I had to go to jersey tonight from staten island so on the way I stopped at pizza hit of bayonne. It was awesome. I bought the breadsticks and the personal pizza and it was hot and delicious!! The first time I had it ,last month, it was kind if dry but I made sure to ask the guy behind the counter to put more oil and seasoning on the food, he did just that! Just awesome. Ill def go back there again!!!!!
Today Delivery was good, and the pizza was amazing. Usually when i order pizza around 8/9 it takes sometime when looking for a delivery driver what i was told previously. Keep up the good work and thank you so much
I read all the negative reviews and they're plenty. Most people that were giving it 1 star were saying they waited over 2 hours for delivery. This wasn't my case. I had to try for myself despite the negative reviews since I was craving pizza hut. The order was right and my food got delivered in under 40 minutes.
I had a great experience. I ordered it on the app, Picked up my order and exactly what I got. Perhaps there was different management with the negative reviews. Don't let the negative reviews full you, everything was great here and the associates were very helpful. Will definitely go back.

Staff is very friendly and kind. Always get a greeting with a big smile. The only problem is why pizza hut charging for crush pepper and parmesan? We loyal customers for years and years. Next your charging for napkins and paper plates? Maybe even the box the pizza comes in! Anyway, staff you guys are awesome!

Ive ordered from here several times over the last year and the pizza has always been correct and fresh! I really cannot complain. But tonight I ordered a pizza because I had a terrible day at work, and pizza soothes my soul. I walked in and was greeted by a nice lady. She got me my pizza and asked that I open it to check that it was correct. I joked with her how much I needed the pizza after a long hard day and she cracked a joke and made me laugh. She was friendly and prompt with my food, before I left I asked her name and she said Angie. So shout out to Angie for making my night after a bad day and the crew for a hot, fresh, and delicious pizza tonight! 🍕 🙌
Pizza Hut is a classic for a reason. Their pan pizza is thick, doughy perfection with a crispy, golden crust. The bbq sauce is tangy and sweet, and the toppings are always generous. It's comfort food at its finest! Coming back for sure at this store

My recent Pizza Hut experience was excellent. The pizza was ready on time ordered for pickup and met expectations for quality. Manager Emanuel's welcoming attitude significantly enhanced the visit.
I have ordered multiple times from here, taste is good. Staff is friendly and cooperative. One time I ordered but got very late to pickup. I requested them if they can give fresh order and they obliged because I was a regular customer. I have seen the workers work hard and fast on Tuesday deals where I saw soo many customers inside. Customers were shouting at workers but they kept their cool and one after other I saw them calling out for orders. They have been my go to food spot for my late night cravings. The only thing I don't like is they don't have Coca Cola, asked the manager about it and he said it's something at corporate level. So sucks but food doesn't disappoint so works for me
This particular experience was quite great. Simply because the customer service was immaculate. The woman at the Front(I believe her name was Jameeria) was highly kind, able to answer each of my questions and explain in detail the different variations of menu options. I even noticed her co-worker (I believe her name was Diamond) working particularly hard preparing food in which could definitely taste. A huge shout out to the team, their pleasant customer service and delightful attitudes Made the experience that much more memorable.

Ordered a medium pizza with one topping, the pizza came cold and I was not a fan of the "hand tossed crust". Also ordered boneless wings, they were decent. My family and I really enjoyed their bread sticks the most and Cinnabon dessert. My order was delivered through DoorDash when ordering online from the Pizza Hut website.

Nothing happens. #2 If you go and tell the person on the counter I was to pick 15 mins back they will tell you why you didnt come inside to tell us. #pick up location is good. seeing corona situations, you have to go insider store to pick the stuff. #3 food was decent.
I had order for delivery from this place. They came after one hour and 45 minutes. I ordered 3 pizzas and they were cold. I don't know how hard it is to make a pizza and delivered to a place before the pizza get cold. I am really disappointed from this spot and I don't think that I am going to order from them again.
i understand i made a mistake on my end that i have a wrong phone number. but when i called to clear it up the worker could have been honest with me that the driver already delivered my food to another someone else instead of having me wait an hour outside. he said he gave the driver the new number and will call me. when he is outside. i called twice to make sure it was the right number this time because 30 minutes after the call i did not receive any call. come to find out i called from another number and the manager picked up and he said the driver already delivered it an hour ago. i don’t understand why the worker could not have just told me initially that it was delivered to someone else INSTEAD OF HAVING ME WAIT AN HOUR and it was too late to order anything for pick up or find an alternative except $35 store credit for another day. im thankful for the manager’s honesty but it was just fishy before. would recommend calling to place an order if you decide to do so. dont use the app.
