Great turnaround for this location. They had some rough days after the pandemic but this loxation has had fantastic service as of late. Hats off to the current manager and the crew. They address you by your name, they communicate together and their friendliness is showing. Also, the food is back to being fresh and delicious.

Caymon is the most polite human being we have ever met, he was kind and personable to our whole family. The restaurant was super clean, all staff was friendly, food was great. Nicest fast food restaurant ever.

The staff here are so nice. We went through the drive-thru on a Friday evening so it was very busy. Dylan and the other staff we encountered were pleasant and efficient. The burger, fries, and Dr. Pepper shake were delicious and freshly prepared.

Stopped in to get a cuppa coffee and get back on the road .the hospitality was above and beyond they were on point at the store letting you know you’re welcome and that they’re going to take good care of you .anytime I’m working in this area definitely gonna stop at this location. What can I say about a iconic Texas restaurant? It's a hit and miss thing, if you get there during lunch time expect the wait but the food will definitely be hot. I prefer the spicy chicken sandwich every time.

Order was prepared and on our table within 5 minutes. Service was great. Food was hot and great tasting. But what stood out to my wife and I was the outstanding service and friendliness of Jessica. She did great taking care of all the guest in the dining room.

The gentleman in glasses who took our order was patient and filled our order perfectly. The gentleman who was tending to the dining area was attentive and offered a bag for the handful of bottled drinks we ordered. We waited for far less time than the same order at the Cibolo location. This is why we will travel to FM3009 location.

Our first time visiting a Whataburger since we're from WA. Ana and Sandra were GREAT! They gave us a treat bag after they heard we were visiting. Food was great too. All around a fantastic first experience.

Ate here a couple of times while visiting from NC. I was not let down by the hype. The burgers are good quality, and alot bigger than I expected. Breakfast was also quite good. Prices are comparable with other fast food restaurants. Would certainly recommend any visitors give this a try. The Hype is justified.

3009/35. Picked up a Togo order around 5:45 on 2/25. The young man that brought the order out to my car was just as nice as could be. Big smiles. Made sure I had everything in the order and that it was correct. Great service!

I always have a positive experience here, and the food is always made fresh, hot, and delicious. Even when I get home and my order missed expectations or I didn’t receive certain items, the Whataburger app is an easy way to communicate that and management reaches out and makes it right. Marceaux helped me today and had such a great attitude and enthusiasm even though it was 4am and I was half asleep. Great place, would recommend.

Boy what a turnaround this Whataburger has made. A few years ago it was hit or miss and usually it was a miss. Food was not WB standards we all expect, employees and management didn't care, but now it's 1000% better. Food is hot, fresh and delicious. Employees are friendly, although the cashier was interested in my Chiefs cap and his love for some 'other' team, never once mentioned my wife wearing a Whataburger shirt. It was all good. Thanks to the new operators of this location, now I don't have to drive 5-10 miles.

UPDATE: Went today and one of the workers went out of her way to help me. The food was hot and fresh. This was the best visit I've had in a long time!!! The one negative is that they shorted one burger a patty and a slice of cheese. This location used to be really good consistently, but over the last year or so, it's hit or miss. More miss than hit. The fries are generally lukewarm and a bit soggy. Same with the burgers, if they are correct. Last time I had one fixed, it came out dead cold. Great people, very friendly, but execution is lacking on the food. If I have the time, I generally will drive to a Whataburger 10-15 miles away just to avoid the frustration.

Exceptional burgers the onion rings perfectly golden fried. The only thing I was concerned about was the woman delivering curbside. She kept opening bags touching everything had no mask never sanitized her hands in-between each customer...if she would have touched my bag I would have asked to get my money back and have walked out. Everyone else was on point. Food was exceptional. Worth the wait.

They always get my order right. They also hire the handicapped which is a big bonus! Keep up the good work! Have to change review. Service has gone way down. Second time that I've ordered curbside and instead of skipping the line. I watched the line skip me by as I sat in parking lot for 17 minutes. I seriously should've just used the drive through. Average experience, around 3 or 4am is the time when there is little to no wait, so this trip was good. My food was correct, which I find rare if I order more than 1 meal with a wait. This trip was a good one though, no troubles and food was correct. Patty Melt was a bit dry though.

