quit vaping and am trying not to drink too much. So there. The ice cream issue was not the fault of the workers. I did not raise my voice or say anything rude to them, because I've been there. But you know what? When I was there, and a customer had a complaint, even if it was over something that wasn't my fault or that I had no control over, I tried to make the customer's day better. Because that was my job. If I couldn't give them free food or a coupon, I could at least give them the satisfaction of commiseration, or, perhaps, a touch of compassion. Yes, even over something as silly and superfluous as a Tuesday night McFlurry. So... One star. Two for service, because at least we got our money back. Now I'm going to go eat the ice cream we bought from Walmart. And I'm sure I'll be back to this McDonald's because they're not always this bad. Some of their workers are downright gregarious. Plus, sometimes they have McFlurries.
Avoid this location and go to the one in FATE if you can help it. Horrible customer service. They took 20 minutes to get my order to me. (3 biscuits and 2 coffees) by the time I got my Frappe it was melted so when I requested a new one the lady rolled her eyes and started popping off as she walked away. Save yourself time and the AUDACITY and just go to Cado Mills or Fate
They were really rude and I think the manger should take more control. The person that was taking our order was not speaking very nice and I couldn’t understand her at all. That’s not even the end we have been sitting here for atleast 20 minutes waiting for our food. The lady that gave us a sweet tea basically threw it at me! I will never be returning back to this McDonald’s!
Check your orders at drive thru. We went there for breakfast and got a burrito meal. Number 7 I believe. We headed out for our trip. They only put one burrito instead of two in there and missing the hash brown. The one burrito i did get was dry and mostly tortilla. Very little eggs, cheese etc.
Unfortunately, each time I visit this location, there seems to be an issue. My requests are often disregarded, and the management team consistently displays a negative attitude—even when I approach the situation politely and respectfully. During my last visit, the general manager even suggested that I consider visiting other McDonald’s locations if I’m not satisfied with theirs. I find that response dismissive and unprofessional.
Ordered with the app, received the burgers and nuggets in a timely fashion, but that's it. They came out with only part of the order and they were missing the drinks and fries. The easiest parts of an order from McDonald's. 20 minutes after ordering, they bring out the drinks. No fries. 25 minutes after we order, they finally bring out the fries. Not going to stop here again.
I wanted a large hot chocolate. The lady said I could only get a medium. I asked her why was it prepackage or did they make it? She said no they make it. They just can’t sell it in any size but a medium so I said OK fine I’ll take a medium and I get up to pay And I asked the guy there. Why can you not make a large hot chocolate and he said cause it comes prepackaged, which is the question that I ordered already asked. I don’t want prepackaged that is why I asked if it was prepackaged! Why can’t they just be honest upfront?
Waited over 40 minutes in drive thru for an order already placed the mobile app paid on the app . Placed another at drive thru . That order for my friend was received. Mine was not !! Went through 2 windows and had to wait again. Receipt show the order in the bag however was not . It was beyond busy and was rushed by others drivers to leave . Not a friendly area . Called 7 times rang a long long time then went to a fax machine. I am livid !! I Will NEVER go back . Reading other reviews proves to me this Mc Donald’s is notorious for shorting orders . Worst McDonald's I've ever been too. They were NOT busy and NOT short staffed. Play area was extremely dirty, every table had food on and under it. The food took nearly 20 minutes and was COLD and fries were stale. I ordered a half sweet tea/half lemonade. The guy said that's what it was. It was unsweet tea and zero lemonade. Definitely on my list of do not return.
This is an awful location… Every time we go here, something is wrong with our order. Every. Time. Last time, we ALL ordered nuggets (5 of us) and didn’t get one single sauce, despite asking for extra. This time, we’re missing a burger and the other Big Mac burger is COMPLETELY *dry.* I called and they said we’d have to come back, but we were already 15 minutes away, back home. I’m pregnant and I was craving this burger soooo bad ALL day, bummed is an understatement. :( The employees were “goofing” around at the window as well and I had to ask 3 times for a drink carrier because they were turned away chatting and laughing while handing me the drink. I’m usually a very understanding and patient person, I’m just so disappointed this time though.
Worst experience of my life. Trying to order Happy Meals to take to school for a birthday lunch. After every item ordered, we were told to “hold on a minute”, causing us to run late with the kids food. Mind you, only 4 Happy meals were purchased. Not rocket science. Then we finally get to the area to pick up food, they were of course, WRONG. WHAT IS SO HARD ABOUT REMOVING ONIONS. It’s just mind blowing. Also I did NOT rate the food a three. What is the point of ordering in the mobile app if when you arrive to the place, they make you pull into a curbside parking spot?? This has happened the past three times! I always order less than 5 items too! This is horrible customer service! There was just 3 girls standing around the drive through window and nothing was said to me for atleast 2 minutes before telling me to pull into a parking spot. The food is never hot! Don't waste my your money here