This place is very hectic inside walked up to the counter and the employee picked up two calls without talking to me. I place my order and the recite didn’t print for a couple minutes. As we where waiting for the food, another employee was berating a customer that walked in when he complained that his chicken wings were missing. Two stars because although the food took a while at least it was good. Would probably never come back to this Pizza Hut.
I should have known better than to order from them again. Last time they forgot my drink order (its 4 drinks), its fine they sent it over... an hour later. week or 2 craving a Pizone so order again, Forgets the drink order again. Was told would have to call the next day for a refund.... Never again.
I placed my order between 630-7pm. I called to check at around 815 and kept getting put on hold. Finally spoke to a woman around 840 who said she was going to ask her manager, but she put me on home and never came back. Finally, I called back and spoke to a man who got me in touch with door dash. We didnt get the food til shortly after 10pm. And of course it cold. It took over 3 hours to get the food. Very disappointing.
Get your own delivery people. My food was opened by the door dash delivery driver because they were trying to steal food. Pizza Hut didn't say door dash would be delivering till after my order was placed. Contact me and I'll give driver name and my order number.
The pizza tasted ok. It was not what I ordered though. I ordered a pan pizza and got regular crust. Ordered ranch dipping sauce and got blue cheese. The delivery took 35 min. longer than what the mobile tracker stated despite only being 3 mile down the road.
This is going to be the last time I order something from here. The service was very bad. There were two black men who, besides being rude, didn't know what they were doing. The food was overcooked and they forgot to put my dressing on the side like I’ve requested. At the end, when the order was ready, the guy gave me a bad look and even tough I showed him the phone with the order he still ask me why I haven’t already paid for my order when I had already paid for it online. The Pizza Hut on 440 in Jersey City was better, too bad they closed it.

Placed an order for a stuffed crust pizza and wings, took three hours. Within that three hours it was noted that my order had not been placed and then it had been placed. The manager and employee could not give a straight response. When it was finally delivered the pizza was cold. Called and asked for a refund and was hung up on by the manager.

Pizza was cold by the time it came to our apartment and never brought us our 2 liter of pepsi. The driver was rude and when we tried to call the store about the 2 liter no answer at first and then when we did get someone they put us on a long hold until they hung up on us. Ordered food at 9:15pm, with the notice saying 45 minute wait. 1 hour passed with no update. Kept trying to call the store but no answer. I must've called 15 times back to back and no one answered. It is now 11:30pm and got a call from a worker saying "Do you still want your food?", no mention of "hello this is pizza hut", nothing. SUCH A WASTE OF TIME!!!!!!!!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. I placed my order online around 5:1511pm and it was supposed to be here by 6:54pm. The driver called my cellphone instead of ringing my doorbell and aparently the restaurant called my cell since I didn't answer they drove off. I called at about 7:30 asking about my order and the person that answered the phone says the driver was on the way and he should be here in about 10 min. I called back 20 minutes later and spoke to a lady who said they called me and I didn't answer so I asked if the driver rang my doorbell and the driver LIED and said he did which I informed her that he did not ring the doorbell so she hands the phone to Matt who is the general manager who informs me that he is going based on his drivers word. I not so nicely requested a refund and informed him that I would NEVER do business with this pizza hut again. Let's see if they give me my refund otherwise that place will be getting a not so friendly visit from me.
I ordered from this location a few months ago and had a terrible experience. The pizza was extremely dry and barely had anything on it. It was also not cut properly. I thought that this was a one-time thing so decided to order from here again tonight. It has been 1 hour and a half and the pizza still has not arrived. Never ordering from Pizza Hut again!