Foods great, love that ketchup is in an actual container and not a packet. A medium drink looks like a medium drink and not a micro inch bigger than a small. Only complaint is the buns. When I began eating, I couldn’t tell if the burger was upside down or not. Didn’t matter, the burger was still very good. Hot, steaming, and the cheese was completly melted. I got the double beef burger, nothing on it.

Burger and fries at 4:45AM today hit the spot and were perfectly cooked! We drove to window, and didn’t hear anything for a minute so I said Hello? Then I proceeded to get the Heaviest attitude, which got ten time worse at the Window. After giving my total with disdain and snottiness she Told Me “ Have a Great Life” for my goodbye. Young lady: wear less makeup because you’re already pretty but your attitude makes Whataburger look bad and you don’t belong in customer Service til you have a reckoning with Jesus. FYI: we did wait 9.5 minutes with 1 car in front waiting much longer

Usually the service is pretty decent. The staff is never rude and rarely makes mistakes. But the food could be fresher at times and the drive thru typically moves at a slow crawl unless there is only two cars in front of you. Otherwise, very friendly staff and I have no qualms about making repeat visits throughout the month.

Stopped in to grab a quick Breakfast, 2Takitos, 1 sausage egg and cheese biscuit. To go walk in. Took close to 30 minutes to get my order.. the lobby was not packed. I walked in and ordered with no wait. Wouldn't recommend if your in a hurry.

Ordered biscuits and gravy and only had half a small container of gravy. Forgot myvapple pie. Ate inside. Front counter young lady was super slow. Sad customer service if you call it that. I tried to be patient but the rest of my meal was getting cold. Hopefully it will get better.

So we ordered through the drive-thru. Got the drinks and had to tell the cashier to please wipe off the cups due to excessive drink spillage on cups themselves; then had to ask for a cup holder, which we found out once we made it home, that the drink holder was defective and ripped a d cause one of the drinks to spill. Also, we live like maybe a few minutes away, but by the time we got home, we noticed the fries were a bit old, not warm at all and some were flimsy, like they were sitting for a while. Burgers were a little cool as well, far "cooler" than one would think for the short distance we had to drive home. By the way, we didn't get any napkins. Whataburger is usually my go-to spot for hamburgers, but this was not a great visit.

Typical fast food place, not very notable. It just has a little larger than average burger size with a little larger than average price. This location was fairly busy but didn't have much of a wait at all for food. The cleanliness of the tables and chairs were pretty bad and they were struggling to keep up with other cleaning tasks as well even when I saw multiple staff standing around not doing anything behind the front counter. Other than that it was an average experience with fairly quick service.

This new location has missed items in our order on multiple occasions. One time it was some fries, and the the second time it was gravy + cookie on the kids meal I ordered. Both times were througj drive-through. I called them and a nice man took the phone telling me to arrive and ask for the missing items + a little extra for the inconvenience. Although when I arrived and mentioned the man's name, they looked confused and lost and almost annoyed, they did get me the missing item but not the extra item they promised on call along with it. Having an issue back to back like this is making me reconsider coming to this location and just going back to the Schertz location, even if they are a bit further from my house. As long as I get what I paid for, I don't mind driving further.

This place is hit or miss. About half the time it's great. The other half..... Placed an order to go about 700 pm on 03/10. Ordered two Whataburgers with jalapenos and onion rings. Both burgers had jalapeno stickers on them, but no jalapeno. For some reason one had no onion either. My meat was also neatly cut in half, not the burger, just the meat. They were both very cold despite living only 3 miles away in lighter than normal traffic. I've taken twice as long to get the same order home in the past and still had warm food. Also, the onion rings were still hot. I would come to this location much more often if it was consistent. I sometimes go to another location a little farther from my house. I guess I'll just go there from now on.

I ordered a bacon, egg and cheese meal thru the drive thru. I get to the window and am being handed something that I didn't order. The cashier takes my order again and asks me to move to the third window. After about 8 minutes she walks out and again tries handing me something I didn't order. Then a third person walks out and asks me for my order again. My order was brought out but the hash browns were old and hard. Definitely will not be ordering there again.

