I ordered chicken and it had long blonde hair in it they only refunded me for the chicken and not everything why would I want to eat anything from there if it had hair in it that is not a good place check your food before you eat it said it was it wasn't I left a long piece of blonde hair and I have no hair so it's not me

I have been using them for over a year but a couple of days ago I had the worst experience with their male delivery driver. I was basically forced into giving him a tip. He made me feel so uncomfortable, and he was very intimidating. He did not even give me the option to offer him a tip. I paid with a card and with the card machine still out and pointed towards me. He looked at me and said well are you gonna tip me? Are you gonna give me a Tip? I called the restaurant. They were very apologetic about it, but nobody has called me back. The manager did not take any time to speak to me. I just left my complaint with whoever picked up the phone, but worst experience very intimidating very uncomfortable. The worst possible service, the nastiest people working in the restaurant, the rudest people picking up the phone It’s literally just like the bottom of the barrel when it comes to customer service

I call today to order my favorite the clerk was rude & nauseous she told me because I’m ordering one thing to basically don’t waste your time and get here in order it. It only takes five minutes. I don’t have five minutes to be wasting. That’s the reason I call to order and pick it up and when I get there, I just go in and get it. That’s the whole point of calling over the phone. A head start It’s not my favorite restaurant for Chinese I will recommend the taste in China. It’s a better restaurant in clean.

Quality of food has declined tremendously, the rice is almost always under cooked (hard). I gave them one more shot after staying away for months, no change in the Quality of the food. I really think they should close down, they've had their run of good wholesome food!!! STOP DISHING OUT INFERIOR FOOD TO DESCENT PEOPLE WHO RELY ON YOUR ESTABLISHMENT TO SERVE FRESH FOOD, NOT LEFTOVERS MIXED WITH A LITTLE BIT OF FRESHNESS! The atmosphere is the same as it was when it opened, st least make your patrons feel like they mean enough to update the place! STOP TAKING, AND GIVE BACK TO THE COMMUNITY THAT KEEPS YOUR ESTABLISHMENT IN BUSINESS!

Whoever calls and answers there phone is so rude…. The fact that they allow us to be talked that way when ordering food is ridiculous that girl needs attitude management and a customer service course because she is absolutely horrible! Couldn’t even order my food without her asking what else in the middle of my sentence…horrible I give them benefit of the doubt everytime I call she’s just horrible and rude

I was given my combination with white rice, and first of all, I want to know who the hell apparently orders white rice from their Chinese spot. Upon calling to explain this, instead of offering a resolution, the lady at the front desk became defensive and incredibly rude. She ridiculed our way of speaking through a thick accent and that we should order ahead since she couldn't understand our English. We're bilingual. She said if I return the food they will charge me to change it. The service was horrible the entire way through. I doubt my family or I will be returning after this experience.

I’ve ordered a lot of food from this place and it’s never been consistent when it came to quality and service. The last time I placed an order for a delivery as soon as I opened the bag I smelled a rotten smell. It was an egg roll which made the rest of my food suspect. I called them and let them know they sold me a rotten egg roll and the response was the next time you order we’ll credit you an egg roll. I haven’t ordered there since and never will. DON’T EVER ORDER HERE..!!!!

I got beef and broccoli is 13.35$ and is more broccoli than beef I paid 13.35 for broccoli it’s good don’t get me wrong, but what’s up with that, either lower the price to 8$ or give me more beef

I ordered chicken and string beans. I couldn't eat it gross 🤮🤢. What's this gelatin brown sauce stuff? The quality isn't that good. You get what you pay for. What I did find to be pretty decent was the fried rices. So I'll continue getting those from time to time
