I love Wienerschnitzel #370. We went the drive through, it was a little wait, but they had great service and apologized for the wait. They were super sweet and this is my favorite location.

This Wienerschnitzel is on the corner of Mill and Orange Show Rd. You can only enter when you're traveling north on Orange Show Rd due to cones in the middle section. They use an AI program when ordering your food which I haven't had an issue with. I even mentioned the coupon code that I had and it responded by saying what items were on the coupon.

They always get my order right, food is always warm. It's in a weird three way intersection, hard to figure out where the parking lot entrance is.

One customer in front of me, the guy took his order and walked away. I stood there for 5-10 minutes. Then the employee that was putting the ice cream machine together, stopped what he was doing and came over and took my order. I was just about to walk out. Very disrespectful.

Do not dine in worst experience ever. First I was not even handed any napkins and i had to ask for ketchup after saying twice I wanted ketchup then after wanting to use the bathroom to wash my hands a lady came in from work who I asked f I can get access to the restroom she rudely told me restrooms are paying costumers only not even having eye contact just straight disrespect and so I made it clear I am a sitting customer my meal is right there she continued to ignore me and walked off i had to tell the other lady she let me use the restroom to wash my hands because I wasn't handed any napkins yes worse customer service ever I hope manager reads this and is considering who she hires these lady's were rude no manners no sense of awareness 5 stars down horrible horrible horrible I should of got her name