Well this is my go to spot.. however this last stop wasn't particularly a good time... Ordered through the drive thru. And when I got to my friends house it was not what I expected... My soda was terrible flat and no flavor. And the fries tasted like they had been sitting for at least an hour.. and my extra bacon was well let's say suspect... By far the slowest whataburger I have ever been to. Not uncommon to wait more than 15 mins to get a burger. Used to think that was the norm until we went to another whataburger and was chikfila speed! They just need to be faster.

The managers need to work on their employee’s customer service. It reeks. A majority act like they hate their jobs. Blonde woman with a bun and shimmery nails on the outer drive thru lane had a horrible attitude. Just because you had a bad day doesn’t mean you take it out on the customers. The brunette woman with glasses who brought out our order had a much better attitude. The quality of the food I guess depends on who’s cooking because some days it’s great and others it’s not the best.

Ketchup spilled all over the floor in the dining area, multiple workers just hovering around while 2-3 are actually working. Self ordering kiosks are nice but the cups weren’t filled and no “tent numbers” when placing your order in the kiosk. Ice machine was out of order, and the entire counter top where the soda machine and napkins are was completely dirty. I remember this location used to be absolutely amazing in terms of service and cleanliness but it has gone down hill. Fries were cold and old tasting. But as stated earlier the dining area was filthy with 1-2 tables clean and ready to sit at while multiple tables were covered in spilled food.

I haven't been to Whataburger in forever, but my kids and I were out running errands. It was late afternoon so I had to stop for the kids to eat. I was not too impressed with the cashiers customer service, but she is lucky I have a lot of patience. I respond by showing them how they should be providing customer service with a genuine smile. I noticed her leave for the day as we waited for our meal, but I have to say that customer service is provided all the way even after you walk out the door... at least it is what should be expected. So we received our meals and it looked great. I took a picture because at this point I was still willing to overlook the lack of customer service skills. I also had requested a side of mayo that never came. It wasn't a big deal, but if you aren't going to follow thru... don't ask if we need anything else. Well, I was obviously hungry because I was almost halfway done with my burger when I noticed the patty was pink. I prefer my meat cooked, so I stopped eating. My kids were done eating their kids meals, so I decided to just get ready to head out. I took the burger up to the cashier, and explained to her yet again expecting some type of customer service experience... but her response was a simple ok. She was going to blow me off to attend another employee at the register. I asked her if she wanted to inform her manager so it can be addressed and she said no, it's ok she will believe me when I tell her. I'm thinking wow. Just then my kids came back from trying to use the restroom, and my eldest said they could not use the facilities because one toilet would not flush and the other was terribly dirty. I repeated what she was stating outloud still at the register, but still no apologies or any acknowledgements from the cashier... nor did she get the manager. I sadly have to say we left not very impressed at all. I would have liked to say otherwise because I went in looking to provide good notes on our visit. Not so much.

Our order was not prepared properly even though the order ticket had it down properly. We thought it was tasking so long to get our food because we had special requests and since it was drive through we didn't notice until we got home. Home wasn't that far away and the food was luke warm at best by the time we got there. Picture was after I took of the pickles, lettuce and tomato, and I had added my own mayo but I didn't have any bacon to make it what I ordered. I paid for a bacon cheese burger but ... no bacon. Very disappointing.

I love Whataburger, but maybe not this one. Food took an extremely long time to come out. I was sitting at the window for 8-10 minutes, and when I finally got it, we were missing an item. Luckily, getting it replaced didn't take another 10 minutes. We ordered a side of Jalapeño ranch, which is a thing stocked by Whataburger. Maybe they were out, maybe the guy was new and didn't know, or maybe they just thought it was funny, but I ended up with a side of ranch and a jalapeño in an open plastic baggie, that quickly leaked vinegar all over everything. Really, guys?

Drive thru people are always pleasant to deal with. The presentation of the food flat out is embarrassing. This will be my last time at this location. I live in schertz, too many other choices. My hashbrowns were smashed and broken into pieces, burger half wrapped, coke lid not on correctly. I can deal with the wrapper and coke lid as oversight. Poor quality of my food no way. What's sad is only needed someone at the store to look and care.

Seriously whataburger? This is how far you have dropped. I ordered chicken strips, not chicken nuggets. The size of these "strips" is seriously a joke as can be evidenced by the attached photo. Your "strip" isn't even as big as the dip package. Step up your game or lose me as a customer.

Always takes forever! 30+ minutes in line at 10pm on a Sunday!! Really? No ketchup either? What a waste of money and time!

