This location has amazing mexican food. The staff is always extremely friendly. They restaurant has plenty of seating. The wait is never long and the food is always serve in a timely manner. If you are in the area do not hesitate to stop by.
The food was good because it has a home made taste. Made with love. The people were very friendly and polite. Ordered enchiladas Michoacanas and could not finish the plate. Orchata was very good also.
Classic michoacan dishes, very authentic. Service was quick and delightful. Been here many times before, however this time there was no music, so felt a little different
Went on lunch for a beer order the michelada.. was bomb served up wit slice of cucumber orange and chamoy around the the rim. Definitely more spruced up then your average michelada and priced the same as any other restraunts Damnnn i wish i had a pic
Excellent food , great ambience with extraordinarily wonderful service. This was our first visit to the restaurant and we loved it. Our server - Fathima was extremely attentive, efficient, pleasant and professional. The food and drinks were really delicious and well made. Thank you for such a wonderful experience. We will definitely come back again and recommend it to our family/ friends.
First time here. My mom heard about this place so we decided to check it out together. We really came for the corn tamales, but we came to the wrong location. We ended up getting a bunch of different food to try. We got enchiladas de mole, enchiladas Michoacánas, a sope de asada, and a Gordita. Everything was a great. The size of everything was impressive because nowadays most restaurants do not give you good portions. Here, we could not finish our food. My mom really liked the food because she said it reminds her of home. We’ll for sure be going back more often. Customer service was good too.
This is a hidden South Bay favorite that consistently makes things you look forward to coming back for. I've also found myself taking a tour of all they have to offer, and I've never been disappointed. Top notch food and a great menu of amazing things that attract you just by the reaction of others receiving their orders.
Very authentic Mexican food. Friendly service. Great food. Large variety of choices of their menu. Expect vendors wandering around inside the restaurant selling different items, toys, flowers, cheese, etc. Live musicians on occasion too. Very reasonable prices.
Oh man , I visited my hometown which is San Jose from LA. I was craving enchiladas michoacanas with guilotas( not sure if spelled correctly , like chicken ). Amazing amazing ! Yummy ! Also , went on a Sunday ,it was a rainy day with my 10 yr old.she got the chicken falutas. Music was playing , it was packed , severs were on top of things .love it
A friend to me here today. Loved it. He has been a frequent customer here for years. Had a huchapo (menu spelling). I believe this is the same as a Uchepo. First time I have such a tamale, yum. Topped with sour cream and salsa, great combo. For lunch had the chilaquiles and bistek. Could not finish all of it, serving size is more than I could eat. Had some home made corn tortillas as well. So delicious.
Food is very good but the service has a waitress it takes a long time to come to see if you need anything or to order your food and it happens in the evening under staff.
Didn't love it. It's a bit pricey. Quesabirria was good but not great, asada taco was a bit bland but the meat was nice and plentiful, and the chicken molé taco was okay, I thought the sauce was really bland and weak for molé. Not sure I'd come back, but they're new and I hope they do well, 3.5 stars but 4 for good luck.
I've been here twice now. Both times the wait for my food was under 15 minutes. The first time was during the day and it wasn't too crowded. The second was during the evening hours which resulted in a larger crowd and a bit less attention to us as customers. The food both times made my taste buds jump for joy until the next day. Also, there is an awesomely spicy sauce on the table for you to use as. If you like carnival that's big chunks stringy and perfectly juicy and dry at the same time...just trust me and get the burrito. 4 only due to lack of attention at table. But overall experience is just fine that I will continue to go.
Food was good but we lost our appetites soon as we saw a cockroach walk across the table and had us questioning the cleanliness of the establishment which was a shame to the food being good for the most part but when telling the owner about it and showing the now dead roach he wasnt reluctant to give any discount or take the food back. So after trying to talk it over he only did a 10% discount and called it a day. So if your willing to give it a try food and drinks are good but cleanliness remains to be questioned.