This McDonald's is poorly managed, most of the staff is busy playing on their phones instead of processing orders. I placed a mobile order for pick up, and when I got there to get my order someone else had "stolen it" this isn't the first time I've had this happen. On other occasions I've had to wait 30 minutes or more for my order in the store, I've also been informed that they will not remake my order because someone else took it. I highly recommend this store either changes for the better or shuts down their lobby.
I'd rather drive up the highway to Fate because this location is always awful. We give into our guilty pleasure maybe twice a month and this location is the worst. They are slow, rude and don't care. Went to the drive through and ordered my food. Got home, which isn't far at all and the fries were cold, stale, chewy and halfway full. The burger was cold and they didn't even get it right. So I called and was told by the woman who answered, that no one there speaks English as she tried to act like she didn't either. So I told her that if they can take orders in English then someone there can talk to me in English. After being put on hold, someone magically got on the phone speaking perfect English. Let them know about the cold food and was told that I could go in tomorrow for fresh food. If fast food is gonna cost what it costs in a restaurant these days, then up the game and make it fresh always. The meal went right to the trash it was that cold and nasty. If you're driving by, just keep driving for 5 more minutes to Fate for a better experience.
Please don’t EVER go here. Slow and incompetent. Doors often locked 45 minutes after posted opening times. Wait time to pick up food is almost always late.
went their on my lunch for work. went into lobby since work truck doesn't fit in drive thru waited over 20 mins and they were handing out orders that came in after mine. tried to ask about it got ignored. had to get loud to get attention of worker to get refund as my lunch time had run out. one of the worst experiences ever. To focused on conversation and drive thru people in lobby just as important and pay just as much. Oh and let me mention I only ordered 2 sandwiches thought it would be quick.

I had arrived at McDonald’s after placing a online order at 11:47 they refused to make the order and said they aren’t accepting orders even when it says online they are open until 1am drive thru only. What is the point of being open if you aren’t going to do your job properly then quit and find else to work!

1st there was the Turkey Leg incident at L3 on 29 August 2024 where Smok'n Meat Rack served rotten food. And now this... You guys need to throw out food that's been sitting there a while. I ordered two #7's. And two of these burgers have been sitting out a long time. I swear I can play hockey with one of these burgers. The cheese is all dried, discolored and hard. I wouldn't even give them to my dogs... You find new and exciting ways to lower the bar. It's fascinating to be honest...
This McDonald’s is a joke. They constantly mess up my order and I’m pretty sure they’re stealing monopoly pieces because I continue to not receive them for the items they’re supposed to be on.
I have gone to this location everyday for probably 8 years for breakfast.and it had all gone downhill from there. Until finally this morning was the last straw. This place has horrible customer service and it’s 50/50 if they get your order correctly. My wife on maternity leave has been staying at home so in the mornings I go get her breakfast and bring it back and stick it in the microwave for her. That way when she wakes up she has somthing to eat because dealing with a newborn can be stressful so I try and take one thing off her plate. Thismorning my wife almost ate a breakfast sandwich that had already been eaten by another person. Luckily she noticed when she opened it and sent me pictures. If you can’t even work at a McDonalds and not eat the food or put eaten food in someone’s order, I don’t know where your place comes in society. That’s a great way to get someone sick
I ordered a large drink and the drive thru worker gave me a medium and had attitude when I stated I ordered a large. She asked me to pull in lane 4 and I waited over 10 minutes before I flagged down another worker to report the issue. Terrible Customer Service!!!

This is the third time I have gotten old food. My kids happy meals had warm fries and nuggets. Every time I come here I tell them make my order fresh after getting old food previously. I don’t know what’s going on but they need to figure this out because getting old food is unacceptable
Just had an employee argue with me in the drive thru over the name of a meal. He was laughing about it as we drove through. I stopped and asked him why that was funny. He continued to argue with me. Management has completely failed the brand and this location is absolute trash. From the morning blonde manager to the window staff. You need to gut the crew and start over.
I don't expect much from McDonald's but this is the third time I've ever been to this one and the third time in a row I've been given completely the wrong order. Like someone else's. Ordered 2 large fries, 2 big macs (one with no cheese and extra pickle). I got a drink, 1 med fry, 1 lg fry, and a big Mac.
I asked for EXTRA syrup. Not only did I not get those, but I didn't get ANY. Instead I got ketchup. Pretty sure no one wants ketchup on their pancakes. And then they're too good to answer their phone. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!