Very poor service. Wait time for our food was very long. Young Man working acted like he hated his job. Very poor job helping customers. Fries were extremely salty. Beef patties were overcooked and very salty as well. While I was at counter another customer returned her fries and asked for no salt 2 staff members laughed in back and just put already cooked fries back in oil and gave them to her.

It's always the same story with this location. Cold food, old food, or undercooked food. I went around 4:00 pm and there were no cars in line. The fries were stale, and my burger was cold. I live 1.5 miles away. How is it possible that my burger is cold after a 3 minute drive and the extra bacon I paid for was missing? There were no other cars in the drive-through, so there was no excuse for the subpar food.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at your restaurant today. I ordered the number one meal and the new bacon jalapeño burger, but neither was made correctly. The first burger had no meat patty, and the second had no sauce or cheese. I returned to the restaurant and waited 15 minutes for my order to be remade, but it was still incorrect. The jalapeños and sauce were missing from the bacon jalapeño burger, and the meat on the other burger was overcooked. I believe the staff was either intoxicated or intentionally trying to sabotage my order. I would appreciate a refund for my meal and an assurance that this type of incident will not happen again.

I go to order breakfast at 10:55 lady has the audacity to tell me they're not serving breakfast for another 5 minutes. By the time I get my food it would have been well past 11:00. Horrible service.

Ordered at 12:17, didn’t get our food till 12:54 because I asked for it. There was only a dad and a son dining in at the same time as me. Drive thru was dead. Employees said they came to look for me, nobody came around or called out my number. Atmosphere wasn’t picked up. Burger was warm, fries were cold. Don’t recommend this place to dine in.

I have always come to this Whataburger and crew has been good. Today walked in and there's a bunch of kids attending and they are very rude very on hostile and laughing at customers like if something was funny. I had to tell an idiot kid did I did not like the way he was treating me. I think they don't know that they have a job because customers come and eat here their employer should do something about this idiot small kids that they hired that don't have respect for the customers

Ordered 3 times through the app over the past couple of weeks and they haven’t gotten my order correct once! Doubles are juniors, shakes aren’t correct, missing ketchup, drinks aren’t right, the list goes on. The ineptitude from this location is incredible and I can’t believe corporate/district hasn’t done anything yet. I don’t normally write reviews, but I hope this one gets traction and the employees responsible for such poor service are fired.

Consistently wrong orders. Completely missed fries online order. Got home realized, returned and was asked if I wanted them! Of course- you kidding? More workers talking than working, never fails slow to provide food, and can't get it right. Missing in all categories cost, accuracy/quality and speed. Good luck... multiple others with same issue in short period I was there.

Use to be a good place to get good food, but lately seems the crew is more worried about their personal appearance or talking to each other and finding ways to not do their job while they do their job. Don't get me wrong there are certain managers that are just trying to do their jobs right and be a good manager, and when I go in when they are working I rarely have issues with anything service or food. But some managers and crew members seem to make it their job to give you a bad experience regardless of how polite and accommodating you are to help get your order.

waited 15-20 minutes when the store wasn't busy at all. we were the only people in the lobby and only 1 car in the drive thru. when we finally got our food, the hash browns were cold, missing a whole patty on our burger, missing onions specifically asked for, missing both gravys, and didn't get the bacon we ordered which cost extra. food had obviously been sitting there before being brought to us and staff was just standing around on their phones. ridiculous.

Let me walk you through this from start to finish for an online order. Place order online, show up when online order shows to be ready. See my order sitting behind the register. I wait 10 minutes just to be told that was not my order. I get ignored for 35 more minutes while awkward panic is setting in with the poor girl at the front. I get asked a few questions, tell them again and again I believe that is my order. Then tell them exactly what I ordered and how much it cost since I already paid for it. Then get told that again that wasn't my order. Then wait another 10 minutes to get told that my order probably went to another store because it wasn't in their system. I go home, print out my receipt, drive back up to the store. Show them the receipt and wouldn't you know it, that bag behind the register was mine the whole time! So my order sat there for over an hour, all ice melted in the drinks, the food was cold as ice when I got it home and I got to make two trips for the order I placed over an hour ago. Then to make things better, I get the order home and my kids burgers were covered in mustard when requested plain and dry. I had a random chicken sandwich I never ordered, they forgot a side of French fries and a cookie. After I reheated the whole thing my kids said their food was nasty. The entire situation was extremely frustrating. What a wonderful way to ruin a nice family Friday night. I'm just in shock of the disorganization and miscommunication that happened. Unacceptable.

