Laredo Taco Company

Advertised as opened at 5am. At 5:40am, still nothing was set out and the workers were all over the place scrambling after almost an hour of supposedly already being open.

I felt the food was good. But I clearly watched other people handed their tacos to go pay, then make me go pay before handing me the tacos I ordered. I’m insulted. Either make the policy for everyone or don’t do it.

The food is decent but when you get a toco there not filled you get barley a half a scoop its mostly tortilla then anything this store has went down so bad i wont eat there no more

Ok this is my 3rd time here first time tacos were as advertised 2.69$ was good. 2nd 3rd last time wheres just a meat taco everything is beans, and or potatoes. The pork was so fatty last time I said one more try . 3.29 for a reg taco no cheese etc. Far too overpriced what happened?? Gotta find a place for regular street taco? This isn't it.

Ordered bacon potato and egg tacos. They just did potatoes and eggs. I believe this place is just a waste of space as they can't get any order correct. This location is always a letdown. Save your money.

I ordered 6 tacos. 3 Potato egg with 2 slices of bacon. 2 of the 3 had no potatoes. 1 had a tiny piece of potato in it. So I went back up there because this ISNT the first time this has happened. Told them about it. This woman is going tell me "there's the potato right there" I said "show me." She showed me that little cube of potato. I told her that this isn't ok. And she goes "I'll remake them this time but next time it'll cost extra for potatoes" Thing is I'm not coming back here. This location always messes up orders and will try to charge you extra for their mistakes. They don't know how we make tacos in Texas. They will rip you off. If you eat here, check your orders before leaving or you will be disappointed.

Brought to the attention of the worker and she was very apologetic. But when the manager came that is when things changed. I asked for a replacement tacos with meat but she told me I had to be charged extra for a replacement because they were out of breakfast tacos and it wasn't even 10a yet. Very horrible customer service.

The lady working the counter let some guy cut in line ahead of us and I know she saw us waiting in line for over 5 minutes which was frustrating. Overall, not a great experience. I won’t be going here again plenty of other options in the area by the way

Then asked a guy who walked up behind me if he was ready to order ignored the fact I was there first. I’ve ordered a breakfast taco from them every morning for two years. They won’t get anymore of my money. It’s clear they prefer to help customers that look like them and speak the same language as them. Lost my business won’t ever go back.
