Dunkin' Sajonia Reviews
I just want to should out the gentleman (grey hair and beard) who made my wake up wraps this afternoon. I worked at a Dunkin in High School and I never watched someone take their time to make something with care. At the end of the day it’s Dunkin food, but I could see he cared about what he was doing and I feel like that’s so hard to come by these days. It was like watching a real life version of SpongeBob working at this Dunkin. Who ever you are, thank you for my wake up wraps. They’re the best I ever had.
I want to apologize to the nice man who was making the sandwiches, I had accidentally thought I was waiting on a sandwich when really I hadn't carefully checked my bag and I really just needed a donut. So they made another sandwich for me when I accidentally already had one and he was scolded for it. It was totally my fault he did nothing wrong I'm sorry for getting him in trouble!
Make sure when you order something with a flavor, it has that flavor. Caramel macchiato, and yall forget the caramel 💀💀 this is why I stopped going to dunkin. I thought i was going to give another chance. As a trucker, I've been to dunkin thruout different states, starbucks is better. Drive the extra few miles, get better coffee thats made correctly
I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received at this Dunkin' Donuts location, specifically from manager EMMY R. Her behavior was completely unprofessional, and I felt disrespected as a customer. She assumed I was lying without giving me a chance to explain, and her tone was condescending. What's even more concerning is her lack of knowledge about the menu and services. The way she spoke to me was unacceptable, and her assumption that I'm a repeat troublemaker was not only hurtful but also untrue. As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with respect and courtesy. I hope Dunkin' Donuts takes customer feedback seriously and takes necessary actions to address this issue. Managers like EMMY R can significantly impact the customer experience, and I hope steps are taken to ensure that customers are treated with the respect and professionalism they deserve.
Very bad service. Spanish girls not give me empty cone for ice cream. Other place give it without any problems. Cups for ice cream not available. Owner please oay attention for your business.
24 hrs? Went in and paid almost $10 for 2 x-large hot coffees and waited over 30 minutes and nobody behind the counter. I had no other choice to take the hit and leave. Never again!
Beyond lazy. All employees standing around on thier phones. Can't be bothered to work. Definitely management needs to reevaluate a number of people. Walked away, couldn't say if product is any good.
Ordered a plain bagel with cream cheese, and a sausage and egg bagel with no cheese. The plain bagel with cream cheese hardly had any cream cheese on it. And to add insult to injury, they couldn't even put the top on it the right way and the other bagel, despite it clearly saying no cheese, of course, had cheese on it. And the guy making the sandwiches was so incredibly slow. there were only two people ahead of me, and I waited almost 15 minutes. I'm on my way out of town, and I'm on the turnpike, so I couldn't just turn around and go back. so I'm going to let these sit in my car for the next few days, and I'm going to go in on my way home. Going back with spoiled, moldy food, seems inappropriate response to their level of service.