Worst service I have ever received at a Whataburger. After waiting a little after my curbside order should have been delivered I went inside to check on it thinking maybe they are busy and don’t have anyone to run it out. I wait for someone to come available to check on my order and they tell me it’s not ready. 10 minutes passes and nothing. I ask the cashier for manger and she looks around and goes to help another customer. After over 18 minutes of the order supposed to be ready someone finally comes to acknowledge me and says they cannot cancel or provide a refund and that someone must have picked it up. They then proceed to tell me I have to call or file a report for a refund. So not I leave with now food and Whataburger has my money for the order. Then to go and call customer service for a super unhelpful Mike to take my information and have no reference number for me to refer to showing that I called. Such a shame that I wasted an hour dealing with this and am out the money for the meal. I will never return to this Whataburger due to their lack of care or urgency about the issue. Honestly, after contacting support I’m not sure I want to give Whataburger any of my money. Yall be careful out there using the app. It’s not a convenience at all.

Dine-In Took 40 minutes to get a burger and fries. Once brought up to the staff they didn't apologize and appeared to just shrug and acted like they didn't care. Then the manager kept hiding behind the staff and not coming and talking to me or even to apologize. Talking about me to the staff while I was in hearing range. Once the front staff came to give me the order it was STILL missing fries. Worst experience I've had at a Whataburger. Unprofessional and Unorganized.

My family and I came here to eat today, and it really bothered us that the lady who helped us out was being rude and seem bothered by everything, she gave us attitude when ordering our food and when she came to our table to drop it off, she just placed it down with attitude almost as she threw it. When i asked for ketchup she just grabbed a hand full and threw them on the table. That's honestly so unprofessional of her to act that way. I understand if your busy or if you had a bad day but its not ok to treat others horrible just because you are having a shitty day.

The overnight shift is doing an awful job. Came through the drive through @ 1:12 am. The staff appearance is distasteful and make you not want to even order concerned of bad hand hygiene. Our food was served poorly executed and cold so I had to go back inside to ask for hot food, how about just give it free since your serving old stale food and don't come to work, quite... there are so many good working people for the replacement fire and rehire new staff

Honestly, the food was okay at best and the management team is awful. I've been to many Whataburger establishments, and this one really takes the cake for one of the worst. It took forever for me to get my food because management did not care. They don't care for their customers or their staff. Try your best not to go here.

Well my experience was bad, and the lady was mean and rude she was a manager at night , through the drive through .I order a number 4 with just monterrey jack cheese and jalapeños, she muttered in a rude attitude this order is complicated , and she just was rude period, after getting home I noticed they put way too much jalapeños, and squashed my burger :( . So yes I'm very dissatisfied with this whataburger and no ill take the longer drive and go to a different one . Also very stingy on fries.

The food was great up until I found spit in my food, and also the fries were extremely great though only redeemable feature that is why I put a two star. The lady in the drivethru was really rude and she had blonde hair with some color and she was really rude and basically yelling at me in my car and also got my order wrong. Overall the customer support was not it and also the food was decent as the burger had a lob of spit in it.

I frequent this place a lot but the last two times I’ve been very disappointed. My food was cold. The fries were not fresh. There appeared to be plenty staff working but most were too busy horsing around cutting up. While eating I watched employees give drinks and food to their friends and visit with them, cussing and just acting obnoxious. The dinning room needed to be cleaned. The fountain area was sticky and trash needed to be taken out. If there was a manager on the clock he/she was definitely not doing their job very well. Half of the staff should have sent home. They were useless.

I didn't get to eat. I showed up at 10:40. Waited in line for breakfast. Finally pulled up at 11:01 and they wouldnt serve me the literal only thing I like on their menu. Then I was trapped in their line of hell that never moves for 45 more minutes before I could leave. Don't waste your time in the drive through. You will regret it.

the food is consistently bad here. i tried on different occasions just to be sure that i don’t judge based on a bad day but it has been years since i received a hot meal from this location. everything comes out warm or cold. fries stale. onion rings soggy. i didn’t think this was even possible but my dr. pepper was even bad! like it had been sitting there. it was watered down, flat and my cup wasn’t even full. i will not be back and i really want everybody else to stop going too so they can shut the whole place down because clearly no one in there cares and hasn’t cared for at least 3 years now. please spend your money elsewhere! the pat booker location isn’t that far from here, your money is better spent there.

