It's one of those old-fashioned diners. The lamb barbacoa (red) is very good; it's prepared right there. If you arrive early, you can watch it come out of the oven. They offer takeout and dine-in options. As I mentioned, the place is old-fashioned; on Sundays, there's usually live norteño music (local trios). There's no parking.
