Best place around for chinese food. Very nice people.
Food is delicious and staff are extremely sweet
Pleasant people, good never disappoints, their daughter is a gem. Have eaten must things on their menu. Much better than buffet in town.
I have ordered take out from this Chinese place and many other area places and the Panda House has excellent service and the staff are always very kind and super friendly!! The food has always been HOT and DELICIOUS!
More than a local takeout joint, this sweet little family restaurant serves helpings of friendly service along with delectable food in great portions! When that hankering starts...look no further than Panda House 💜
Best Chinese food hands down in WNY, and the owners are extremely polite, I was headed home from the city and called ahead, they stayed open an extra 15 min so I could stop and get food, I've never been to another restaurant that was willing to go out of their way to help out a customer
Yum! The owner is soooooo friendly and has excellent customer service. We love the Crab Rangoon and Egg rolls especially.
Food is great. Owned by local family. Service can't be beat! Only Chinese I will get in springville.
The food was great, nice and hot. Sat and ate inside on a snowy day in January. The chicken lol mein was piping hot and the egg roll was crunchy
I love this place!! Always excellent food, super friendly staff, I eat here weekly because it's just soooo good!!
Owners were so friendly and pleasant! Food was delish and the prices are super fair....will def go back!
Best Chinese food around. Food is fabulous and customer service provided by Susan and her husband Jimmy make it obvious how much they honestly care about their customers
Great people so nice and polite!! Food is GREAT everytime! Wish they would run Chinese buffet.
Literally the nicest people!! Their food is absolutely amazing too! Best place for Chinese food in Springville! :)
Always friendly the food is always perfect and the price is fair and reasonable for portion sizes!!! I love this place!!!!
🐼 Panda House has some of the best Chinese Food I’ve ever eaten and the people who work there are super nice. I highly recommend. 🥡🥢
I drive all over new York state all day, these people were willing to stay open for me when I called, I dont have the luxery of time to find food some days, they waited for me to arrive then cooled the food infront of me so I knew it was fresh, 0 complaints
Always a pleasant lunch when order from here.
Great food (general tso, crab rangoons, wonton soup), good prices, and excellent service (the family is so sweet - and efficient!!)
Best Crab Rangoon ever! I cannot find a place that compares! Fast & friendly service every time, piping hot!
Always amazing food and at a good price. My favorite place to eat.
Great food a little hard to understand each other but it's ok the food is worth every bit
Really delicious food, great proportions, and prices you really cant beat. And the workers are so nice, plus its family owned. Highly recommended!
Awesome food! Their lunch is really good and you get a good sized lunch with a drink or soup for between $5 and $8. The sesame chicken is so good!
I've been getting my food from here now for 3 years, and it's the best Chinese spot in Springville, the food is always fresh and tastes amazing! Also the portions are big enough to share with the family, the owners are super friendly and treat you like family! If your looking for Chinese food and your in the area I highly recommend you go to panda house you won't regret it!
Regarding the one or two bad reviews. The reviewers must have had a bad day, because every time we have gotten food here, it was great. Menus are available at the counter, and the owners are friendly folks who serve up good food, large portions and fairly priced. In fact, as soon as I finish the review here, I'm gonna call in an order for dinner!
I live in Arcade but drive 20 mins out to this Chinese restaurant instead because the quality is that much better. We usually get rice, lo mean, crab Rangoon, and general tso's. Everything always looks and tastes fresh and has good portions. The lady at the front desk is always pleasant and has a nice conversation with me as well. Would recommend to anyone.
You can't go wrong with this place. The waitress is very friendly and always engages with us in polite conversation. Not only does the food taste great (the shrimp mei fun is my usual), but it's always freshly made and delivered hot. Definitely the best Chinese restaurant in the area.
The owners genuinely care about the people they're making food for. It's fresh and fantastic every time we go!
Owners are fantastic. FOOD is phenomenal, will definitely return.. Although some side dishes are a little pricey also should have a choice of sizes, overall everything is fantastic.
Food is as good as it gets for Chinese takeout. Where they really earn five stars is in their service. The woman who runs this restaurant is extremely friendly and appears to love her job. Makes it a pleasure ordering on the phone or over the counter interactions
This small family owned Restaurant in Springville NY, is Amazing!!!! 10 out of 10 Better tasting food then many other places I’ve tried This is how the cuisine SHOULD TASTE SUPER FLAVORFUL! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Very great! It's our go-to for Chinese food, all the dishes I've had are very good (fried dumplings on the side is delicious). If you're looking for great tasting chinese food, look no further.
