The Orbit Room San Francisco Reviews
Fantastic little place. Food was very good (had some cheesebread) and had a very interesting conversation. Drank The Indictment.
Always a fun place to grab a drink, I have the best conversations with other patrons while sipping on a beer or a cocktail. Plus all they have nine taps with little planets in them, what more do you want out of the theme?
Local feeling bar with very high ceilings and friendly service. Good tap selection and good cocktails.
Bartender was awesome. He carried on great conversation. Poured what and when I wanted and just a great stop along the day drinking trail.
Great place, small local bar. Very friendly staff go above and beyond. Hopefully Ashley is there bartender when you go. She we'll take care of you, as long as you take care of her.
Bartender is super friendly! Its a small bar, tried two coctails cost $27 box
Best pizza I’ve ever had in my life. You will not find better pizza anywhere in San Francisco, tried them all. They also serve Blanton’s bourbon. Best pizza ever and the best bourbon ever and they show Turner Classic Movies on the TVs. This is the formula for an amazing bar. Long live Orbit Room.
Visited from out of town only to find out the bartenders are also NFC North fans (except the Bears of course). Was a great bar to catch up with friends and shoot the shit with the bartenders. Would come again.
Wow! Wow! Wow! Mushroom Pizza is soooo good! The arugula on top with the lemon is a great addition to the somewhat sweet cheese they use. Also, somehow, the crust tastes like popcorn. I don't understand the flavor, but it's a really nice subtlety. Also, a great place for neighborhood locals!
One of my favorite bars on Market. During the day, they make wonderful coffee and pizza. In the evening, you can still order great food, but the cocktails are why you should really go. They serve all of the basic cocktails, plus many delish variations on the classics. Make sure to bring cash. All the cocktails are $10.
Pizza selections are really good and filing. Very flavorful and delicious, not greasy at all. Service and staff is a big plus as is the cleanliness of the business. Cool decor and trippy color lighting. Stop by and enjoy the fare.
One of the best bars in SF. Nice beer selection. Creative cocktails. Great pizza. Love the staff. Quickly becoming one of my favorite places for a drink (or 5).
A not-so-hidden gem. I had been looking for a neighborhood bar since I moved to the area, and this is exactly what I wanted. A bit unassuming from the outside, but it'll be hard not to be instantly won over as soon as you walk in. Relaxing ambience, the kind of friendly bartenders that remember your favorite drink, delicious pizza, amazing cocktails and beer selection, and the other bar goers are generally open for a conversation. It's almost as if SF made its own version of Cheers. Plus, they have a weekday happy hour with $4 drafts of some of the best craft beer in the area. You really can't go wrong here.

Great spot for late night pizza & cocktails. Stumbled upon here while bar hopping & was really glad they closed later than most bars in the area by 1-2 hrs. They played good music (oldies & Motown soul).
Nice, cozy spot with good drinks, great food, and nice atmosphere. I came here on a Saturday night and had some pizza with friends. The place didn't get to crowded and it was nice to have an intimate conversation with my friends without having to yell. Good selection of booze and their cocktails are pretty tasty. Pizza is great as well!
Though this place definitely has a little bit of a hipster vibe, its worth visiting. The inside is decorated beautifully in a mixture of 1920s Art Deco and some funky 1950 looking lights. The cocktails are a bit on the pricey side, but then again they are cocktails. I had an "old fashioned" which they call the "out of fashion" and really enjoyed it. We ordered a pizza and it turned out to be quite tasty. Overall a good experience despite the bartenders being a bit slammed at the time we were there.
Even when busy, the vibe stays laid back. The bartenders are kind and efficient, even when the bar is slammed. The fact that they have pizza, including a 'personal' size, is brilliant. Pizza is pretty good. I don't think I'd come just for the pizza, but very welcome as the night progresses. They also sell wine by the half bottle, which is appreciated.
This place has great specialty cocktails. The facility itself is pretty small, but its great for a quick hh. Every time I've gone they haven't been serving pizza so I have yet to try the food. The drinks take a while to make as there is usually just one bartender and the drinks are pretty elaborate. The one down side is that its cash only, so be prepared! They do have an atm there but there is a fee.

This place was ok. I walked out kinda still trying to work it out. It's a fairly small place. We decided to get drinks and a pizza. The drinks were not great and kinda expensive. We also got there before happy hour ended but after leaving realized we were charged full prices. Annoying. Also the guy at the bar did get one of our drinks orders wrong and charged us anyway for the mistake. The pizza was good. If anything from the trip that was the best bit. Inside it was super loud you kinda are shouting at each other. I think this is because the ceiling is metal and the floor is concrete not great for sound.