I visited this Dunkin’ today and had a very bad experience. The two girls working at the counter treated me with zero respect. Their attitude was rude, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. I felt ignored and talked to poorly for no reason
Horrible Horrible Horrible I ordered a hot cappuccino. I made it very clear what I wanted because I was speaking with someone that did not speak English as a first language. In fact I don't think she speaks English at all. I did not receive a cappuccino. I received a coffee. A black coffee. I looked at the receipt and saw that I was charged for a black coffee. I went back to the counter until another girl that I did not order black coffee. She argued with me and told me that I did. I told her that I never order black coffee from Dunkin' Donuts. I always order a cappuccino. She told me to give her the card and she would give me a refund. I told her I paid with my phone. She said she could only give me a refund with my card. I don't have a card with me. I told her to just charge me the difference. She said I can't do that. She said I have to charge you for a cappuccino and you'll have to bring the card for the coffee refund. I started raising my voice and she figured out how to do it. This was the second girl. The first one was so incompetent she just backed away from the cash register and watched. I'm not sure if she knew what was going on because she couldn't understand the language. That is too bad. It's hard to have good customer service if you can't communicate with the customer. I doubt there are many people that come into this location that don't speak English. The second girl finally gave me one of the worst cappuccinos I've ever had. It was like a couple of black coffee with foam on top. As all of this was taking place a line was growing in the guy behind me ended up getting the wrong order. Then I went and looked at the reviews. This is definitely a pattern. This is not the fault of the people that are behind the counter, because since it's a pattern it is the fault of the people that own, license, and/or have ultimate management over this location. Shame on Dunkin' Donuts for allowing their operations to be run by incompetent individuals both in the front office and at the front counter. I wish Dunkin better reflected high standards expected by the best of companies. Moreover, I've come to expect improvements in customer service arena over the years, since so many companies now realize the importance of getting it right. I spent many hours studying marketing during my undergraduate years at the counter of a Dunkin' Donuts in Tucson, Arizona. Since those days I've spent years within the customer service space; involved in the development and assessment of skills, standards, and successes in the retail arena. I recognize excellence when I see it. I did not see anything remotely related to excellence or care at this location today. Disappointing.
So i was returning from my camping trip and as i returned to civilization i really need a coffee from dunkin as i normally do day to day everyday i went excited to get a coffee and donut as i do daily when i arived the line was empty i rushed to to the front saw they had my doughnut so an employee came right up and asked if i was paying cash or card i said card thinking she might be waiting on change for the register she order at the keosk i asked about why she order at keosk and walked away so i did i went to keosk and ordered when i tured to aproch the pick line i noticed the line had filled up and she was waiting on customers So I felt disgruntled, but I continued to wait Which every day for the last five years, I ordered the same thing the exact same thing and nothing else I don’t deviate ever large iced coffee five creams six Splenda she puts it down and calls my name, and I clearly see that she has gotten my coffee because this is a black coffee and I won’t even get into the fact that who drinks Black iced coffee no one but I proceeded to tell her that you know this is wrong. I have expended. It’s clearly whack and she goes. Oh I can give you some creams and you can put it in yourself and I said if I want to make my own coffee I would go home and make my own coffee I pay for my coffee and a premium because I would like to pick up my coffee And drink it and not have to make it so she walks away again I’m waiting my second drink for my niece came out. It was fine. I left a black coffee there so after sometime she walks up and slam the coffee down. The front of me says nothing walks away and I look at it and it’s my coffee so I take it and now this one doesn’t have any sugar. I don’t know why but I don’t know the first one has no sugar or not but this one has Cream. In it, so I proceeded not to argue, turned around and put splendid in my coffee. Then I got the attention of an attendant as she was ignoring me another employee. And say could I have my doughnut that I paid for on the kiosk and he goes what kind A cream delight like I always order He walked over to the case, came back and said do you want a Boston cream? no, I made a cream delight. Oh, I’m sorry we don’t have anymore of those. I was like well when I walked up in the front of this line I was told to go to the kiosk. There was Cream lights there I was like and now there (Continues in photos below because their was not enough room)
9 am on 09/26/2025. I’m a truck driver and I used to stop there for coffee and doughnuts 3 times a week. Because of the poor training of the kids who work there, the flies 🪰inside the doughnut box, I started getting my coffee at the next plaza where their comparators have everything wrapped and sealed. I stoped today, hoping things have changed, I was disappointed. I ordered a toasted bagel, no doughnuts. The bagel was never toasted, rock solid and never went in the oven to hopefully kill the bacteria transmitted by the flies!
To stand in line and than be told to use the kios is unacceptable. I told them that im not touching that machine and I can't read and was told to learn today. Im sorry , I dont work here. To be told by the supervisor and manager George at the same time shows a lack of leadership. You never turn away a customer ever period. I dont work here and what if I really couldn't read or had bad vision? You guys are calling for a law suit and you need better leadership. Needless to say I won't make this stop anymore and it felt better giving 7-11 the $20 for what was needed.