I would give them a -0 if i could. Worst experience for the 2nd time at the Pizza Hut located on 1347 John F. Kennedy Blvd, Bayonne, NJ 07002. I placed the order over the phone @ 8:02 pm. The order was for delivery. I provided my address and paid with my debit card. We called at 9:26pm, 9:28pm & 9:30pm because I was disconnected and were told that they were on their way. Called again at 10:13pm only to find out that they lied.The person I spoke with claims we must have called a different pizza hut. He also stated that the employees in the store said I did not call and they did not tell us that our food was on the way. I told him regardless of what his employees is telling us it's now 2 hours later, where is our food. The food was made and they thought we were picking it up. I told him why would I give you my address and then call you back to ask where is our delivery and then your employee tell us they were on our way?! He apologized and told us another hour. I told him cancel the order.Never again.. 1st time was last year..
I will never never ever order from this Pizza Hut. I ordered a large pizza with a soda. The driver showed up at my house without the soda. I called the store they assured me that the driver was on his way back with my soda. No one showed up and it’s now two hours after i received my order. I spoke with the assistant manager he tried to give me $5 off my next order. If you can't get the first order right, why in the world would I order from you again!! Never again... Things do happen but I’m not stupid either!
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I ordered pizza and when the delivery man came he simply called and said "pizza is here" then hung up. I had no chance to say anything. Potential scam in this Pizza hut.. I ordered 2 pies to be delivered to my house super bowl sunday. Not even a minute after my order was placed I get a call stating my card was rejected by Pizza Hut not my bank. The person in the phone stated I could pay with cash and when I said I didn't want to pay cash he stayed he actually could charge my card. I canceled the order due to it feeling shady. 4 hours later i get a call from the store manager, Mohamed asking if I got my pizza. My first fear was that I was charged and not given the food. He then began to explain to me that a driver picked up my call earlier, and he seemed to state that a driver may have tried to pocket money. When I addressed my concern over my personal information including card info he stated no info gets saved on their system. When I asked how he had my phone number he stated he also knew my address and floor. So that confirmed my fear that info potentially card info was stored somewhere. Aside from being unprofessional and discourdiouse This Pizza Hut has an ethics and conduct issue on their hands. Pizza Hut it's time to investigate this store.
I order my pizza online at 12:00 am on Friday night. The store closes at 1 am. I waited til 1:30 and my pizza still said out for delivery on the app. I called them to see where my pizza was and the place was closed. They took the money out my account, never delivered the pizza. And now it’s 2 am, I’m down $30, everything is closed and I’m starving. Horrible service! The least they could have done was close the online service if they were not going to serve customers.
The driver delivered to the wrong apartment. My pizza came an hour after I ordered. The marinara sauce from the breadsticks spilled all over the pizza inside the box leaving it very soggy. Ive been on hold with an associate for over 30min and the attitude I’m receiving it terrible

Walked in, counter guy was busy with his phone and punched in my order incorrect. So I got a wrong pizza after I already paid. Because nobody gave me the check to look at. I took few minutes to get my money back. Also prices at menu are different prof the prices they have in computer.
I placed an order. The app said my order would arrive arround 11:19 ... I waited outside for almost an hour .. From 11:00pm to 11:45 pm ... I called the store to see if all was ok to no avail. Then my friend who I was on the phone with at the time called and got an answer. She put me on 3-way so I could speak. After politely asking about my order and if everything is ok, The guy lied to me saying he had called me a number of times and it went to voicemail. So he cancelled the order. Dispite the display sill saying my order will arrive at 11:19 and it being 11:42! When I asked what number did he call he began to quote my friends phone number from the caller ID! When I informed him that wasn't My number It's the number of my friend that just called him. He abruptly ended the conversation. This left a really bad impression on me and it will be a long time before I return.
Ordered online for carryout. I came in to pick up my order and of course they made a mistake. The one guy said he’ll make me the right one that I ordered. Saw it with my eyes, he made my supreme pie with his bare hands, no gloves & no kitchen utensils! DISGUSTING!!!!!!

Ordered for delivery: was not worth waiting time. we ordered wings and chocolate dunkers. - wing sauce was all over the place, complete mess! - did not provide choc. dip for dunkers. and lastly, the containers/boxes was a wreck. WAS NOT HANDLED WITH CARE. never again ordering from this location due to its horrible service. what a shame.
