They have the best egg flour soup and general tzo chicken! I don’t go anywhere but this place! Although a bit pricey but so worth all you’re penny! They deliver too which is a plus plus plus! In fact I just had my order delivered a minute ago!

I dont normally write reviews for restaurants, but I was very impressed (this rarely happens) I decided this place needed a great review. Orange chicken with a spicy twist to it was what I ordered and it was perfect not too crunchy not too soft just perfect! Very juicy and tasty! Chow fun noodle soup was very delicious too it has a variety of veggies with ur choiceof meat; its very comforting :) and the prices are great! Very cheap in price but great in quality (:

A pre-holiday Monday. Very fast service. Good Hot & Sour and Egg Flower soups. Singapore Rice Noodle entrees were great!! ...and reasonable.

Eagle is a great place for that with large menu with many vegetable, noodle, rice, and meat options. The noodles have the desired flavor that only comes from a really hot wok. Highly recommend the broccoli with double mushroom for all the mushroom lovers. 🍄 The order was called in at the beginning of dinner time and took 20 minutes to prepare. Pros: large menu selection, friendly staff, great Chinese takeout (currently no dine-in due to covid-19) Cons: surrounding area is under construction (as of Sept 2020)

Eagle is one of my go to Chinese restaurants in the area! Great authentic food, efficient service, and reasonable prices. I much prefer Eagle over their other restaurant (Dim Sum Inn on North Main), even though parking is harder at Eagle.

I have been looking for good Chinese food since I moved Monterey. I finally founded . Food is amazing, fresh ingredients, tasty . Noodles cooked to perfection. Seafood was cooked perfectly. Super clean. I highly recommend this restaurant. Lunch menu price and portion are very good . I’m definitely going back again with my family.

That's how I found their Black Bean sauce so fine. Other wonderful plates are thea Mandarin Chicken, the medium grain slightly sticky rice is devine. Oh yes!!

OK, this place does not serve authentic Chinese food nor is it upscale nor pleasing to look at, but nevertheless, they serve good tasting food. I gave it 4 star because of good value. I wouldn't drive 20 minutes just to eat there, but I would not hesitate to go there when I am in the area.

Order Mongolian beef, shrimp fried rice, pot stickers,, and Hong Kong fried noodles. Everything was great but the Mongolian beef was like 70% onions. Besides that, this place is usually pretty good.

I got lunch to go -- chicken w/vegetables, egg roll and wonton soup. The food was pretty decent...tasty but not knock-your-socks-off delicious. Parking is a hassle, with the way the one-way streets run in downtown Salinas. I dunno, I might be back. I think I'll explore a bit more first, though.

The food is a standard, a little bit more authentic American style Chinese food mostly inspired by Cantonese dishes. We had two dishes, shrimp and sauteed vegetables. Both were executed well. They were not over sauced and over seasoned like much of the cheap Chinese restaurant cooking.

It was so good I had orange chicken and chow fun chicken was good. There potstickers were my favorite with the chili oil and soy sauce.

Quality of food has gone down, very sad to see. I frequent the eagle Chinese restaurant when I come to town. Hopefully after covid-19 vaccine has been a administered the food quality will go back up

Food was good. We ordered combo wonton soup, Singapore style noodles and lamb with spring beans. The person taking the order was friendly but other staff tried to avoid contact. We'll probably choose another restaurant if we're in Salinas.

Our first time to order a to go and we are very disappointed. We ordered "Chicken Chow Mein w/ Tufo". For the price of $11.50 the food was not what we expected. My wife makes better chow mein and I think Chef Lee's chow mein is a lot better.

This place used to be great. The last couple times we went here you could tell the food wasn't made to order. If looks and tastes like it was made and sits in a food warmer. This will be the last time we come here.

I wish I could post a picture of the "egg food yung". It was no more than a hard undercooked pancake..not the fluffy egg pancake others make. I really missed the mung beans. Very disappointed.

I'm not sure if the food is good or not because 2 freakin' miles is too far for them to deliver! I'm an OTR truck driver and I can't just take my truck anywhere do I parked at the 7-11 store that's directly across from the Pilot. You've got to be pretty damn lazy to refuse to deliver to someone that's only 2 miles away.

Be ready to pay tip without any notice check your receipt. They warn us next time we came will be not be serve because we refuse to tip the amount they require of 15%. They gave no option to tip voluntary. Worst experience ever, very unprofessional people.

February 2, 2018, I ordered Mongolian beef extra spicy to go. When I brought the food home the beef was tasteless. I just wasted my money. It was a great restaurant in my book, but since they have new employees there, they do not seem to know how to cook the food request correctly or handle there customers with manners.

SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!!! Three times the price of Panda Express and 1/4 the taste. The chef must be really old... Soooooo much salt I gaged on my first bite. 😝😤 Plus, they charged $2 for 10¢ of rice. So sorry about the COVID, but not a way to keep the doors open...
