Starbucks San Pedro Reviews
It was a normal day for just running around and just stopped by starbucks to get some bev and hopefully get some info for a good barber and this place is so welcoming and warm to their guest. kudos to Ms. kim and to the other staff that was on duty give this people a promotion or a salary increase starbucks job well done guys i love u.
It was so clean and quiet, and the staff was super friendly and efficient with the drinks! We were there on a Sunday evening.
Having traveled across 3 continents in search of the coolest cafe to be my "third space", I can confidently say this is one of the best. The moment I walk in, the vibrant energy of the shop is palpable. The baristas are not only warm and professional, but their genuine enthusiasm seems to elevate every drink they timely deliver. I'm always amazed by the tastes of the drinks they recommend—the off-season Cherry Chai remains my favorite. The flaky, buttery croissants and the flavor-rich banana bread always boost my energy and make my day—a truly memorable experience of dining and project working.
Cute little Starbucks in a nice environment. Its very peaceful and spacious. They do have a bathroom which is a good thing. The drinks are affordable and the staff are very nice.
Best customer service from David on 7/28! Thank you for being helpful!
I been all around Los Angeles and this is the only place that makes my caramel ribbon crunch Frappuccino delicious Rico, Lindsay, David,River to named some but always have the greatest customer service and always giving you a smile
The food was a little bland. Not put together very well. It was the double smoked bacon sandwich. It was not busy but the drinks came out real slow.
This Starbucks is one of the good Starbucks you can go to. I’ve seen plenty of Starbucks with unprofessional brewing of coffee and this one is not one of those. The barista was professional and made some of the best versions of the drinks we had. We got flat white with 2 shots of espresso extra hot, lavender matcha and cookie crumble Frappuccino. The flat white is the one they mess up usually. The lavender matcha was soothing with a hint of lavender essence and the Frappuccino was on point. Overall I was happy and I would vouch this location to others.
I just think Starbucks coffee cost way too much not only for the penny pincher but for people who have lots of money as well and when they make the drinks one time they’ll make it good and the next time it’ll be all watery. It’s like a hit and miss. I don’t go there. It’s like $10 for a medium drink 30 bucks for two drinks and a tiny piece of bread no thanks.
Depends on who is working it’s a pleasant experience. This one is slower than most I have visited when it comes to making drinks which can be a good thing. I’m glad this spot doesn’t have many tables cause it would seem to bring in a wild variety of characters. Parking is the huge downfall here. Some days it’s a good visit depending on who makes your drink and who takes your order.
This has to be the dirtiest starbucks I have ever been to. Clean your floors people all along the window front is disgusting
Can be very slow, also barista uses perfume on her hand lotion that she gets it all over your cups the cup smell like perfume rather than coffee it’s quite annoying.
Worst experience ever.. the baristas attitude made me walk out. I asked if they had a restroom and her answer was are you placing an order? I was going to place in order ,but was baffled by the way she asked. Her attitude made me walk out. I've never experienced this at a Starbucks. Not sure if this is normal out in this area ,but she said it's company policy. Drove down the block to Del Taco of all places just to wash my hands.
I come to this Starbucks early in the morning and all employees are nice and welcoming. Today was different.. There was a new face I was unfamiliar with and this barista was not what I expected. As she was handing me my drink, the lid was not on properly and opens up causing her to pour a HOT drink on my hand!!!! Injuring a customer was not enough, she had to laugh about it in my face. Gave me a “$4 off your next drink” card and called it a day. I’m very disappointed and very upset on how she handled the situation. Very unprofessional & management needs to do something.
I came here to get a venti caramel frapp at 4:02 I see 3 people working so I was like perfect I will get out quick since there is only one customer. I see customers go in order and get out with they drink and I'm like wait what about my drink. I ask the person who was making the drinks, cause from the 3 people working there only one was making the drinks. And she told me I have your order here. Time past and more customers in and out and I'm like ok that's it, so I just told the same person who help me when I get there Just cancel my order cause is not ready. He check and it was not even started and I'm like it's ok man just cancel it please and he did refund the money. I just don't understand 3 people working and only one is doing the drinks. 🤷
Place my order at 10:45 and didn't receive everything until 11:10, they kept doing mobile deliveries and orders even though there was a line out the door, I have never seen a more poorly-run Starbucks in my life. Even after I got my drink it took them another 10 minutes just to get me my sandwich
I had an encounter with the rudest person who after I asked a simple question " is this card activated?" Her reply was I can't hear you, I don't know what you're saying. Thus, I repeated my question. She replied I don't know and walked away from me. I said I know you just didn't walk away from me! And she never acknowledged me. Anyway I called Corporate because she has know clue to what entails good customer service. If she didn't or couldn't answer my question, she had only to say" I'm a little busy right now, give me a second and I'll get my manager to help you" I paid 50.00 gift card to be loud talked an disrespected at 70 years old, I think not. Customer service where they prepare your order is pathetic. Don't waste your time!
