Just a few years ago. This was the worst burger king around. It was terrible. And they have completely turned it around. The staff is friendly. Super clean order is always spot on. Hot fresh. Way to turn it around. Glad to see you got it straightened out.

This is probably the Burger King I have been to the most. Every time my family and I go camping somewhere like Camanche Lake or Pardee, we always stop at this Burger King. The last time we went, (about 4 days ago while writing this) they had a bunch on crowns. And when I say a bunch, I mean a bunch. The workers there are also very nice. I would recommend visiting this Burger King if you are going past it!

Small town. I think what makes this burger king special is they have gotten lucky enough to have a good cook. It's important in a small town to make sure food is always the way it's supposed to be made. Never s soggy fry or cold burger

Went through the drive thru, average wait times. Food was great. The onion rings were very fresh and delicious and the burger was very good.

It's getting much better. Love the food , just needs to pic up the pace in drive thru. I've got faith in them though.

We received fast food fast. Nice onion rings and chicken nuggets the bacon cheeseburger is good but all food needs to be eaten as soon as purchased. Because when you drive home with the food it never taste the same.

It's a fast food place. This place is good. It's all about location and the people who care about the customers. Better than some worse than the rest.

At this location, we were picking up dinner before heading to Lake Amador. The cheesy tots were luke warm, and the fries were also luke warm. We had a couple of hard fries with our order. It appeared that the staff was short-handed, and the person taking our order was possibly a recent hire.

First of all this place is hardly open it's a hit and miss and they have a young hispanic male that has a big o attitude on his shoulders when you go in there it hasn't been once but it's been every time that we've gone in I think Burger King needs to talk to their workers about their attitude I enjoy the food there most of the time

So we stopped in being the 1st place we saw leaving Plymouth. I'll begin by saying, I love bk always have. Honestly for how long we waited in the drive thru I expected fresh food. my burger was just way over done and inedible and my onion rings were also over cooked and didnt eat them either, We ordered a small side of fries and they didnt have any salt. If it wasn't such a good day I would have turned around to get my money back. Unfortunately I wont be returning here ill goto raleys deli or wait a few minutes to get to Sacramento

Honestly this burger king is the only fast food place in the area, and that's THE only reason they're still in business. Recently a friend took me to a different location and wow what a difference. If you like your hamburgers put in the microwave then this place is for you.

Fries weren't so good ,not quite cold . Stopped again today fish sand was ok but lettuce was wilted and soft . It's the only fast food there so I guess you make money anyway. Won't stop again there's a belair store bet they have a deli.

Note to self (and those passing through): only get a soda and fries here. The burgers are not worth it.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. The whole place is disgusting. The store part, the eating area. Lets not even mention that bathroom. I'd have rather used an Andy Gump!! Which I have been in cleaner gumps. Enter the building and the smell, I chose not to order the fountain drink I wanted.

Probably not coming back. I wasn't aware there was a drive thru so I came inside. Made my food wrong and then made 3 orders instead of just remaking my food. The workers ignored everyone in the lobby. Terrible customer service.

Poor management manager put both his hands across my burger and pressed down before wrapping I asked him where is gloves are he replies he washed his hands but I watched him walking around beforehand simply a liar the cook had gloves why not the manager I wanted it remade and the other manager came out and refused and gave my money back so it either you take the food made with unsafe health practices or they don't serve you the manager gave me the store personal number when I asked for a complaint line like I'm some idiot going to complain to the person who did it.

I've never had so many issues at a fast food as I have this one but that's also because I would usually stop going but before the taco bell it was the only option it's very odd though I've dealt with so many different people how are so many so bad / negative very odd

Staff was super rude. They didn't greet us. They didn't have any sort of service with a smile. I tried saying "hello there" but they didn't respond and sort of stood in a pod. I ran my mom's burger to her out in the car. I come back in and they're back in their pod gossiping about us. They completely lacked that customer connection that should be in any customer service industry. Seriously, if you don't like your job, then find a new one and make room for the polite people.

This BK is by far the worst I have ever been to. The lady working the counter was extremely rude. After we waited 5 minutes to order she had an attitude even tho we could see the 2 employees were busy, this day and age I completely understand. Still worst service out of any BK

This Rancho Murieta location has ALWAYS been slow to serve. And again today they messed up drive thru order, also very common. It's only gotten worse with a Taco Bell near by, and a BelAir market with a hot food court. AVOID THIS PLACE.

