Food was OK..liked the food as a whole, gravy was really good, cole slaw, and Mac and chz..really good. Chanel suggested some I add some Lotta Zing to the Mac. Excellent suggestion, was delish!!! And amazing customer service from Chanel!!! Chicken could have been crispier..but really good. The roll was 😋

Golden Chicken oh the name says it all a type of chicken they cannot eat just dance in your mouth great tanks hot and fresh this was my experience here. Every unique chicken chain has its own unique flavor you as a consumer must be willing to reach out and taste out. I'm not sure how far outside of Texas this chicken chain reaches but if you ever get an opportunity give it a try.

Went for wings and tenders, they are decent you get what you pay for. Their zing spice is OK just really heavy on salt. My daughter loves their rolls

I went through the drive through. Ordering was easy. The menu is pretty straightforward. The wait was decent ..less than 5 minutes. I got a two piece white meat. It was crispy and tender. The meat was moist. It was perfectly seasoned. The rolls are soft and pillowy. They are some of the best rolls for fast food. The green beans ...well they fell short. They didn't look appetizing...kind of spotted looking. The potatoes were smooth and had a good taste.

I went by Golden chick a few nights ago, about 9:30 PM. I ordered a 12 piece tender meal. The young lady at the drive-through told me that she was not able to fill that order because she only had five tenders for the rest of the night. And then asked her what time they closed and she said 10 PM. So I asked her if she could possibly make my order. She said that it would be a waste of batter because they were about to close in 30 minutes. One thing I've never understood about restaurants at Kat to a certain particular food type is them running out of food. Like when you go to Little Caesars and there's no pizza, do a chicken place and there's no chicken? If at 9:30, he refused to make more chicken because it is a waste of batter. You might as well. Turn off the lights and call it a night.

We went at 1:50 pm on a Friday. They took our payment for a family meal with 12 strips. Girl that took order kept trying to charge us for a side but we wanted just chicken and biscuits. A man was at window and fixed order. Said to pull forward. They never brought it out. Several of us sat and waited 15 min before I went inside. No one was filling the orders. The guy from the window came to help me since I walked inside and he put my order together. I took a photo of 3 strips. The tiny strips are about 2 inches long. Not a good deal. I will go somewhere else for chicken next time

I have never seen such poor service. The drive through speaker didn't work, they were out of large cups they told me the fish would take 7 minutes 10 minutes later they hadn't even started cooking the fish

Absolutely horrible! Ordered in the drive through, pulled up and paid, then told to “pull into a parking space” because my order wouldn’t be ready for another 10 minutes! Waited for 15+ in the parking lot for a bag of crappy food. Won’t make this mistake again!

I couldn't understand the lady taking my order. Then they gave me mash potatoes instead of Mac and cheese. I ordered extra rolls, they forgot them. I called to let them know, noone answered the dam phone.

Extremely small pieces of catfish. In all 3 orders this was definitely not worth $11.29. No napkins or forks. The drinks taste like nothing.