Called for a Delivery order and the wait time is over 2 hours. My residence is 10 Minutes away from the establishment. My suggestion based on the reviews prior to mine is to hire additional staff to avoid this issue. Also, there is nothing happening at the moment to cause the delay i.e sports or Pay Per View events.
Sooo , this place is THE WORST 🙌 Pizza Hut I've ever Ordered from ... Today I decided I was going to order pizza from this location as I always do Everytime I get the desire to want pizza. So around 5:25pm today i ordered the usual 2 medium pies not only for me but for my little brother & sister . I was told that my order was going to be here at 7:17 .😳😳😳 That's Wayy to long but we were hungry and the employ informed me that today was a very busy day for them so I procceded with the order. 7:19 and still no pizza 🤔 I decided to give them more time . 7:40 and still no pizza , a now stressed and hungry me decide to call to check the status on my order . Long story short my food was thrown away because they claimed they came and no one was at the door . Mind you I live an a apartment and my apartment number is #1. I was told to redo the order . I reordered our food and waited some more 🙄 It's now 10:14 and we are still without our pizza , my mom even came home and is currently trying to get out pizza here they at the moment had her on the phone for the last 15 mins ... I'm never Ever Ever ordering from them again . I'm telling this story to my friends , family , teachers , pastor , everyone 🙌🙌 I am beyond hungry 😡
This is the second time this happens to me. I place an order, 45 minutes later - checking the order to realize it says 205 minutes to be delivered. I am calling the location multiple times (called over 6 times) and no answer. Phone continuously rings with no answer. I didn't purchase food from this location in weeks because of a similar situation prior. Last time, I was able to call customer service, they canceled my order and refunded my money. Now, they are saying I have to wait 2/3 days to see if I am able to be refunded. Waiting 3 hours is simply ridiculous. A store establishment not answering their phone and attending to paying customers is even more ridiculous. I would understand a mistake or a busy day, but this is a recurring scenario. My family used to love Pizza Hut but this is beyond disappointing. Won't be trying to purchase from here again!
Don’t ever order from this Pizza Hut. I placed an order at literally 8:27PM after entering multiple credit cards online and the option did not work. I finally selected cash and my order went through with a confirmation email. It is now 10:24pm I never received a call or my order, so I finally called to figure out what in the world is going on and I explained to the worker that I placed and order nearly 2 hours ago. He asks for my phone number to tell me there’s no order on file with that phone number. I proceeded to give him my address, apparently he was able to find my order to then tell me they don’t accept cash orders. Instead of someone calling me to tell me this which their system doesn’t work to accept card payments online they made me wait for an order that was clearly never going to come. I will be contacting corporate in regards to this matter
Ordered at 7pm, still don't have any pizza and it's 9pm. Called twice, both times got an incredibly rude employee who could only tell me they don't know where the delivery driver is as if I was the one inconveniencing them. Cancelled my order. This is not the first time this situation has happened. We give this location another chance probably every year or two and it never changes.
This is the worst Pizza Hut I've ever ordered from. The people there can barely communicate with you. The pizza took almost two hours to be delivered. It was cold by the time the pizza got here. Every time I called the store to get a status on my order, they'd say it was already out for delivery. I only live 10 blocks from the place. Do not waste your time or money. If you do want to order from here on the pizza hut app, make sure you check off "pay in cash". That way if the pizza takes too long, you don't have to pay. I should've stuck with Dominos. I'm pretty sure pizza hut corporate would be disappointed.

I called back again 8:25 a girl answered and she told me it went out. Then i called for the 3rd time at 9 pm they told me you placed it for pick up !!! the pizza was sitting there in the store all that time!!!! I am so disappointed! I placed an order thru the app. The app said one price. Which was fine. And it told me a delivery time. Which was fine. Then I get a txt message saying that they are using door dash. So I click on the link and the delivery time was an hour later then what the app said and the price was $20 more then what the app said. If they are using door dash they should have put it on the app. Nothing on the app say anything about door dash. I will never order again.
Ill never order here again based on principal. They tried charging $2 when i asked for a ranch sauce for my pizza. I can understand charging that if customer request alot of sauces but to charge $2! I’m honestly not sure why this branch even has 2.6 stars opposed to just 1. This is my second run in with them where the customer service is terrible! I called the store 8 times just to be be told “thanks for calling Pizza Hut, please hold” and wait there for how long. It wasn’t until my 9th time and me telling them I won’t be placed on hold again. The wait time for delivery is ridiculous. You might as well order your dinner here at lunch time because you’d be waiting a couple hours.
