I got the super burger. The meat had a nice crisp edge, was juicy, and well seasoned. The rest of the burger was very well balanced. The garlic fries we're very flavorful though. We shared a cone with our son and the chocolate soft serve was a nice surprise. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Amazing burger and garlic fries. Even well done the patties were juicy and full of flavor. The garlic fries were perfect and of course, enough garlic to hit the spot. The lemonade was definitely home made and unique. We are from So Cal and love In-n-Out burger, but if Super Duper was available this would be out go to spot. And thank you for making your food affordable and reasonlu priced in this economy.

We have been going here on average once a month for almost 3 years. The food is fresh delicious and reliable. Also especially enjoy the shakes. I have seen a couple of reviews mentioning no restroom however there is a restroom available to the public for the businesses in that building .It's quite nearby.

I had to stop for a burger on national burger day and I was pleasantly surprised with my meal from here! The burger, fries, and chocolate milkshake were all very tasty. Burger was hot and fresh. And the shake made from soft serve had a great texture and goood chocolate flavor.

Solid burger place, my go-to post work joint for a quick meal. The staff is super nice, and the food beats pretty much all other fast food burger places I've been to. Oddly specific feedback from an engineer who eats here too much: The only thing I’d change is how you enter the pager number in the ordering interface. The alphanumeric keyboard feels confusing and makes it trickier than it needs to be—a phone keypad would make more sense.

I recently visited Super Duper Burger at 98 Mission Street in San Francisco, and I have to say, the experience was fantastic! I ordered their fried chicken sandwich, a side of fries, and a strawberry milkshake, and everything exceeded my expectations. The chicken was perfectly crispy and flavorful, the fries were hot and golden, and the strawberry milkshake was rich, creamy, and bursting with real strawberry flavor. The combination made for an incredibly satisfying meal. The service was friendly and quick, making the whole experience even better. I highly recommend checking out Super Duper Burger if you're in the area!

We got our Lamb & Chicken Kebab plates to go, salad with fresh, hummus and seasoned rice. Very flavorful. Best falafel we have had in a long time!! Will definitely be back again to try more dishes.

Super Duper Burger@Lower FIDI is located on Mission between Spear and Steuart streets not too far from YMCA "Barcadero," according to my experience, should be regarded of one of the best out of its 10 locations in The City. Super Duper Burgers was founded in 2010 in San Francisco's Castro district by Adriano Paganini with co-founder Eddie Sarti who have a joint vision to improve both quality and service of fast-food burger in the Bay Area. The company focuses on qualitative, locally sourced, and fresh ingredients, well cooked with a mission to provide a fast-food experience with "slow food values" and the fast-food chain has since grown to numerous locations beyond The City limits across the entire Bay Area from Napa, Concord to San Ho. Lower FIDI is conveniently connected to all transit and just one block from the Ferry Building. The location is clean, spacious (indoor and outdoor seatings) and accommodated with quality food and more importantly, a super friendly service team who will greet you as soon as you walk in. 😲My favorite order off its menu is its Chicken Sandwich with Chipotle Aioli on a fresh Ciabatta Bun with a small addon of Jalapenos for just $11.50. I have (and I am confident that you would as well) have nothing to complaint except they should place a "cookie jar" at the cashier so customers could effective place their appreciation tokens as quite often orders are placed via self-ordering kiosks. PS Regrettably, Super Duper locations on Market Downtown and Metron where I used to go have declined in both food quality and service. Service is terrible to no service at all ppl constantly chatting or joking around among themselves. Its burgers are not well cooked (pinkish and "smooshy"). The same chicken sandwich is terribly prepared and lacks proper and quality ingredients at Metron that would make Lower FIDI a five-star location. 👼

Delicious burgers! They do t have a gluten free bun but they offer a lettuce wrap. The burger is pretty juicy though so I would recommend a fork and knife. The garlic fries were delicious but heavy on the garlic so be prepared! The home made pickles were very unique and tangy. Would recommend!

Super Duper Burgers is conveniently located within walking distance from our hotel. Clean and causal atmosphere, with an option to order at a kiosk. There’s an outside patio, beer, milkshakes, and known for their garlic fries. I ordered the mini burger (pictured). My burger was juicy and flavorful but a little greasy. The strawberry shortcake milkshake is the best I’ve had so far! Also note they charge of 4% for employees health benefits. I would come back again for the milkshake!

It was a big sandwich. I had the chicken one, and I have to say, it was not my favourite in flavour, despite the meat being a big piece and very juicy. But perhaps it was too juicy, the grease was dripping everywhere, and the slaw didn't really work for me. The fries were okay.

Tasty burgers and plenty of seating. After ordering on the kiosk, I received my mini burger about five minutes later. It was warm, on a toasted bun, and cooked perfectly. If you're looking to eat without human interaction, this is a place to do it. The interior has plenty of seating, as does the outside. You can find some art and the nice signs that are standard at every location. However, it's not the cleanest Super Duper Burgers location. I recommend sitting inside, because it's cold outside and there are pigeons. This is a good place for a good burger.

The lady taking our order was very kind. The hummus was nice, everything else in my plate was pretty average. I didn’t even finish my food sadly. Also the counter was like kinda sticky haha

Got delivery. Food was ok. Prices were great for the area, not sure who is complaining on here about that. Sampler plate was solid. Salads decent but nothing special. Chicken schwarma was the worst I've ever had. Dried out, hard and bland. Clearly had been sitting out warming for who knows how long. Probably won't get it again, there is better Mediterranean in the neighborhood.

Burger was moist and flavorful. Garlic fries were good as well. I wish they could have melted the cheese on the fries, but that is just my opinion. I sat in the bench seating facing the outside (and the trash) so I could see life as it passes by, unfortunately there were a lot of gnats flying around my food. I hope this was just a one off, but there were a lot. Either way I swatted them away and finished my meal. Arnold Palmer was a good drink.

We decided to try this place. From the moment we walked in until we left a woman who maybe owned or managed the place was talking very loud on the phone non stop . The poor server rushed our food that was heavily fried and not fresh out and kept disappearing. The falafel plate had 4 very stale heavily fried falafel on a bed of mayonnaise soaked cabbage . The server was very sweet but the food, ambiance, rudeness of the manager/owner was awful.

Went about 15 mins before they closed and ordered a Super Duper with cheese via the self-service machine. 5 mins later, manager told me they only had 1 patty left and asked if they can switch to a mini with a discount and free sides. I reluctantly agreed and opted for the garlic fries, and manager gave me a new receipt for mini with cheese. Just got home and realized my mini did not have cheese (despite being charged for it) and the fries wasn’t garlic fries either. I’ve been to other Super Duper locations and have always absolutely loved it - but this time I am honestly so disappointed with this location

This was the absolute worst place I've ever visited. The staff was very rude. They came across as cool and professional at first but my order was taking longer than usual so I asked what's going on they said they have a huge order which takes priority over mine. Okay that's fine I need a refund I don't have time to wait that long. It was just all chaos after that. I pulled out my phone and started to record because I do reviews of businesses good or bad. They threatened to call the police on me for recording them. Why? These people need retraining. Management participated in this foolishness. Where are the higher ups? Who's holding these folks accountable? Is this who you want representing your company? I take pride in serving my city and I'm very offended and saddened when anyone in my city is treated this way in any establishment. 😩😥🙏🏾 I would never recommend this place to anyone 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👀
