It's my first and last time eating here. The restaurant was pretty dirty when we came to eat. It stayes that way for the hour and a half we were here. See picture for how bad the floor was. To the staff's credit, the tables were wiped off. The food was cold. This is REALLY bad considering that I was at the counter when the tray was placed on the counter and my number called. Just plain bad. Please try to do better.

I came in and ordered the 2 for 6 deal I asked for cheese on both sandwiches and no onion on both sandwiches I got one Burger which onions and cheese and the other sandwich came with no cheese and I ordered before other people and got mine after they did ridiculous and in their phone number is disconnected to try to call them up worst place I've ever been

This place can never get an order right! I've order food here about 3 time in the last 2 months and some how they have messed up the order each time! Do your self a favor and look at what you get before leaving!

I love their cookies but every time I go in and ask for them to go along with my order, they never seem to have any ready. How are you going to have it in the menu but never have them ready? A couple week ago I was attended by the manager and asked about the cookies. She was being rude and gave me attitude. There’s also employees that always have attitude, and never seem to get my orders right.😡

I asked them to make it fresh, I even walked into the restaurant instead of using the drive thru to not hold the line, but they did not make anything fresh. The fries were barely warm when I got them and the bread and meat were almost cold. When I got home, I realized they forgot some of my items, so I drove back to the restaurant. By the time I sat down, the food was cold. I tried to contact the BK customer relations, but nobody has responded yet. Do not waste your time and money at this restaurant. Your family dinner will be disappointing.

I don't usually write reviews, but I'm making an exception to my rule this time. I attempted to use the drive through tonight, but couldn't see the menu because the light was out. Apparently it hasn't worked for several days. I had no choice but to go inside to order. The lobby was littered with food, napkins, straw and food wrappers, and the tables were dirty. It was pretty disgusting. I won't be going back anytime soon.

Crappy service! They couldn't keep up with the orders and directed the staff to stop taking them so they could catch up. Meanwhile 3 employees were awkwardly standing around doing nothing trying to avoid eye contact, while I patiently waited to give my order. About 7 minutes later they were directed to start taking orders again and I finally received my order 15 minutes later. It was cold and the cheese didn't even melt on the drive home. Terrible!
