Brew Cha San Francisco Reviews
Brewcha SF 💌 one of the best freshly brewed boba tea spot in SF 😍! Their drinks were super fresh & tasty. I recommend getting the Black Sugar Creme Brulee Latte ❣️ which I felt in love with!
Really great experience here! Super fast. Ordered the mango passion fruit slushy, love that you can mix and match flavors! They have games and a nice couch and it’s in a super convenient location! Nice friendly staff. REALLY YUMMY BOBA! Would 100% go back again.
It’s my first time going there. My brother in law frequently goes to Brew Cha for boba drinks. See photos I took that gives you a full picture. My favorite drink is hot black sesame latte and it is so delicious!
Friendly staff. Enjoyed the boba, popping boba, and the red bean. Hojicha was good. Passion fruit tea was good. Interesting that they have claw machines. It is pretty quiet in there and several customers were sitting on their laptops.
Lovely place, amazing service, great tea!! I just can’t get enough of their cup holder. In the menu, look up “brewchandise” for them. Another must mentioned is their arcade plushie game. Got these menu from TOP 10 customers’ favorite. Now they’re also my favorite. - Ube Taro Latte - Diamond Mixed Berry
This was my second time coming here and Brew Cha never disappoints! Their drinks are made with quality ingredients and the staff has always been super friendly. The first time I came (pre covid) they had a cute cafe seating area but now it's still blocked off so just take out right now. I've only tried milk based drinks so I'm not sure how the non milk ones are but the milk based drinks are definitely delicious. Ube Taro Latte - this is a must try if it's your first time! It's one of their signature drinks and there's so much taro in it!! The purple color is so beautiful! Lavender Matcha Latte - this drink is very refreshing with the floral lavender notes that you can definitely taste blended with high quality matcha! Come Again? Yes! I would definitely recommend this spot for refreshing and yummy drinks especially if you're in the area.
You will be surprise with their Ube taro latte ! You can choose from different type of milk and different sugar level. I choose the almond milk with 50% sugar. It’s delicious because they add in fresh ube and taro. The stawberry slush is something good too. 5 star customer service !
We ordered Cold Matcha Latte mango latte with boba. This tea was so refreshing and tasty too. Very friendly staff and safe place.
Very solid tea. I ordered the matcha latte and got 25% sweetness (although it was still a bit too sweet for my taste). The pearls were really nice and chewy. The workers do a nice job enforcing COVID regulations as well.
I enjoyed my experience there! I ordered a ube taro iced almond milk latte and it was very delicious! The staff members were very cool and friendly and I loved the vibe of the cafe! It was clean, modern and a perfect place to be in the Mission District. I highly recommend it!!
I was minutes away from closing and called in my order for the Black Sugar milk tea and the staff was more than happy to fulfill my order and had it ready for me as soon as I arrived. They were so kind and pleasant and the drink itself was phenomenal. My perfect level of sweetest and I very much appreciated the flavor. Such a perfect pick me up!

I'm obsessed with the passionfruit green tea. One thing I love about this shop is the fresh fruit in their fruit teas, I think it makes a huge difference in the flavor. Passionfruit is hard to find in SF as well. Staff is super nice and the drinks come out quickly.
This bubble tea shop is amazing! They offer a wide variety of drinks, each with its own unique flavor. I ordered a Matcha Latte, and it was perfect—the pearls were chewy and just sweet enough. The shop is clean and the staff are friendly and polite, making the experience even more enjoyable. Whether you dine in or take out, it’s always a satisfying visit. I’ll definitely come back again!
Great tea and fantastic customer service. In addition the tea being great, it was served quickly and the staff were happy to give us some drinking water and extra hot water when asked.

Modern, clean and takes the Covid safety meansures. Good boba tea. They make a really delicious Ube Taro Latte. I love how they put Taro chunks in the drink. Brew cha fruit teas have the right amount of sweetness and flavor. You can tell they use quality products and ingredients. I've been to Brew Cha multiple times and it's a great option for boba in the Mission.
Discovered a milk tea spot with light flavored drinks. Follow me! Highlights of the menu: 1. Tiramisu milk tea 2. Lavender matcha latte 3. Panda milk tea 4. Roasted oolong tea with cheese cream top
Great place to finding a good milk tea, boba drinks. I do recommend "matcha lavender latte with boba", I can not say no to the color layers! and also don't forget to try the ube latte as well. Very good combination!

A decent boba place. They were training a new person and our drinks took about 10 minutes to come out. We ordered a Panda Milk Tea with free boba and Fresh Kumquat Lemon Tea with free boba. The free boba are chewy, the texture that I like.
Good boba, nice staff. Except there was a tapioca pear imbedded in the pillow on the couch. UPDATE: i went back a week later and the tapioca was still there

It was good. I do wish there was more human interaction, and not order through a screen since the counter is right there in front of the kiosks…and I don’t know exactly what 100%, 50%, and 25% sugar actually means lol. But my tea was hot, the almond milk was perfectly foamy and creamy, and it tasted good. It was perfect to keep me warm while walking and running errands.
Yummy jasmine milk tea and I appreciate being able to substitute honey for sugar. Service was fast. My three star review has to do with the condition of the place… Even walking up to it from the street I could see that it was dirty, the inside is trashed on the walls and floor, super dirty and grimy feeling, I can see grime on the countertops to the sides of the register. Ordering screens are *covered* with greasy fingerprints, so I’m assuming they’re never wiped or cleaned. Come on you guys… I know it’s the Mission, but it’s so obvious you don’t care. I literally almost walked out but was with my 12-year-old nephew who was very intent on getting boba. Don’t think I’ll go back though. Even the perk of being able to get honey instead of sugar isn’t enough for me to chance whatever condition the kitchen is in if you’re letting the rest of your establishment be that dirty and trashed.