Only three employees working it, when a new one did, she only attended people at cash register not anyone who used kiosks like my order. I ended up standing there waiting for half an hour. I was very displeased.
My order was totally wrong and then when I asked for it to be fixed they completely ignored me. Like legit refused to look in my direction when I kept repeating, "excuse me?". I tried asking someone else and he ignored me too. The lady in there looked like she hated her life and was seconds from quitting as well, and like her two male coworkers, also completely ignored the giant line of customers. I waited 19 minutes for a terrible coffee that I paid way too much for. It felt like they're told they don't have to talk to us because all three of them ignored all 15 or so of us. The lady in front of me also had an incorrect order and was ignored. While I gave up after 5 minutes because I had to be somewhere, she was still waiting when I left. Oh did I mention they were out of sugar and straws?
This is the worst Dunkin experience I've encountered. There's at least three or four employees standing around seemingly doing nothing twiddling their thumbs as a line of 10 people plus were backed up. We ordered at the kiosk thinking it would be faster. It didn't take long to get our order but our sandwich was made wrong, I sent it back, it was made wrong a second time, my frozen mocha was made without coffee??? Because they ran out?... Of coffee? And we had to ask for our doughnuts twice. No one seems to care about any of this. I heard the lady behind us as we were leaving saying that all three of her drinks were made incorrectly. Would not recommend.
They're more interested in playing on the phones and talking. I waited 5.3 minutes (yes I counted) for someone to wait on me-and i was the only one in line. It gets better... No cash- No receipts Out of just about all I wanted. This is the second time this happened to me at this same DD. Either hire people who want to work and don't think it (or me)is a joke or I'll go elsewhere. And the coffee was crappy. What a supprise.
Waited 30 minutes for a dozen donuts and a coffee. Ordered at kiosk. When I ran out of time to wait on my order, I asked for a refund. The most hateful lady behind the counter said "now you made me mad. You can just wait til I decide to refund your money. Kind of defeated the purpose of the refund. I wound up having to leave without my money and without my order. People need fired. Good luck at this one.
Worst place I wanna say the manager the way she spoke. There is a BR hooked to the Dunkin asked for a smoothie he said that BR was closed yet all those people were there. However went on to ask if Dunkin made any smoothies or shakes this lady screamed at the top of her lungs that BR was closed there will be no milkshakes or smoothies or ice cream. Etc. after yelling at us seen another couple walk away as did we. Will never go there again if she is still there todays date at 4 pm she was working. I come here a lot along with other employees and this is now a no go place till she is gone. She does not need to work with people that is not how you speak to customers. Nothing was said to her or even after her outlash. She is unhappy at work degrading customers is not what Dunkin wants working for them I’m sure since America runs on Dunkin. Nice custodians and the young boy that was the cashier he looked so sorry for her. He should not have to work with people like her. I hope he does not have to deal with the same drama that we did today. She needs to apologize for the rudeness and unprofessional attitude. So much for a holiday ! Sad.
First and foremost.. if google had negative stars, this is the place. We place our order, go to pay with cash and then get told they only accept card at this time. Okay awesome. Go to my car, grab a card, come back in to order chorizo wraps which are advertised on a big sign right at the front of the line. Told they no longer carry them after my daughter in law just ordered 2 of them the order before mine. Told no milkshakes or coolattas. Daughter in law orders a blue rasp iced tea. Which is supposed to be blue.. I only order an ice coffee because I am already annoyed at this point. They were joking with each other and speaking Spanish, leaning on the counters on their phones probably adding their charming characteristics to their tinder accounts... we get our order. Tea isn't blue, and there is no sugar.. okay cool. We grab sugar packets. They told her they gave her chorizo wraps when they were the chicken and pepper ones. Im done with this place. Im so glad I NEVER have to experience this again. Good luck yall. 🫡✌️
