My favorite taco place!!! Service and food is 1000/10. I totally recommend the al pastor tacos, and the quesabirrias are amazing. You can never go wrong with El Sazón de Claudia :))
We got the quesabirria, tacos de asada and chicharron and everything was delicious. Next time we’ll definitely try the birria ramen!

Absolutely amazing food! Every time we visit, the food is consistently delicious. My personal favorite are the tacos al pastor. They’re packed with flavor! The birria is also fantastic, and today I tried the torta… wow, it was incredible. Claudia is truly the best cook. She puts so much love into her food, and even the simplest dishes taste amazing. If you’re looking for great food and friendly service, this food truck is a must-try!

Found this food truck establishment while visiting San Jose, CA recently. It did not disappoint- the food is amazing! I ordered a couple of different types of tacos consisting of carne asada, lengua and al pastor, along with some quesaberria tacos accompanied with sides of rice, refried beans and avocado slices, and don’t forget the various salsas! No way was I able to finish it all, but let me just say, everything was absolutely delicious! The husband and wife couple that run the establishment are super friendly, and welcoming! Next time you’re in the mood for some beyond delicious Mexican food, give El Sazón de Claudia a try! They’re located in the Food Truck Park at First St and E Virginia St in San Jose, CA. And when you go, try a bit of everything, you won’t be disappointed! 😋

This is literally the best Mexican food I’ve had, and I don’t write reviews, but for this place, I had to. Amazing meal and experience. There’s something magical she adds, maybe extra lime or tomato or something, but whatever it is, I hope she never stops!
My son found this spot when we were looking for a place to stop for dinner and I am so glad he did. I had the pork torta that was recommended to me by the owners husband. It was so delicious I inhaled it in minutes. My husband had the queso birria combo which he too inhaled. The next time we are in the area we will be back.
This is the spot for MENUDO, look no further. I stopped by and noticed it was on their menu and I've been looking for a good spot for years. It was flavorful, the chili oil had the right amount of spice with handmade tortillas on the side. My dad's picky when it comes to menudo and he LOVED it. I will definitely come again for more and to try other dishes on their menu. Shout out to the owners for being so friendly and welcoming!!!!

Personalmente, me encantan sus quesadillas al pastor y las quesabirrias. El precio es económico y justó comparado con otros lugares del área de la bahía. ¡Te recomiendo que lo pruebes!

I ordered the menudo and it was absolutely delicious 😋. Claudia, was so kind and welcoming—her positive attitude alone made me want to come back. It’s rare to find menudo outside of Sundays, so being able to enjoy it on a Monday afternoon was such a treat. You can really feel the love put into the food and the service. I’ll definitely be back. My only regret is forgetting to take a picture for the review lol

I ordered tacos, a quesadilla, and a birria taco with consume and i have to say everything i ordered was absolutely amazing and flavorful. The owners truly take care of their clients to ensure the food and service is top tier. I enjoyed spending my time talking to them and eating their food and i highly recommend anyone to give this place a try. I definitely will be going again and bringing other family members to try!
