Great place and great food. Not to busy when we went. Plenty of seating and even outdoor seating near some horses.

We’re two French tourists who stumbled upon this diner by chance, and it turned out to be such a wonderful surprise! The food was delicious, and we had a fantastic evening chatting with some friendly locals. Highly recommend this spot!

A trendy 90s vibe with friendly service. We needed to be in and out and the place did not disappoint; serving us quickly while also ensuring we got what we need. A kid’s friendly spot with convenient but limited parking in front. There’s indoor and outdoor seating available.

Want to step back into the 50s and 60s you'll love this place. Lots of nostalgia and memories. Besides great atmosphere the Road house has a great outdoor area. Today they were having a concert and party. Big safe area for kids, nice lawn and ponds. As for food, I had a mushroom burger with potato salad. It was on a great kind of spiral bun very juicy...Chris had the philly cheese and there was no leftovers. There was 11 of us and everyone loved their lunch. Service was great waitress efficient and friendly. They have a great bar (have a DD if your gonna drink). We were all on motorcycles and were good little boys and girls. Its a great motorcycle ride to knight ferry. Take the back roads and enjoy the scenery. Hang out in knight ferry. We took the long way home through Ione and Jackson Hwy. Great day and we'll be back

The atmosphere of fifties Roadhouse is exceptionally well done. They do have live music on certain nights of call ahead parking but not too bad. But the service is what gives it a Server Rachel had multiple tables and handled very well. Definitely worth the visit on your way to Yosemite or just visiting the town of Knights Ferry.

We ate lunch enroute to San Francisco coming from Yosemite. The food was delicious and nutritious and the service was excellent! Good value for money!

A small gem well-hidden just off the highway 120. Probably best fried-chicken I ever had. Very friendly staff and excellent (by American standards) coffee.

Love stopping here for a meal either on my way up the mountain or coming back. Service and food is great. American style food from hamburgers to fish n chips. Seating is comfortable and I have never waited long for a meal. I enjoyed the 50's themed decor and layout. Good place for a great meal!

With this on the plate and that great view outside with horses walking around, what else is there to say?!? I just randomly stopped by to get some food. Was it perfect? If I am to nitpick, the food was a bit on the cold side and the burger was a bit well done, but I still enjoyed the food, the smiling service and the view was indeed very relaxing! I would happily stop by again if I happen to pass by!

Relatively light on the 50’S motif inside. Friendly service d good food. Orders come pretty quick after you order.

Amazing food , service was great . However the environment was a little noisy at 8 pm as there is no separation between bar and dinning causing a loud atmosphere.

A cute little restaurant heading up to Sonora. Decent food. Waitress was very nice. Could have checked on drinks more. Nothing to get excited over but if we're in the area would stop by again.

Great little place. The food is good. This has become one of our favorite pit stops when riding our motorcycles. The staff is very Friendly. There is also an outdoor eating area. They have horses that will come right up to you. A Llama and also a koi pound

Traditional burger/sandwich 50's dinner. Not as retro inspired as you'd expect for the name. The burgers looked good. The bun was soft, the produce was fresh, but the burger patty was overcooked & had ZERO flavor even after adding salt, pepper, & ketchup. The fries were mediocre (not fried, maybe under baked if I guessed.) It gets VERY LOUD here with people talking over everyone at the same time. Appears to be a hangout spot for motorcyclist/bikers. Staff was attentive and served fairly quickly for a Saturday lunch. They have a fully stocked bar. Not much parking, but it was the weekend and only place around serving food.

It's sad that you have to pay $17.00 for a sandwich you can make better at home. I got pastrami on sour dough but it was grizzly and boring. Togos is much better. My husband got Philly cheese steak and the meat was dry, over-cooked, and tasted bland. I ate here years ago but had a cheese burger and that's probably what I should have ordered. The chocolate malt, however was delicious! So I think for what you get too expensive for boring, normal sandwiches. Nothing special about the food.

This place has been here forever! The food is ok, definitely not healthy. I usually stop in for a drink. They have a good selection of adult beverages. Today, I had a beer and some fried zucchini. The historical landmarks nearby are very interesting, and the green rolling hills this time of year is gorgeous!

1st time going there while visiting my sister in law, she was so excited to take us there bc she goes all the time with her family. I get it small town, but we walked in and stood there for what felt like 10 mins before some acknowledged us. We were a party of 5 BTW, we sat down and the waitress, barely said 2 words to us (I hope she was just having an off day) the whole dinner felt as tho we were inconvenienceing the restaurant for dinning there. Not friendly at all. I ordered a meatball sandwich with what tasted like 3 or 4 day old meatballs, dry and gross. The cheese tasted like melted string cheese. The chicken tenders were still cold that my daughter ordered and the french dip sandwiches, well they should probably just take these off the menu. Again, I really hope the restaurant was having an off day. 10/10 do not recommend. I hope the next people who go have a better experience with better food. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Boy! Have they really raised their prices? This is my last time that i would even bring people to this restaurant. I had came here for the last 20 yearswith friends and family, but no more. Sorry! Food wasn't that great, the hamburger patty was dry. Kids spaghetti wasnt tasty, the French dip didn't have no taste to it. What help it was the juice. Oh and their check out fee, what in the world is that and why does the customer have to paid for it?????? Sorry Roadhouse you lost a customer!