On the hours of operation on here it says from 6am-11pm. But yet when I went to the drive thru the workers told me that they close at 9pm?. I’ve never seen a Burger King close that early. Don’t waste your time going to this place. Just buy something on the go in the gas station instead.

I live near this BK, and go here occasionally because it is the only drive thru for ten miles. Of I had a single other choice, I would never give them a dime. They are the slowest "fast food" establishment I have been in. They have poor customer service and poor food quality. Their ice cream machine has been out of order for 2 months. The final straw was when I went there today to find the drive thru was closed. I went inside to order a burger, and was told they are all out of any meat products. Why are they even open? The only reason they treat their customers so poorly is a lack of competition.

Ordered a red icee and got a disgusting red drink instead. I don’t know what this drink is but it truly is disgusting and too syrupy. Originally they didn’t even give me the icee in the drive thru so I had to go inside and tell them I didn’t get it, and yet they still didn’t give me an icee. I love burger king but I do think this burger king needs to up their game.

I went to get some french fries. I got to the window and felt the french fries, they weren’t hot. I asked the man the young man at the window is it fresh they aren’t hot He insisted that they were fresh , but they were bagged up at the window ( I literally ordered and drove to the window’). I didn’t get a receipt I didn’t get a smile I didn’t get his thank you’s just told I was wrong. I won’t go there again

If you don’t have the item you should take the advertising down. Every time I stop by this Burger King on my way to Sacramento you’re out of something. So once again I go through the drive-through and get nothing.

I had my wife placing an order for me over the phone,told the women at the counter that a call was made. Women refused to pick up the phone even though she could hear the name of the caller on the load speaker from their phone. After being ignored I asked the women to answer but she was too lazy. Left without food and will not return

The cashier purposely short changed me she typed it in as though i paid exact change when actually i gave her a twenty and my being in such a rush to hospital i didn't think to check my change, she shorted me ten dollars when i called they of course said the drawer wasnt short well of course it wasnt she robbed me . Make sure you count your change they have thieves working there .

I was filling up my gas pretty late one night when I saw two health inspectors come out of Burger King. I over heard one of them saying how disgusting it was and the other saying that they were "finished". It's still open but I think I'm going to continue to avoid eating there...

They constantly mess up my order, never give me receipts. And tell me that they don't serve beef, at a hamburger joint. Lost a customer for life, telling all of my friends and family to not go there EVER. Also the last two time I've have eaten there I have gotten food poisoning

I usually enjoy this place but today was bad. We waited in the carpool line for 5 minutes without moving. Fortunately, nobody came behind me and I was able to back out of the line. I then parked and walked in to see 1 employee working and I was not helped. Yikes!!!! I walked out. Not good!!

I got a bacon melt with onion and no sauce instead . I was with my 5 year old granddaughter and she knew what I said and ordered . I asked for the right sandwich and said I could wait no problem . I was told they would not remake my burger because they said that’s what I ordered and would not replace it . Really ? I said WOW !!! And walked out . What happened to customer service I was absolutely nice when I came in and the guy working was just not in it to do what you’re paid to do make your customers happy . My order was a bacon king sandwich only no sauce no onion and a large drink . Easy small order . I left the store upset and will not return to the at location again .

For being in a nice town you would think the owner would step up the staffing considering it's independently owned. Not good service at all.

My mother takes my children to have lunch, I live an hour from my mother, so whenever she can and with great effort she takes my children to lunch and spend a special moment with my children. She lives from her retirement, therefore she makes a great sacrifice... She ordered chicken nuggets, and they gave her a combo for children... My children who asked for hamburgers, they only got chicken nuggets, they didn't give them the fries, and the soft drinks only gave them two, without ice. My mother also ordered a combo of hamburgers (2) for my father and they only gave him one with burnt meat, no cheese, no lettuce. The order was for $70.00 and the lady who placed the order did not give my mother a receipt, according to what she said, the machine was not printing receipts. When my Mom realized the errors in the order she went back and told them her order was not right, and the same girl who took the order told her to come back the next day and that she would give her credit for what happened. The next day she came back and they told her that my mother was making everything up, that that girl did NOT work there and that they would not give her anything without a receipt. BurgerKing please do a better job of hiring competent people who do their jobs and who love to treat customers with respect and dignity, who don't steal money from customers in such a sly and brazen way. This happened at the Burger King in Rancho Murieta.