The pizza was not even cooked enough .. I have pictures . I was $13 for uncooked pizza .. the worst .... For an apology from you million dollar company Man from NJ city line pizza Hut jersey City NJ.. btw I'm a Culinary reviewer and was not happy at all.. just don't go there Sincerely Michael B.
This place is ABSOLUTELY horrible, from the ordering to delivery and customer service . OMG absolutely terrible. It took them over 2 hours to deliver our food the first time. I had to call repeatedly. They kept putting me on hold. When it finally got to my house it was cold. I had the driver call and tell them I didn't want it. They said they would make it again and send it out. This time it took a little over an hour. I live like 6 blocks away.The pizza wasn't fully cooked. My wings were plain. . I ordered honey bbq. This place is awful. I will never order from them again. And I LOVE pizza hut. That place ruined it forever! Should have NO stars . But then I couldn't let people know how awful this experience was
Do NOT order from here all the negative reviews are true. I don't usually write on these things but I needed to with this place. I called to place an order and I was put on hold for twenty minutes eventually I hung up and called again then the line was busy so I called again the phone kept ringing and no one answered it. I called one last time and someone answered I ordered and waited over an hour for the food. Pizza hut is only like five blocks away. Tried calling for the status but the same thing happened again I couldn't get through. I was about to go down there when I get a call the pizza is outside. The delivery guy who barely spoke English forgot my soda but I was charged for it and he refused to go back and get it! The pizza was cold and nasty the pasta was underdone. I never got my refund either! Find another pizza place to order from
I would not recommend delivery. It takes forever I’ve been waiting for my pizza for 2 hours and 45 minutes. If I knew it was going to take that long I would’ve picked it up instead of requesting for delivery in the first place. The manager is horrible, he was not trying to talk to me on the phone. He claimed he was going to call me back but he never did.My food was cold and my order was messed up. After waiting that long my food should’ve been half price or free because I had to go get the food myself. This is the worst delivery experience ever.
The contact less curbside pick up was not working at all. Too many people in the restaurant. My order was promised in a maximum of 20 minutes. I allowed 25 minutes before going to pick it up and when I arrived they had just started making it. The restaurant smelled like they were frying fish. Fix all of these things before I consider recommending it.
This place should be shut down. Ordered for delivery and an hour later they call me back saying there’s no delivery you have to pick it up. I asked if I can cancel it and they said there’s no refunds. I find a way to get there to pick it up and there’s nothing but kids in there sitting on their phones. I’m sure one of them should be delivering. Next, they couldn’t find my order. Last, the pizza was dry, cold, and the crust looked like it was nibbled on. Shut it down.
One star is being generous! First time in my life has an employee cursed me out over a “recorded corporate line” because I had been calling in to complain about a 2 1/2 hour delivery wait. The delivery driver was sweet and it hurt me to turn her away with the food but I did provide a $10 tip to her because of the troubles and she told me the rude woman’s name in the restaurant. ANA “the assistant manager” needs to re-evaluate her life and get out of the food/customer service industry if she does not like her job. With such bad presentation this location definitely needs to undergo new management.
I placed a order and never got the confirmation email. Spoke to a customer service agent that told me that my order was picked up 19 mins before I called and should receive it shortly. Needless to say I got my order 45 mins after I called and my food was ice cold . The driver had a nasty attitude when I asked if my food was cold or not . Here it is 1045 at night and my child is just now eating dinner . No child should have to wait to eat so late nor should I have to heat the pizza up. I will never order from them again.
Good handler did not wear gloves while handling food
I’m so upset rn because almost a month ago I ordered food that never came because apparently their systems were down . They never notified me to tell me anything so i didn’t get my food . I call the next day for a refund and I’m expecting a refund that never came . 2 weeks pass by and I call again for a refund and the manager told me my information wasn’t on the system to do the refund . So now I called my bank and I’m still waiting for that refund … extremely frustrating and I love Pizza Hut but I guess I won’t be ordering here again .
