Eggs 'n Things Simi Valley Reviews
This location is so cool bc it's 1/2 Auntie Anne's & the other 1/2 is Jamba Juice! They even have combo options where you can get your choice of a small smoothie & your choice of Pretzel product! Love it so much! Can't wait to visit again the next time I am passing through.
Auntie Anne's Pretzel 🥨 "Logix" & (ROBIX + 🤖🐕) BOOM BOOM 💥💥 ain't it great to be crazy! Will you accept this 🌹💎 Rose, Diamond? Sure why not. Princess Anne.
Super nice, great service! They kindly asked if we would like to wait a few minutes for fresh pretzels to come out of the oven. We chose to wait and it definitely didn’t disappoint! We bought one each for my little family (4 of us). Wished we would’ve bought more as we were traveling back home from Morro Bay. Can’t wait to go back and visit again! :)
We always look forward coming to Auntie Anne’s when we come to town!! Thanks to Lee for the great service!! Highly recommend the cinnamon bites, that’s our favorite 😋 thanks Lee!
Shout out to the best pretzel maker in the world. My tastebuds are jumping all around going crazy for more pretzel. They say go crazy for coco puffs, but I say go crazy for pretzels made by Riley Jones!!!!! Get in the zone for pretzels made by Riley Jones!!! Get them while you can…
Delicious pretzel bites. The cinnamon ones are my fav and they give you a good amount for an okay price! Delicious slush and water!
Great food and service, Lee is an excellent worker who is very polite with great customer service and his boss should definitely give him a raise!
Great pretzels and there is a Jamba juice in the same place! Two great treats in one!
Great place if you want good pretzels and Jamba juice is right next to it for a good smoothie as well.

My son and I stopped for a Jamba juice It was delicious We didn't get the pretzels this time but last time they were excellent also
Typically I never order food 30 mins before close because as a food service worker I get it but after having a rough day and driving to get a comfort snack and having google say they’re open but in person they closed early is frustrating. Staff wasn’t rude but it just sucks
When you can arrive at the sweet spot of hours open which no one ever knows here, the pretzels are consistently burnt/overdone. The texture is dry, not buttery or “soft”. Perhaps needing some better training. The beauty of chains is supposed to be a consistent product that patrons have come to know and expect. Sadly, not always the case at this location. However, employees are often polite and friendly.
When this place first opened and up until last year sometime, this place was great. No complaints whatsoever. Unfortunately, now the pretzels are always burnt and the cinnamon ones hardly have any coating. Today, I had asked for the pepperoni pretzel, and I specifically asked for one that isn't burned because the ones I saw in the heater were burned. The girl gave me the one underneath as it seemed to be less burnt. Once I arrived to my destination, I dove in to start eating and quickly noticed the under side was horribly burnt. What a disappointment. My daughter's salted pretzel was burnt on the underside as well. Can you please get employees in there who take pride in their work? Sincerely, a pretzel lover.
Hours are 10am-6pm. Stopped in to get a pretzel at 5:20 pm and was told they start cleaning and stop making pretzels at 5:15 pm so they can leave at 6:00 pm. Their should be service until 6:00 pm and then cleaning should start. Change your closing hour to 5 pm or put up a sign, no more pretzels will be made fresh after 5:15. Two stars because the pretzels are delicious.
There was no other customers in store and there was 4 employees in store it still took 15 minutes to get part of our order and they still forgot our drinks and they didnt believe us and was pretty rude and we should our receipts and tooks another 15 minutes to get our drinks.

Waited 20 minutes, no one ever acknowledge me and all 3 pretzels in my order looked like this. Super disappointed.

The rudest staff I’ve come across in a long time. I was patiently waiting in the line for a while as they are very slow taking orders. That’s fine though, not a biggy. Once I got there, I was barely greeted by a woman who clearly didn’t want to be there and annoyed that she had customers. She walked off when I was in the middle of ordering without saying a word. Then after all that waiting and “pleasantry”, it turned out they were out of pretzels… I ordered a crazy amount of 2. Waste of time and energy. The bathroom wasn’t the cleanest. The trash can was overflowing at 10.30 am, which clearly means it wasn’t emptied since the day before. Left very dissatisfied. Thankfully, we’ve found a lovely cafe near by, with the sweetest staff and delicious food and beverages.
I love Aunt Anne's and was to happy to see them come to the North County...! However the longer they've been open, the worse it's gotten: The customer service has deteriorated, menu options have disappeared (sour cream & onion powder! Etc.) and the fact that you have to wait 20 minutes for many order items to be made! We used to go weekly, but all of this continuing to go down hill has been enough for us to worry about never going back.
multiple times i have driven twenty minutes to this location excited to get pretzels. every single time i have gone they are either closed early or already have everything put away by 5 pm when closing hours are 6?? i’ve also tried calling so many times and never gotten an answer.
This is the second time I stop by later in the afternoon. They always close before 6pm even tho their website and store hours says 6:30pm. Employees just try to leave early. They should hire staff who are willing to work and give the best client service.
I was hoping to get the pretzels that I used to get in the malls down south. evidently there must be a massive cinnamon and sugar shortage here because these pretzels just barely had a light dusting.