Food is always hot, fresh, tastes & good potions. Chicken & meat are always large pieces, tender & never dry.Verggies always cooled just right. Service is fast & friendly. Definitely worth returning for.
What a happy accident. We'd been on the road for days and tired of fast food, we found Panda House. The food was delicious and the owner came out and chatted with us. Highly recommend.
I’ve been getting Chinese from here since I was a kid! This place has the best chicken and broccoli and crab Rangoons ever! Woman who checked me out was so nice and welcoming it made my day!
They welcomed me like family when I never been there before.and the food is always amazing. Btw I live in East Aurora right next to a Chinese restaurant. And drive 30 min just for this place.
COME HERE. Most of the time when you go to chinese you compromise the fact it will be fresh..not the case here! It is fresh and made infront of you!Do not waste your money on that king buffet in town, the food is old greasy , and poor quality as well as the workers who lie. Panda house is the most authentic best Chinese I have ever had and it is so cool that you see it being made upfront of you. Real chicken! BEST GENERAL TSOS CHICKEN AND BEST CRAB RANGOON .New favorite ! Very sweet family who works here as well
We love it here! Food is always consistent and really good!
Always very good food - better than most Chinese food restaurants.
Best Chinese food I've had in a while, better than what I get in Buffalo for sure. The old TV and decor took me back to when I was 5. Will be back.
My husband and I came here on our way to family’s house and didn't know they were cash only, didn't bring enough cash for the order. The owner was nice as could be and said just come back with it later. On our way home, we stopped to give her the rest of what we owed and she was SO thankful!! Even said "I wouldn't have cared if you came back or not!" And gave us a package of almond cookies on the house (which were VERY tasty). Caring people, awesome food. 10/10
It's good Chinese food. It's what you expect to get when someone tells you a Chinese restaurant in America is good.
The food was great, but I got a hug from the owner after three minutes of conversation. Good people.
Absolutely wonderful!! The owner is super sweet and kind, and the food is incredible! The crab rangoons are full, and the meats are velvety and big! A perfect little hole in the wall Chinese restaurant that will fill your stomach and your heart. Also, the almond cookies are worth the $1.25 🩷🩷🩷 10/10 Will always come again^_^
My wife and I occasionally order takeout from here. The food is the best we’ve had. It is a little pricey, but we like to support the local family owned restaurant. The woman who is always working when we go in is so kind, cheerful and wonderful.
Best sweet and sour chicken I've ever had. Huge pieces of white meat. Delish. Lady at counter is so sweet and bubbly. We often order chicken with garlic sauce or shrimp and broccoli. All very good.
Great food. Very friendly and caring staff that make you feel welcome.
Loved the food! Best crab Rangoon ever! But the place looks like a hole.
Good food. White Rice is amazing. The dumplings are very good too.
Great food and for the price you get a lot!
Great food served quickly with very friendly service!
The friendliest Chinese people i ever met. Authentic Chinese food. Really enjoyed the tofu dish. I would recommend take-out
I think the quality is probably better than the buffet in town. Freshly cooked stuff just tastes better. They're cash only, though. I stopped in a while ago without calling ahead and my sweet & sour chicken combo was done pretty quickly.
Food is usually good....the owner is friendly. Keep in mind it's cash only and large sizes for takeout. The building looks nice since it was painted. I think it could use some updating inside too.
Sweet-n-Sour chicken and Chicken with mixed vegetables were very good. The egg rolls not so much. A little pricey. Very friendly. Cash only. No menu available.
Good big portions of food. And got a hug from the owner. Very nice lady.
Little hole in the wall Chinese restaurant that may have changed names several times, but most of the food taste has not. Lo mein tasted of my childhood, and the General Tso's did not disappoint. Only wish the Egg Roll was as good as I remember, and I'd have given it 5 stars.
THIER FOOD IS THE BEST YOU CAN BUY STATESIDE BUT IF I WANT TRUE ETHNIC CHINESE FOOD I STII TURN TO HAPPY JACKS IN ONTARIO CANADA
Was going to rate this 4 stars, as it is a decent local Chinese restaurant, however the extremely friendly staff bumped this up to 5 stars. EDIT - Updated from 5 to 3 stars, as both the tastes and the staff seem to have changed.
Average American Chinese food. Fine when you don't feel like making dinner. Orange bed is too sweet and not spicy enough in my opinion. But again it's fine.