Horrible! Got our food and drove home only to be missing a sandwich. Called and said they would redo order...however, got there and received missing sandwich...offered to large the order and offered a shake or brownie...asked about compensating for hardship to drive back to pick up order and that was all they could offer...Good Customer Service should have either given the entire order or sandwich free! Come on...after looking at other reviews...looks like they miss out on orders often. This was our dinner and it surely shotchanged our time and took the enjoyment of looking forward to a Whataburger meal...you can do better with customer satisfaction!

I got off work too late to cook so I was tired and decided to bring home some fast food. I went thru drive thru. They were clear and knowledgeable and read my order back to me. However at the windows the food came out in a decent amount of time but the fries had been sitting under the heat lamp. It was around 6 or 7 pm so I didn't trip. Admittedly, I didnt check the food before I drove off. When I made it home my apple pie and and an order of French fries were missing. I called the store asked for a manager and gave the my ticket number and told them what was missing from my drive thru order and asked if they could refund my card for those two items. The manager told me that she couldn't break that out and would have to refund the whole ticket. She told me that I would have to come back up there so that she could give me those items. I was very agitated to have to spend my time and fuel to do something again that wasn't done properly the first time. So for the sake of my time and fuel I let them keep my fries and pie. I charged it to the game as we Gen Xers like to say. At the end of the day the manager was not a leader she came across to me to be flustered and out of her depth. She seem relieved that I was willing to get off the phone. I can't get away with that at my job and that is the hard earned money that I used to pay for items that I never received and that is Un-American.

Ordered online with my gift card during break and came to this location. As soon as I pull up to drive thru line, they tell me system is down at window and canceled my order. We'll now I'm late going back to work cause they told me to try to reorder and system kept on failing. Wasted gas and possibly a write up. Thanks you for the inconvenience

Sandwhich was cold as I opened it to eat on my way out the to go area. Employee seems to rush away before finishing my question if we had both spicy ketchup and regular ketchup. She heard cause after being like 4 far away from us she said yes , and there was only 1 spicy ketchup for 2 meals. They need to slow down, not pre spicy cook chicken Sandwhiches , and maybe try not to do a chick fil a style drive thru with inexperience employees .

I’m honestly disappointed and frustrated with our recent visit to Whataburger. First, the staff gave our order to another customer. That should’ve been the first red flag. When we finally did get our food, they forgot to include the fries — which were specifically for my daughter. She’s the whole reason we go to Whataburger in the first place, because she loves the fries. So we went back to ask for the missing fries, and when we got them… they were a complete joke. Burnt, stale, and clearly sitting out for hours. I’ve attached a photo so you can see what they thought was acceptable to serve. Honestly, it looked like the bottom of the fry bin scraped together at the end of the night. I expect better. This experience was unacceptable and really ruined the night for us. If this is how service and food quality are now, we won’t be coming back.

I ordered an order through the drive through on the whataburger app for work and they tell me I have to come inside for that. I can’t leave my vehicle, THATS WHY I ORDERED IT THROUGH THE DRIVE THRU. You know I used to enjoy your food when I was a young girl back in the 80’s but now your food is TRASH! Disgusting to say the least! Thank God that In n Out us now in Texas! The lettuce is far from being fresh and the bun was moist from the lettuce and drenched in sauce! I also didn’t appreciate getting the end slice of the tomato. What a pitiful little slice of tomato.

The girl at the counter was great! The food was not. They really just threw everything in the burger. Cheese not melted, all of the pickles stacked in the middle, 3 or 4 onions, and barely any lettuce. Way too much mustard. People do not spend their hard-earned money to get carelessly thrown together food. 😒 2nd visit, why can this location nit serve hit complete food!?! This food cost too much to be half-a**ed! Cheese not melted AGAIN, I got 3/4 of a burger, that looks partially eaten. Not going back here for Sure! I'm kind of scared to eat the burger! Did someone else already start on it?