Nowhere in Texas where there are certain.....people working they stop selling breakfast at 10:20 every morning and every different locations I've been to in Texas this has to change...... I should not be having my order canceled because I ordered it 10 11 minutes 13 minutes prior 15 minutes prior to 10:30 this has to change we all know 11 is reasonable..... Is simply these workers trying to clean up the morning mess so they can hurry up and finish the rest of the day with lunch........ I am very disappointed with the management, particularly with Marisela. No employee should ever be yelled at, discriminated against, or threatened without any explanation. That is not an appropriate or professional way for a supervisor to manage or treat a team member. I am also aware of multiple individuals who have expressed concerns about being treated poorly by this manager. When several people share similar experiences, it raises serious concerns about leadership and workplace culture. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and that improvements are made to ensure a respectful and supportive environment for everyone.
Hands down the worst McDonald to go to. 12 people working with zero common sense. One speaks English. They are busy talking to each other than actually making the food. This place will quickly become obsolete once these other fast food chains come online out here.

Put order in on kiosk at 6:15 . Asked mangers what's taking so long at 6:43pm. Manger said there just now making it. Manager had no name tag on. Finally got food at 6:47 .
Stopped in Christmas Eve for dinner about 6pm, my wife went in to order. She said the restroom was nasty, there was no paper towels and the air dryer didn’t work. Ordered our food and waited 40 minutes, I told her to get our money back as I was tired of waiting. It wasn’t a complicated order, 2 quarter pound meals. She had our drinks as they give you the cups to self serve. When she finally got someone to help her to get a refund, they still charged her for the drinks. We went across the street to Jack N Box spent about 3 minutes in drive thru and got our food. What a pathetic excuse for a “fast food” place at McDonalds.

I am a business owner and used to like McDonald’s. No wonder their numbers are in the dumpster. I normally treat my crew once or twice a week for lunch from there. No more. They are Lacking customer service and all hate there jobs. They have no idea what they are doing if they get busy. Service and food quality definitely reflect it. More like 0 star. Sorry McDonald’s no more from us we are boycotting the Royse City location.
I hate this location with a passion!!! Every single time I order thru the app (at least 20 minutes before I even pull up) and I go to the drive thru, they still make me park to wait another 15 minutes to get my food! No point in ordering thru the app to “save time” as their sign says because you will still have to wait!!! This is seriously ridiculous and will just stop coming to avoid wasting time!!
If I could give this location a 0 rating I would, Elizabeth the manager on site was very condescending, and uninterested in providing any information I was suppose to receive a refund from a previous order back on the 11/13/25 in the amount of $45 in which I have not received anything into my back acct nor a cash refund, I was advised I would need to call or wait for a store manager to call... today is now 11/21/25 in which the only response Elizabeth could provide was "I DONT KNOW" 🤬 SMH it's sad to see that they literally just hire anyone and throw a title at anything.
It's really bad when the person taking orders in the drive through doesn't speak enough English to understand "hotcakes and sausage". Had to keep repeating it over and over. At least know the menu! It was missing from the order at pickup window and she still couldn't understand. My husband speaks clearly so there's no excuse. Also, what's with the pink whipped cream on the frappe? Many people are allergic to red dye and it causes cancer so why is it being put on without asking or advising? Had to throw it away.
Twice in less than 2 weeks this McDonald’s has failed to provide adequate service. The first time I order two double cheeseburgers w/o onions and while on the way home had to find out the hard way that both burgers had extra onions on them but were still tagged no onions. Today I ordered through the app and had two double cheeseburgers no onions ,medium fries & a lrg Dr Pepper light ice. Curbside pickup occurred and again on the way home I come to find I did not receive two double cheeseburgers but only one! That is money I am now out due to their staff. My options are limited on my way home for food and this is one of the only few options I have. The customer service and team leaders need to look into making sure the orders are correct each and every time.
⭐ 1 Star I had one of the worst experiences at this McDonald’s. I ordered a Big Mac and a large fry, but when I got to the window, they gave me a medium fry even though I paid for a large. When I pointed it out, the employee snatched the fries from me and handed me a large one with an attitude. That alone was disappointing, but it gets worse. I sat in my car and started eating my food, and halfway through the Big Mac I began feeling sick. Not long after, I actually threw up. There is clearly something wrong with either how the food is being handled or the quality of it. This was unacceptable on every level — from the service to the food itself. I will not be returning, and I hope management takes this seriously before more customers get sick.
The customer service at this establishment is disappointing. Upon entering, there's a noticeable lack of warmth—greetings are absent, and getting the attention of the counter staff is a challenge. Despite the number of employees in the back, assistance at the walk-up counter is severely lacking. It's frustrating to see half the management sitting at the to-go order table without offering any support. When I addressed an issue with a wrong order, their rudeness was unacceptable. As for the food, the portions are barely satisfactory; fries, shakes, and smoothies are not filled adequately, and they seem hesitant to provide dipping sauces. The only time I’ve experienced good customer service here is during corporate visits. Just got fries and they were soggy. Asked for fresh fries and they re cooked the fries… they took them back and recooked them… real sanitary. Now I have burnt fries that are orange and disgusting because the salt has cooked into them and they are just greasy and nasty. Never eating here again. Recommend nobody else do it either.