Saddest food I’ve seen in my life the pan pizza resembles a deflated beach ball and the breadsticks were absolutely pathetic and hard. Idk what it is maybe it’s the water but all the food in this area sucks
Would give no stars is possible. Ordered, they told us we had to increase the order because of minimum delivery fees. Ordered extra. The pizza was the last of 25 orders delivered (as told by the driver). The pizza was ice cold. The increased price was because it went to door dash instead of their drivers. The sauce was terrible. It tasted old, not fresh. Tried calling. Put on hold. After 12 minutes finally hung up. Don't waste money or time!
Once again, something has gone wrong with my order.... I placed my order at 5:36 pm (which is the timestamp of the confirmation email). It is 7:10 pm, and I have not received my order... I called the store and was put on hold for about 20 minutes. Called again and explained my situation. The person on the other line informed me that the order was just picked up and my order should arrive in 10-15 minutes. The emails sent by pizza hut are really miss leading... My email informed me that my order should get to me by 6:10 pm.... I ended getting my pizza at 7:26pm..
Richard(fat Rick) this review is personally for you and the other staff members that had hands in preparing the 60+ dollar meal I paid for to feed my children. Let me begin with the level of unprofessionalism and obvious plot when an employee decided it to be wise to call my phone about an online order I placed and paid for before you guys was even preparing my food(dead giveaway). Why would you need to call and confirm an order that was placed and paid for online?? Never had this take place before. Second the fact that my pizza was another cardboard box tucked inside of another card board box was totally disgusting and not consumable in the least. Not to mention over fried wings and a hot cherry Pepsi on the side was just the icing on the cake for me. Never will I ever put another dollar, I earned, into any body who works at this locations pockets. You will never play with food that I serve to my innocent children. Hope it was well worth it and I wouldn’t accept or even request a store credit from this despicable establishment. Ewwww
Very bad experience at place. Employee Emanuel accused us of using same codes without any basis, proceeded to call back and in a threatening manner demean us. Overall the worst restaurant experience I have ever had in my life. I would recommend everyone to not go to this location. By the way the employee acted, I do not see this location being around much longer.
Very bad customer service. Emanuel i believe was the persons name. He did not give us our orders, gave us incorrect information was very rude and created a fuss in his own store in front of other customers. i would not recommend this store and will escalate our issues further. later he called back threating deaming us kept shaming us and so much more.
If I could give this store zero I would. I have enjoyed Pizza Hut most of my life, but since we moved to New Jersey I have not ordered due to all of the other options. Last night I saw a commercial and decided to give it a try for dinner tonight. I was highly disappointed. Half of my pizza didn't have toppings, and when I decided to salvage some of it (because I am pregnant) I became even more disappointed when looking at many of the pieces with no toppings. I am notorious for eating pizza the next day, and I cannot. Then on top of that, I was craving your breadsticks and they were absolutely terrible. The sauce tasted heavily of alcohol and I couldn't even take a second bite of the breadstick. I am very disappointed and upset, I cannot save any of this, and it was a wasted dinner.
Sadly, I didn't read the ratings for this pizza store before i placed my order. This Pizza Hutthat should be closed! I ordered my pizza, medium, with sausage, mushrooms, and pineapple. Below, is what I received. The crust was like cardboard! When I called about the pizza being the WRONG pizza, they refused to answer the phone! Needless to say, I am writing to the corporate store, but also pointing out ALL of the same negative reports! This place is awful.
Whoever prepares the food is clearly incompetent and doesn’t know how to follow instruction. The worst pizza I’ve ever had for Pizza Hut and the cinnamon sticks or an edible as they were undercooked, and there were no cinnamon on the cinnamon sticks, as the food is prepared by humans, the people here need to be replaced ASAP
I have never had a bad experience with this store until today and the experience was so bad I will NEVER order again. Beware that if you order on the app and you have a problem with your food there is no way to get help same day. Order on seamless, grub hub etc because at least you know you’ll get a refund when it’s due. Pizza box arrived open today and the pizza looked as if it was scraped to one side. Not only was the cheese and the sauce moved to the side the actual dough looked as if it had been dug into.
The worst Pizza Hut of all time. They’re rude and they don’t have good customer service. This place should actually be shut down.