Was going to dine in but there was no air conditioning. It was so hot.The people were great. The food was fantastic. They just need to get air in that backroom. We ended up going to so not all the park and had a picnic
The food was delicious. The meat portions wertr much smaller than other places. The price is a bit high compared to other similar local chinese places. Upside: the crab rangoon comes with 10 pieces instead of 8 like many others. The people who work there are exceptionally friendly and nice.
Way too expensive for the same food you can get at any Chinese restaurant. Very friendly staff though
Without fail every time I've ordered a small meal they give you a large or family meal and expect you to pay for it. They ignore every verbal request to correct this. It is clearly on purpose.
Asked for sesame chicken and fried rice and she rang up both separate for $20. And I wanted the combination with the egg roll for $10 and NO communication, I won't be back!!👎
don't get me wrong. the general sous was great. but the lomein had more onions in it then lomein noodles. talk about expensive. a large general sous and a large shrimp lo mein cost me $36. absolutely ridiculous
10/29/23 FOOD ITEM: SPRING ROLL Inquired as to whether the item was “homemade” Or “store bought”. I was emphatically told that the spring roll was “homemade”, they made rh by “hand.” Their spring rolls are store bought. Homemade uses a full portion of ONLY packed / stuffed skins of shredded cabbage and carrots, with authentic seasoning. Store bought products are primarily seasoned, starch mush, with remnants of cabbage and carrots- these are always the same from restaurant to restaurant , if these are used. Homemade are unique in that, each restaurant has their own flavor of seasonings, 100% egg roll/spring roll cabbage filling. Store bought products are the same as the rolls found in Dollar Tree stores- mush based filling. TO BE TRUTHFUL IS BEST.
Did not like the attitude of the owners. Were very mean and rude. Could not look at a menu and paid almost $30.00 for 2 very small portions. The food was bland and plain no flavor at all. Would not recommend this place for good quality Chinese food. Its'a dive bar and not really a good place to eat. Very poor quality good tasting food for the price. Will not be returning.
I love Chinese food and have driven past this place for a couple of years now without stopping in. It was very expensive and the food was very bland. I got General Tso's chicken and sesame chicken but couldn't taste the difference. The only thing I could see is the sesame chicken had sesame sprinkled over the top. The fried rice tasted like a bag of frozen fried rice from walmart. I'll never go back there again instead I'll just go to the Chinese buffet on Cascade Drive.
We got there at 257 pm she was on phone. Was told couldn't get the lunch it was only till 3pm. Very very rude. Place was very dirty. Ordered combination plates, very skimpy. Food tast was good. Won't be back
I’ve eaten at Panda House a few times and the food itself has been fine, but the pricing has honestly been frustrating. I’ve ordered the exact same meal three different times and paid three completely different prices. I understand prices go up with inflation — that’s normal — but this feels different. The total seems to change pretty often, even within the same month. Another thing that makes it confusing is that I usually don’t get an itemized receipt, so there’s no real way to see how the total was calculated. That makes it hard to know what’s going on or why the price keeps changing. I’m not trying to bash the place — I just think clearer, consistent pricing and giving customers receipts would make a big difference.
I no like you, you no good she say. Like wife she say. Get our food, annnnd everyones sick. Nope. Never again. Lmao ill go to Olean. Or the city. Where things have to be legit.
Depressing. Disappointing! Don’t waste your time/money! This place had barely three light bulbs installed to illuminate the dining area/cashier. Walls have faded old paint too. It felt like a scene out of a horror movie. MENU IS MISLEADING AND NOT UP TO DATE. Placed a takeout order and was told “everything one size” but was not given a receipt. Our total did not reflect what was shown on online menu! Food was super greasy too from sweet sour chicken to the lo mein with barely any spice. Do not recommend this place to my worst enemy.
They over charge you for food. You ask for the lunch special during lunch then they give you full meal and charge for it. They knew about this and would not fix it. Disappointed and never again. That's not how you run a business.
We ordered 3 combo meals and rice. We were told on the phone, when we specifically asked how much, $56. My daughter got there to pick it up and was told $67 dollars. This is outrageous. I used to love going there, but never again
I've only ever ordered takeout here and it's decent. Not the best. If you only ever eaten Chinese food in a rural environment maybe it's good for you but if you eaten in cities and anywhere else this place is mediocre at best and the foods are insanely overpriced. I ordered once and said how the hell do these 3 items cost $40 and then i forgot and came here again and only ordered because my wife had a craving but i would never spend more than $15 in any other location for what i ordered last and was 25 ish dollars. The people are nice but if you are ordering food here you are contributing directly to their wealth. This is a rip off. If you think the following pictures are worth $24 you're smoking cr**k
