La Flor De Michoacan Sacramento Reviews
I ordered 4 pupusas and a medium horchata. It came out to about $22. The taste is very delicious and home made. I love love love this place. I will be coming back! WORTH DRIVING TO.
The service was amazing, they have happy workers here. The food was amazing. Had a cheese and bean popusa and 2 street asada tacos
So the pupusas near my home went out of business and we could not find a pupusas restaurant that we like. Until we went to La Flor De Michoacan. The pork and cheese is like this mouth watering bite of goodness. By the way I'm dring 30 minutes just to eat it. So you know it's worth it. 3💜
The pupusas were amazing. We really enjoyed the atmosphere of the restaurant and the service.
Pupusas! This place is reliably good. Your pupusas are made to order so don't show up in a hurry, appreciate the craft. They're deceptively filling and two will satisfy most for lunch. I like the Zucchini and Cheese.
Delicious Mexican and Salvadoran food. Be prepared to wait ten minutes for your food but it is well worth the wait. Yucca and chicharrones amazing!

This is the only place my family and I come for pupusas. They are perfect and yummy every time! Only down side is they only take cash so come prepared.
The food is absolutely wonderful. I was inhaling the food. The burritos were good as well as the signature dish of the place. I forgot the name but it was very good. If you have the time stop and enjoy this place. You will not go wrong. Plus the food is nice and filling.
Regular size burritos were really a decent size & very filling. Good prices & the food was bussin!
This place never fails no matter how long the wait is. The cheese and jalapeno pupusas are Michelin star worthy as are their artery clogging beans (they have to be 50/50 lard and beans). Only drawback is the hood they are in.

We have been coming here for years and they are one of the best places around. Yes the cash only is an inconvenience but it’s not the end of the world

Heard of this place for there "Pupusas" and it was very good, but this place offers other food dishes an you can dine or take out. But be aware this place is "Cash Only" so not sure why this restaurant doesn't have the use of ones bank card. I did find it odd they don't have menus but the only one by the order window an customer ask for one to take after gettibg their order to take out. Many ask the cashier/ helper behind the window an yet couldn't give an answer to the question. Also its located in a plaza where more other businesses are there when looking for parking but it does have plenty of parking. Try this place out an judge the place yourself an maybe you will have a favorite item food dish to order too. Bring your cash.
I wanted to find a place with fresh home made pupusas and this place had it! Food was good. Many other items, such as different types of tamales (sweet such as with pineapple, salvadorian, meat, etc) even champurrado.

Papusas are great! Great to order in bulk for a party, too.
I wish they accepteded card. This place is cash only and when you order over the phone, they can't tell you how much your total is going to be a head of time. I arrived with $50 in my hand and asked the lady if she could tell me how much it was going to be. She looked at my tab and said about $40, she rang my order and it came out to $61 and change. Oh well damn, now I have to find a place with an ATM. The inconvenience was inconvenient! The smoke shop next door has an ATM but conveniently it's out of service. I went to 711 and took out $20. When I arrived she had a long line and she was waiting for me to arrive to pay her. I don't know, I feel like the whole thing can be avoided if they would just update their system and the fact that it's a cash only they could find a way to let customers know how much cash they need to have on hand.

I've been coming here since I was little. Their food is good. But lately I've noticed their employees have a very ugly attitude. Makes you not want to come back and deal with all that.

This is my first & LAST time coming here. First of all, when I went to order at the register there was this girl with makeup on & had a chain with a gold name plate taking my order, she was very rude & had a lot of attitude with me for no reason. She also was wearing glasses & had her hair in a bun. I didn’t get her name though. She had horrible customer service. She said the food would take 30 minutes & we ended up waiting over an hour for our food. We got home to eat our food & it was disgusting. There was no flavor in our papusas & they were very skimpy with the meat. I also ordered empanadas which didn’t even look like empanadas, I don’t know if they messed up my order or if this is what they are supposed to look like. If I could give 0 stars I would. I wasted $40 on my order. Now I have to get something else to eat. Also they’re cash only so make sure you have cash.
The only people inside when we came for lunch was a couple of men who had already gotten their food. We decided on our order and then waited 45 minutes for the 1st of our order to come out. While we waited, two guys came in for a takeout order. We were starving, so I inquired about how much longer our food might be.. with the wait this long when there's no one in the place mid-afternoon on a weekday, I would hate to be here when there was any kind of a crowd. When we finally got our food it was disappointing.. marginal at best. If it were tasty it might have been worth the wait, but unfortunately it was not.

It's hard to find good Salvadoran food in the Sacramento area. The girl answering the phone just said hello. I had to ask if I had the restaurant. She said yes and that was it. I had to ask if I could place an order. It was like pulling teeth. Curtido had no flavor. I fixed it up at home. There was onion skin and a whole piece of cabbage in it also. Pupusas were burnt. Sopa de pata was very disappointing. No flavor and had a slight sweet taste. This place was the best years ago when Edith was the cook and Annemarie was in charge. The second La Flor on Fulton is amazing! I thought I would try this place again but I won't be back. 25 years later and it's still cash only? Who does that nowadays?
Came here at 7:20 the ladies didnt even want to take orders with a rude attitude I also witness another family wanting to eat there and they reject them service saying they were close even when sign says 9:30pm and Website says 9pm very unprofessional Need better customer service and time frame of exactly time as to till when there open
they dont take card even though it says they do on google. Also the prices on the agua frescas are wrong, the menu says 4.50 but in reality they are 5.50 so they show they are inconsistent on their prices
