The absolute best Mexican food I’ve had in the United States so far, unlike most Mexican restaurants in the Bay Area, the cooks at Chavindecas Rossy actually season their meat very well, especially the adobada, so you can’t go wrong whether you order tacos or chavindecas (quesadillas stuffed with meat served with 3 different salsas and a small roasted onion) each of the 3 salsas they serve is absolutely delicious, they also sell great cheeses and candies made in Mexico, this is as close as it gets from all the places I’ve tried to the flavor and quality of the food in Mexico, the price is well worth it every single time.
They're known for chavindecas (their namesake), which we enjoyed, but we also loved the volcanes. Remember to also get their horchata, among the best I've ever had.

A little slice of Mexico, best chavindecas this side of the border, the only way to get food this good is to hop the fence and eat in mexico. Price gets a little hefty when ordering the largest size but to be fair it feeds an entire family.

Amazing food. Everything was expertly seasoned and tasted delicious. The cavindeca was very cheesy but not overly greasy. The people who worked there even put the Warrior game on my request so we could watch the playoffs
The food is delicious! My husband and I where in the mood for tacos and the usual place we go to was closed so we drove around and found this amazing establishment. The meat was tasty and the tortillas where so soft and warm. I definitely recommend this place to get some awesome food.
All I have to say is I've been looking for Chevindecas for a while now! And this definitely brought back childhood memories the food was amazing the salsas were on point I say you definitely got to give it a try don't be shy and order different things!

Food was good. Wait time was alittle on the bad side as they do have people making orders on the phone. Also overpriced for being a taco truck type. Was still early and they were out of the horchata water and guacamole.
