Gabriel's Taco Stand San Diego Reviews
Best corn tortillas in town. Always open, always. Fresh and delicious every time. Service is fast, always someone at the counter and ones ready to take home. Probably the most popular spot for taco shops to get theirs, at least the good ones.
Great people, excellent food, wonderful service, low price.

Love their corn tortillas and their thinner tortillas which are perfect for roll tacos/tacos. I’ve been eating them since I was a kid and the taste is the same. Parking can be tricky but shouldn’t stop you from coming to buy their tortillas.
Parking is tight, but great Tortillas and service
Great white corn tortillas. But hard and I mean hard to get parking.
I came here looking for chicharrones, they had them but not the big meaty ones I was hoping for. I picked up some tortillas so that it wasn't a wasted trip. These are the softest tortillas de mais I've ever had. They're incredible. I ate one driving home with a piece of chicharron while it was still hot. The place is no frills and easy to navigate. I'm not sure if there is a more extensive market with produce etc on the other side. Staff was friendly, they spoke English and Spanish so I recommended our gringo brothers and sister check this place out! They had various corn and flour options in regards to size, shape, style. I'll be back!
Gabriela’s Tortilleria has been in our community forever, and for good reason. Their corn tortillas are always fresh, and they also have flour tortillas, bolillos, chicharrón, salsas, Mexican treats, soda, masa for tamales—you name it. Everything I’ve gotten from here is delicious and at a really good price. And the best part? They’re open 24/7, so you can grab what you need anytime. Honestly, it’s hard to find a place that does everything this well.
Love this place for all my tortilla needs. We used them in our restaurant and I buy them for myself, they're fantastic. They have different kinds of corn and flour tortillas if you're making flautas vs serving tortillas with a dish. Let the awesome ladies that work there know what you're trying to make and they'll suggest the best tortilla for you.
The best variety and they are open 24/7 love these tortillas! The ladies are always polite and helpful to assist with which tortillas for what meal your preparing enchiladas, rolled tacos, sopes .... etc
I have been going to this tortilleria since it open 35 40 years ago I love the tortillas for roll tacos they are thin. When I get a packet of regular tortillas I get some salt and eat it. Very good.
Delicious fresh corn tortillas. The chicharrones are pretty good too! I wished they sold tortilla presses so I could make my own.
Super friendly staff! Affordable and high-quality, fresh tortillas.
This is my favorite place for tortillas. Love that they are open extremely late and continue to make tortillas where at other places is first come first served. Have been going there since I was a little girl. Remember my dad giving me a rolled tortilla freshly out of the bag on our way home. The staff is always so friendly and courteous. Im a loyal customer.
A great little factory, the kids were happy to have a warm tortilla off of the belt. Corn and flour tortillas and chips. We will be back!
Historic tortilla place open 24 hrs for your needs Last minute small tacos tortillas
24 hours freshly made, corn tortillas. Can't complain. Great prices, super fresh, and delicious. Beats the store bought corn tortillas any day. You can also pick up other items while there, such as torta bread, cheese, drinks, snacks etc. They take cash and card. If you've never had their tortillas, go get some.
This is our place for tortillas when we haven't gone to TJ 😅

Gabriels Tortillas, a long-standing establishment in San Diego, has been a go-to destination for tortilla enthusiasts and those seeking authentic Mexican flavors. This unassuming storefront may look modest, but it's a treasure trove of delights that will leave you wanting more.
This is my favorite place to get fresh tortillas in San Diego. You get a small packet of tortillas or a larger one for a family. You just walk up to the window and order there and an attendant will get you what you need right away. Aside from the delicious tortillas, also give the chicharron or pork rinds a chance. They are so good and they package them in small baggies so they are a good snack or you can buy more to cook a meal. Totally try this place. The best tortillas on town.
Great corn tortillas. Made with yellow corn and a good thickness. Not flimsy like the ones from the supermarket. Prices are reasonable and the staff is very nice. Their tortilla chips are REALLY good also.

Tortillas are homemade and fresh. Most definitely stop by and load yourself with delicious corn tortillas. If you are a flower tortilla. Nice, big and very tasteful.
I took the bottom cheese here to be returned after only five days of buying it because it had gone yellow, which should not be happening as the cheese had not passed the expiration date and I had just bought it. They refused to take it back, which goes against common practice of pleasing the clients. On top of this, they talked to the manager and she flat out said she could not accept it because I had not saved the tiny receipt, as I never expected to have to return cheese. All I wanted to say to the manager was that I didn't want them to run into issues from selling bad cheese. The most important thing is that I want to warn people so they do not get sick in the future. All things considered, their tortillas have always been good.

I would think this was an authentic tortilla making facility , But the taste and quality was awful, the flour tortillas were made elsewhere, the texture was cheap ,never ever go there again 😵💫
I have been buying Gabriel's tortillas for more than 10 years, they were the best in San Diego but, in the last year or so, I don't know if they add something, take something away from the original recipe or they just changed the recipe, tortillas does NOT taste the way they use to taste...I started to look for another tortilleria...I. won't buy any more at Gabriel's
