Food is pretty good and it's a friendly environment. They can accommodate if you're in a hurry.

So this is a great example of don't judge a book by its cover. Location is strange and looks like a little hole in the wall but the food is delicious. Extremely flavorful and satisfying. The staff is super friendly and I would stop here any time I am in the area. Truly blown away by the flavors.

What can I say. I've been coming here for the past 13 years or so. Eagle is the best Chinese restaurant where you can get the best tasting food. I'm not just saying that. I've been to other restaurants located in predominantly Chinese areas and cities and Eagle still comes to the top of my list. Vegetables are fresh, meats taste and have the texture you'd expect. Perfect place for lunch or dinner with the family. Sam always has a smile on his face and always makes you feel like family.

It was refreshing to find a Chinese restaurant that had an extensive vegetarian menu and which understood the vegetarian also meant not having seafood or eggs. The staff were very familiar with what they could make and could not make that was vegetarian and the service was very friendly and fast. The food was excellent and the prices where not expensive. My wife and I shared curry vegetarian rice, lemongrass tofu, and salt-and-pepper vegetables. Though the menu listed those items as spicy they were honestly not really spicy except for a few small pieces of jalapeno peppers. Parking was on the street in front of the restaurant and we didn't need reservations. We usually do not eat Chinese food in America because The vegetarian menus are so stale and limited but this was not.

They have the best egg flour soup and general tzo chicken! I don’t go anywhere but this place! Although a bit pricey but so worth all you’re penny! They deliver too which is a plus plus plus! In fact I just had my order delivered a minute ago!

Orange chicken with a spicy twist to it was what I ordered and it was perfect not too crunchy not too soft just perfect! Very juicy and tasty! Chow fun noodle soup was very delicious too it has a variety of veggies with ur choiceof meat; its very comforting :) and the prices are great! Very cheap in price but great in quality (:

OK, this place does not serve authentic Chinese food nor is it upscale nor pleasing to look at, but nevertheless, they serve good tasting food. I gave it 4 star because of good value. I wouldn't drive 20 minutes just to eat there, but I would not hesitate to go there when I am in the area.

Quality of food has gone down, very sad to see. I frequent the eagle Chinese restaurant when I come to town. Hopefully after covid-19 vaccine has been a administered the food quality will go back up

Food was good. We ordered combo wonton soup, Singapore style noodles and lamb with spring beans. The person taking the order was friendly but other staff tried to avoid contact. We'll probably choose another restaurant if we're in Salinas.

Our first time to order a to go and we are very disappointed. We ordered "Chicken Chow Mein w/ Tufo". For the price of $11.50 the food was not what we expected. My wife makes better chow mein and I think Chef Lee's chow mein is a lot better.

This place used to be great. The last couple times we went here you could tell the food wasn't made to order. If looks and tastes like it was made and sits in a food warmer. This will be the last time we come here.

I wish I could post a picture of the "egg food yung". It was no more than a hard undercooked pancake..not the fluffy egg pancake others make. I really missed the mung beans. Very disappointed.

Our medical office just ordered Eagle Chinese food and one of the employees just found a cockroach in there fried rice! THIS Restaurant has a major cockroach infestation STAY AWAY FROM THIS DIRTY PLACE !

Call order for delivery specifically asked for sriracha and lemon upon delivery the delivery guy beg me for a tip when I just paid a $5 delivery fee and he didn't bring anything I ask for came back to my business and took my food and said he doesn't want our business and refunded me and the money

I'm not sure if the food is good or not because 2 freakin' miles is too far for them to deliver! I'm an OTR truck driver and I can't just take my truck anywhere do I parked at the 7-11 store that's directly across from the Pilot. You've got to be pretty damn lazy to refuse to deliver to someone that's only 2 miles away.

Be ready to pay tip without any notice check your receipt. They warn us next time we came will be not be serve because we refuse to tip the amount they require of 15%. They gave no option to tip voluntary. Worst experience ever, very unprofessional people.

February 2, 2018, I ordered Mongolian beef extra spicy to go. When I brought the food home the beef was tasteless. I just wasted my money. It was a great restaurant in my book, but since they have new employees there, they do not seem to know how to cook the food request correctly or handle there customers with manners.

SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!!! Three times the price of Panda Express and 1/4 the taste. The chef must be really old... Soooooo much salt I gaged on my first bite. 😝😤 Plus, they charged $2 for 10¢ of rice. So sorry about the COVID, but not a way to keep the doors open...
