The bowl that I ordered was very good and tasted amazing. It was the teriyaki chicken bowl. This is a great option to eat at if you are looking for healthy food. I also got the chia pudding that was yummy too as I like coconut. I will be back for sure!

I visited the Freshii location in the Rosemont Premium mall for the first time. I dined in the food court. I don't usually go to fast food restaurants in the mall. I was impressed with the Pangoa Bowl the food was fresh and delicious. I wish there were more closer locations.

I can't blame any of the individual employees, but company policies need to change. The quality of the ingredients was good. The employees were friendly. What rubbed me the wrong way was the $3 they charged for water. I paid almost $20 for food, and they wanted another $3 for a cup of water from the fountain machine.

I really wanted to give this place 5 stars, but I just couldn't. I love the items.on their menu, it's healthy and nutritious. The founder says their packaging is made from recycled materials except it isn't. And I ordered a smoothie and it arrived in paper Pepsi cup?. For forward looking company, the presentation was horrible. The food was great, but I was very displeased with how the food arrived. The worst was the food came in a cheap plastic bag, I expected at least a recyclables paper bag. I would give a 4 stars for food and 1 star for the presentation, so I averaged it to 3 stars overall. Definitely need improvement with packaging and presentation.

There are no other options within the food court. Teriyaki twist is vegan if you don’t take the wanton. The taste itself is alright. I would add more cucumbers for crunchy bites.

Cashier got the wrong order for me. Luckily I noticed the mistake right away Food doesn’t taste good and is overpriced. Paid $16 for bowl with steak. Quinoa and steak needed more salt. Save your money and try something else.

I had the spicy lemongrass soup with tofu. It was extremely bland. It missed the mark on the heat level and I couldn't taste the lemongrass. It was as if the broth was watered down. I've tried this soup in other locations and have had a totally different experience. Dissapointing...

Food was average. They put chicken in my food even though I said I didn't want chicken. I had let them know I didn't want chicken and said it was fine when they couldn't take it off the bill, so may havs been a misunderstanding, but I got chicken in the food anyway.

Presentation was ok but very misleading , If your hungry and looking to eat something tasty from this place do yourself a favor and bring some seasonings to add to their flavorless stew meat there trying to pass off as steak. THEY HAVE A PICTURE OF STEAK BUT NOT SERVING STEAK.

Honestly the worst food I’ve had hands down.. I regret not demanding a refund. Husband and I went yesterday, he got the tex mex (I think that was what it was called), I got the teriyaki bowl with chicken. There was absolutely no seasoning, no sauce, no teriyaki flavor in any part of the bowl. Dry rice, plain bland veggie bowl. I don’t think I even ate a quarter of it. He didn’t like this either.. crazy disappointing for $50. We eat vegan/healthy foods often. I think this meal was a prime example of why people don’t even try healthy alternatives. Just because it’s vegan doesn’t mean it needs to be bland, flavorless food. Horrible.

Food was bland so I asked for a hot sauce packet and was told I could purchase a buffalo sauce packet. I asked for a cup of water and was told I could purchase a bottle of generic brand water for $3.50. Certainly won’t be spending $17 for a bowl of bland food here again.

Ordered a burrito that is suppose to be vegetarian and all I got in the burritto was literally just Brown rice with mayonnaise. THey put only TWO ingredients in that burrito and that was not what I ordered. Try to rip people off. Very deceptive. Never again will I come here or order from freshii even if I am starving.

I ordered Buddha Satay and let me tell you that was horrible. Shredded carrots was so old. Way far from fresh. Peanut sauce no taste. And NO, I do not loose my taste, noodles cooked without salt. All together bad experience.

The manager was very rude. Very bad English. She charge me 2 dollars for a bowl. I payed 40 dollars for 2 bowls of rice with vegetables. She screamed at me when she couldn't understand basic English.

It is a healthy place to eat, if the food is real fresh. I got a teriyaki bowl and the cucumber was tainted. The steak was around 6 little pieces. The juice is very good.

First time here- I’m very disappointed with my Pangoa burrito and Recharge cold pressed juice. Burrito was cold, flavors didn’t go well together. The juice was warm and overpowered by beets

The people there are lazy. Poor name calling it energize when the workers have no energy. I didn’t try the food since they were just standing around. If you want to wait for them without a line to try it go ahead. maybe the food will be worth it. I just did not have the time This was Thursday October 4 at 1:30 pm

If i could put zero i would. I arrived prior to 830 was told they are only making salads by the female worker. The male working in the back was confused as to why she said that and why she was putting away food prep. So management lost 5 people worth of business

I usually don’t review food courts but this was the worst experience ever! The customer service was very rude! My aunt and mom ordered a salad and added chicken. As they started to eat my aunt noticed there wasn’t chicken in the salad so we went up there to tell them. We should have just stayed quiet. She told them that they had probably ate it and didn’t realize like seriously? Then they “added” chicken and said that they would charge that but it would be on the house like I’m sorry they paid for it! Their chicken wasn’t grilled how they asked for it! The whole customer service. And the worker ended with “well that can we do, it is what it is.” Like overall the worst! And I was so disgusted!

I ordered the Spicy lemongrass soup. The food came out at an inedible temperature not to mention it cost me 15 dollars for a 32oz of soup with cold broth and maybe a spoonful of vegetables. Did not even taste like lemongrass go elsewhere.

Freshii claims to cater to vegetarian preferences, but my experience of their "spicy" vegetarian "lemongrass" soup was anything but a delightful vegetarian experience. The broth was advertised on the menu as a vegetarian lemongrass broth, but it was little more than barely flavored lukewarm water with vegetables, noodles and mushrooms, with no trace of lemongrass whatsoever. Upon requesting a refund, I was plainly told that because I chose the vegan option (which wasn't even on the menu, so how would I even know to order that?) and that the broth was "different" (and therefore, it was MY fault). The staff basically told me that what was on the menu was not what I had received, which alone should have been grounds for a refund, but they resisted. Coming to the next level of failure- sexism. I did get a refund, ultimately, but it was only after a fellow customer, a man, I might add, came along and repeated almost word-for-word the fact that both the cashier and the manager had just repeatedly told me that there was no lemongrass in the broth I ordered while standing before a menu board that declared "vegetarian lemongrass broth". And then, suddenly, the staff agreed and processed a refund, having resisted the exact same argument from me, a woman. Needless to say, I will not be dining at Freshii ever again. Bad food AND sexism? A bit too much to take.

I said three times that’s my order and she just gives it to me without saying anything and walks away. Worst $10 spent today.
